It's a great addition to the area, especially with their delivery availability. We went basic the first time with pizza and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks weren't anything to write home about, but were solid and good. The pizza was surprisingly good. We got the meat pie and everything was flavorful and in proportion, which is hard to find with some pizza. Definitely try it out, especially if you enjoy crust a little on the thicker side (they do thin crust as well, we just didn't get it, so I can't say how they do with it). read more

Very tasty pizza. Great pizza starts with the crust, and this is very good. They use fresh, flavorful toppings and very good sauces. Also available are calzones and an old-time favorite, pronto pups (corn dogs). Well worth the 30 mile drive from home. It's also great that it lies on the way to the coast. read more

Stopped by with a friend. I've travelled that road so many times but had never stopped, until now. Right in the heart of downtown Otis on the south side of the highway. What a nice surprise. Had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. Delicious. Made with Prime Rib beef and homemade bun. Great garlic fries. Friendly staff with great service. My first visit but definitely not my last. I almost can't handle how much I love this place. I