We just moved yesterday, and I cannot say enough great things about Express Movers! First off, other moving companies in the area came back with insanely high quotes for their services, tacking on extra fees and other charges that simply seemed unnecessary. When I requested my quote from Express Movers it was a tremendous relief, as the quote seemed in line with other moving companies I've experienced in the past. I reached out to them to schedule the appointment, which was quick, easy and the conversation was friendly and polite. They called a couple of days in advance to confirm my appointment and time. The day of our move, they called in advance to let me know when they were about an hour away. From there, I was incredibly impressed with the speed and efficiency in which they were able to move my two bed, two bath apartment. The two gentlemen they sent were both friendly and fast. We have a huge treadmill, and they were able to take it down from a second floor up to a third floor with what seemed minimal effort (having moved it up to the second floor myself, I was blown away as I knew how heavy it was). All in all, it took about four hours, which was what was quoted to me over the phone, so there was nothing unexpected! My last move, I moved myself. Express Movers has convinced me that I'll never do that again and while I'm in the area, I will absolutely call on them again the next time I move. read more

Best movers ever! I won an auction and had to move the next day so found Express Movers very quickly and they were the lowest price so was a little nervous. However, those fears were quickly set aside. The guys (the owner and one worker) were extremely professional. We had 2 desks (one with a hutch) and a wood file cabinet. They are extremely heavy. The movers took care to disassemble the hutch, wrap each piece with moving pads, and carefully load the items. They delivered the pieces with the same care and set them up exactly where I asked (even moving it once when I changed my mind). Could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend. read more

These guys are awesome. We needed to move in today (Christmas Eve). They showed up on time ready to work, busted their butts the entire time, were super patient with my four year old son who was bouncing off the walls, and they even had to dig their truck tires out when they got stuck in my back yard. Great mood the entire time. This was definitely worth every penny and I am so glad I chose them. I dont usually post anything on yelp, however I wanted to share my experience and how happy I was with the company and the movers. I originally had another company that was going to help me move however even with their confirmation they never showed up. AND I Am glad they didn't ! The owner and staff were extremely pleasant to speak to and were very professional and kind to work with. We had some challenges with the new locations elevators however they did their best and didn't complain at all. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anybody. The team helped us pack and move out of our current residence and into a 2nd floor apartment with an obscure location in the building when it came to proximity to elevators/stairs. These guys were great, unfortunately, the truck they brought was too small. It still took me 5 trips with 2 vehicles to get all the stuff. If they had brought a bigger truck, I would have given 5 stars. At least they got all the big stuff too large or heavy for me to lift. Just got done our move from a 3rd story apt to a new home in Davenport and couldn't be happier. From getting the quote to the day of the move everything was well communicated and efficient. Alex was easy to work with and pricing was very fair considering the amount of stuff and having to disassemble furniture and put it back together. The two gentlemen showed up on time and got right to work...No time was wasted and they were friendly and fast. This is my 5th time moving in Orlando and this was by far the fastest and most stress free. I don't want to move again but if I have to then these guys are my only choice. Worst service ever . Calling my husband liar . They destroyed my first baby's sonogram pictures . They never acknowledged or apologised .Firstly they showed up without boxes when we have email saying we need one . When my husband called the owner said he will make things right but never did . Took them 6hrs to pack and didn't even touch the garage . My poor mother who is 85 years had to pack the kitchen since the guys were so slow . After seeing my husband's review on yelp he called and said he will pay $200 to remove it from yelp . Shame on him ! My husband said he will not remove the review but he would definitely write that the company tried to resolve and we appreciate it but the check never came . Instead he wrote a reply saying my Husband is a liar and that we never asked for packing service . We have the email . It is now attached on yelp review . PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. I can't say enough good about Orlando Express Movers. I was a little hesitant despite the volume of good reviews since they were also the least expensive quote for moving our 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house. However, they still managed to exceed our expectations. Alex and his team were positive and professional and fast. They even managed a 600 lb smoker with no lift gate on the truck. We've moved 10 times through 3 states and had good experiences every time but this was the best. I recently used Orlando Express Movers to move from an apartment we were staying in temporarily to moving back to our house. We were on the third floor with no elevator. It wasn't a very big moving job, but they treated our possessions with respect and care. The team did a great job getting all our stuff back to our home . They were very nice and respectful and reasonably priced. I had contacted Alex to reserve a certain date, but when that day arrived we had an emergency and we couldn't move that day. I had to call Alex and see if he could move us to the following day. Even though they were very busy, Alex changed our move day and was very nice about it. I highly recommend this company. I actually found these great movers doing an online search and came across their consistent high marks on yelp. I had to move my office and the move took place on 12/7/18. These guys arrived, were all professional, considerate and frankly, all business. In other words, they got things done and were very conscientious about their surroundings (meaning not banging walls, other furniture etc), the items being moved (wrapping up items for the move, protecting the items etc) and the way they packed their truck (they had the truck so perfectly organized to ensure items would not move during transport). I was impressed. When they arrived at the new location, they wanted to ensure placement of the furniture/items were where I needed them and actually, preferred me not touching or moving things around, even if I was to trying to help them.
