So we got our little one a new bunk bed (we are preparing for the future), and needed a mattress for her cause she was sooo excited (her reaction was beyond adorable). So we started our mattress shopping venture in Montrose and made our way to Glendale. The store in Montrose was nice, but the lady wouldn't budge on pricing. If she did, we would have stopped there and just gotten our mattress from them. So we moved on to Glendale. We went to another Mattress store down the street from Ortho and got a earful from a guy who looked like he would work at a old used car lot (no offense if that fits you're desciption, lol) about how my budget would get me a piece of crap mattress and how I should spend $4-500 on a twin mattress or I'm going to end up with a cheap recycled material mattress. Then we drove over to Ortho who had a very nice respectful salesman that showed us what he had to offer and we found something within out budget that the salesman was willing to negotiate pricing on and give us what we were looking for. He also went over every detail about how its a final sale, etc. He was very professional, very informative, and very helpful. I'll be back to get the second twin for the bunk bed from here and God willing things go well, get a new mattress for my wife and I as well. I would recommend anyone coming to Ortho for their mattress. They have great quality mattresses, they have helpful staff and great pricing. The worst costumer experience ever! The call center doesn't work at all. We bought a self brand mattress and in only one month start to have sunk areas. That was back in November and until now we don't have any answer. We bought a Queen Westbourne firm mattress from OrthoMattress, it was good for 6months. After that we noticed that even if you are reversing the bed every 2 weeks, the mattress have noticeable sagged on both sides. I wake up with sore back and worst if I happen to sleep on my side, I wake up with a side bent back. So much for being Ortho. Ok, for warranty replacement. This company's replacement policy doesn't cover inspection which costs $60 because they go through a third party vendor. If they don't find anything wrong, goodbye $60. Additionally, if they approved the mattress to be replaced, you pay $99 for redelivery. They offer 10 years of warranty, so if their bed always go bad every year, then that's 10x$160 which would double the cost of what you paid for. In conclusion, if you don't want any hassle and be nickled and dimmed, I do not recommend this store. Or make a deal that the warranty will cover all the inspection and redelivery costs. For example, Ikea offers FREE replacement for 25 years. No Hassle. read more

Today was moving day, and about a week before I was panicking about finding a mattress for the new place. I'd already done a lot of research online and had just been to Costco when we stopped by Ortho Mattress. We were greeted immediately and the gentleman started first by listening, asking what my budget was, and showed me the different options. The deal was so good that I couldn't walk away without purchasing. It came with the bed frame, box spring and mattress. AND they even offered delivery for free on my move-in day. Well, today is that day. I was on a pretty strict time schedule and they called giving me a 40-60 minute time warning. I took my husband with me and he wasn't at all bothered or affected by two men trying out mattresses together. The store is sectioned off based on different mattress brands and was more like 3-4 different smaller stores in one. Each one had different reps, but all were friendly and interested in working within my budget and never tried to upsell a certain mattress. I liked the format of the store in that I wasn't overwhelmed with all the mattress choices at once. The person that helped me was Jessie Lunchbox and he was a very friendly and personable guy. He never pressured me into a certain mattress and was patient as I went back and forth with my choice. He also worked at getting me a good deal and beat the competition. Sales process was fine, their warranty is a joke. I have a 4" depression on one side of the bed making it very painful to sleep on this mattress. It is their store-brand Pembridge mattress with a pillow top. My warranty claim was denied for "light stains" however I think the fact that there is FOUR inch depression on one side of the bed making it unusable should trump the light staining on the other side of the bed which has no effect on the usability of the product. Buyer beware, their warranty is a scam. read more

She is the reason I wanted to purchase from this location because she was great BUT when I called to place my order a man named Carlos answered and I specifically stated that I needed a mattress soon. Carlos LIED and said the mattress that I wanted was available at another location and would be delivered to me within the next couple of days. I NEVER GOT A CALL confirming my delivery so I called the store the next day after hours of waiting for my delivery that never showed up and the man on the phone said my name was not on the delivery list and that mattress wouldn't be available for the next couple of weeks.
