Ordered a pesto chicken pizza which was 28 dollars and was very average. For some reason they leave huge chunks of garlic on the pizza and nobody needs that much garlic. Removed a full handful of them. I don't mind spending money on food if the quality matches it but here they can improve. read more

*sorry for the delayed review, I've been meaning to write this but keep forgetting and want to make sure I do this* Came here on 01/17/26 because my boyfriend and I needed to attend a nearby funeral & came here for drinks and dinner afterwards. we sat in the cocktail area and our server's name was (I believe) Amy? but another girl was also in the cocktail area, tall and blonde (forgot her name) but they were both really great. Drinks were AMAZINGGG. The frozen espresso martini was to die for, and so was the Thai tea with Rum. So damn good! We came all the way from LA, so it's a wayssss for us to get here (1.5/2 hours) but we would definitely drive/go out of our way just for the drinks!! So amazingly good! My boyfriend and I were super impressed! The food on the other hand, was okay. we got the bulgogi fries, truffle fries, ceasar salad chicken wrap and it took about an hour to come out, each time we ordered little by little as we were here watching a game and just relaxing so we weren't in a rush, but the food had good flavor but was awfully cold. It was barelyyyyyy warm. We didn't want to complain because my boyfriend and I both work in the industry as well and of course we hate Karen's (lol), and we were hungry, so we still ate it. That was the only downfall though. Service and drinks were good, the food was just "ok".... Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen or something, but we definitely still enjoyed everything else!! I used to be obsessed with Pat & Oscars and decided to make an hour and a half drive to check this place out. First off, the restaurant is beautiful. We sat outside and had a pleasant view to the pond and enjoyed the clean and welcoming atmosphere. The service as soon as we arrived was fantastic. Everyone was helpful and kind. Now for the food. We ordered the OG breadsticks because I was hoping I'd get some nostalgia. Unfortunately didn't hit like i remembered but they were still delicious. We got the marinara dipping sauce for them as well. Then we order the bbq wings. Those Id say were our least favorite dish there. They were too sweet and just not enjoyable sadly. We then shared our main plate of the tri tip. This was bomb. The meat was so soft and just melted in your mouth and was so flavorful. I'd definitely come back just to have that again. I really enjoyed OBC! I didn't know that this was connected Pat and Oscar's until my Uncle explained it to me. I walked in and got the nostalgic smell of breadsticks, it made me happy. But located in Temecula, right off the 15, OBC has a great spot! They have a huge parking lot, so parking is not an issue. The place itself is really big with both indoor and a huge heated outdoor patio! It was clean too! Bonus, the place is dog friendly. Service wasn't too bad. There were instances where we felt like our waitress disappeared for a bit. And I was waiting for about 15 minutes for a water refill. But when they were around, the apologized a lot for the wait and overall they were really nice staff. So you can't complain with kind hearted people. Food was pretty satisfying. I will say my truffle fries lacked truffle though. My dad and I split the Tri tip sandwich. It was pretty filling! I think they also did put a generous amount of tri tip in it as well! The breadsticks made me happy! It was such a nostalgic taste and feeling! It's kinda weird, but I never realized how much I missed bread lol. I think this is a great spot! Love Oscar's, and as I local I keep coming back. But could it be that the menu has gotten more boring as time goes on? Seems like my favorite things just disappear. The location, the vibe, the burgers beer & pizza are all great. But I gotta complain about the lemon chicken caeser wrap. It's got Romaine in it, fine. We were a bit disappointed when Oscar's first opened, but wow what a difference now! This was our second time back, and everything has improved so much. I had the Pat's Chicken, and my husband ordered the Korean BBQ Bowl, both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. For drinks, I went with the Not So Espresso Martini (super fun and tasty), and he had a Seven and Seven. Huge shoutout to Matt and Amy for their excellent service, they were friendly, attentive, and really made the experience great. So glad we gave it another try. I'll start by saying how glad I am that the brought back the original chicken and ribs. We've been here a many times since it reopened as OBC, but tonight's service had a little extra love on it. We sat in the bar area on a busy Friday night. Amy was the only server working and was absolutely killing it. Despite being busy, my water stayed full, all requests were handled and she kept a smile on her face the entire time. After calling over 12 different restaurants in Temecula and being turned away, I was feeling desperate trying to find a place that would accommodate my huge family. Oscar's didn't take a reservation due to our size, but they kindly assured me that if we came early, they would try their best to set something up. I honestly wasn't expecting all of us to be seated together--but what happened next completely exceeded my expectations. The manager, Joe, was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond by giving us our own private area in the back of the restaurant, allowing our entire family to sit together comfortably. We had plenty of space to celebrate, and the kids even had room to play, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable for everyone. Joe also paired us with two incredible servers who were attentive, patient, and so kind despite the size of our group. They handled everything with grace and never made us feel like a burden--only welcomed. Thanks to Oscar's Brewing Company, my parents were able to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary surrounded by family in a warm, accommodating, and joyful environment. We've been coming to Oscar's for years and have always enjoyed the food, so it's disappointing to say this was our first truly bad experience. Our son ordered the adult mac and cheese with tri-tip. Unfortunately, the tri-tip was very dry and tough, and the macaroni had very little cheese sauce. My husband ordered the Nashville hot chicken, which was completely flavorless and had no heat or spice at all. I ordered the bolognese, which was probably the most disappointing dish of the night. What I received was not a bolognese--it was more like a very thick marinara. Traditional bolognese includes celery, carrot, onion, pork, and beef and is rich rather than acidic. The few bites I had reminded me of canned spaghetti. Service was also lackluster. I'm not sure if there's new staff or if the kitchen was overwhelmed, but the overall experience fell well below what we've come to expect. Our bill was $126, and we ate maybe a quarter of the food. We didn't send anything back, as that's not our style and the kitchen already seemed busy, but this experience makes it difficult for us to want to return. read more

I'll try it again. ------ First Review: Who can mess up a Cobb Salad? Oscar's Brewing Company, that's who. If you look online at ANY Cobb Salad recipe or have ordered it as many times as I have, you'll see something standard about them. Bacon, hard boiled eggs, avocado, and various things. They are normally served with generous portions of said items lined up. It's not all lettuce. At OBC you get a deep bowl filled with Romain, with a mediocre dressing already applied. The normal Cobb Salad ingredients are sparsely placed on top. Huge disappointment for this overpriced, a whopping $20.45, low flavor, bowl of lettuce. I asked a busboy for salt and pepper at one point to dress it up. My waitress was equally as sparse. Their ambiance is as you'd anticipate from a brewery, Not a quiet setting but I wouldn't expect it to be. Won't be back. read more

My friends and I stopped by for a birthday lunch celebration and were able to get seated very quickly outside. It was a cold day, and it seemed to take a while for the heater to kick on, but thankfully when it did, it was much nicer. However, I'm not sure if it was broken since it didn't stay on for long. The view from the patio, at least, was beautiful, so it was a great spot to sit and enjoy the food. Our server was very kind and attentive. We told her we had a birthday in our party and she remembered at the very end to give us a nice treat. I think there were issues in the kitchen because the food was very far behind and there were a few drinks that weren't available to order as well. Although our server was very attentive and apologized for the wait, it did take a very long time for food to get to the table. This paired with the cold made things less enjoyable. The food itself was good. We ordered a pizza and enjoyed the tang of the toppings altogether. I split the pizza with my husband and still had a few slices for leftovers, which was nice. I will say that the chips were underwhelming in terms of cost to amount ratio. The guacamole was good but maybe not worth the price. Overall, our experience was fairly good, but there were just a few issues that would give my rating about a 3.7. I'm rounding up since I'm sure we could have had a better experience indoors and it may have been an off day in the kitchen. read more

Oscar's Brewing Company is hands down one of the most impressive brewery-restaurant experiences around, and honestly it outshines other local spots like Hendo's Barrel House in almost every category. From the second you walk into OBC you feel the energy -- a vibrant but comfortable atmosphere that works whether you're out with friends or grabbing dinner. The patio overlooking the pond sets a relaxed yet elevated tone you just don't get at most places. The beer program here is strong with real variety and thoughtful craft pours, not just generic options. The cocktails are solid too. When it comes to food, OBC nails it. Every dish we tried had bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and real attention to detail. The house-made breadsticks and pizzas are legitimately delicious and pair perfectly with whatever you're drinking. Compare that to Hendo's Barrel House, which I respect and enjoy, but for me doesn't hit the same mark on consistency or overall experience. Hendo's aims high and has great bones, but OBC executes every night without fail -- from service to food quality to atmosphere. The staff at OBC are friendly, professional, and genuinely make you feel welcome, not rushed. We ended up staying way longer than we planned because it just felt like the place to be. The food was delicious! We ordered calamari for the appetizer (forgot to take a picture). My husband got the 12oz Ribeye entree and I got the Tri Tip dinner entree. Everything had so much flavor. The only thing that could've been better was the arugula salad it was too salty and I felt it needed something sweet or tangy to balance out the bitterness from the leafs. I'm not typically one to leave reviews...but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We stoped by about 7:30 in a Saturday night and were seated right away in the outdoor patio area. We sat and waited a good 15 minutes before I was able to get a servers attention to get our drink order and food order. After already being ignored for 15-20 mins knew food had to go in right away. She was very nice and got us our breadsticks and drinks in less than 5 minutes. Once that was dropped off, we didn't see her again for another 45-50 minutes. Food came out hot, which was fine....but 45 minutes now put us at 8:30. It wasn't busy at all. There were. Handful of empty tables all around us. There really wasn't a reason, that I could tell, for it taking so long and the waitress to be completely missing the entire wait. As suspected my son's Bulgogi bowl was terrible. Very salty and sold. Very underwhelming. He took a couple of bites and left it. I'm not sure if anyone from staff actually reads this, but it was a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Come to find out many of our local friends have the same sentiment. Mediocre food and extremely slow service. read more
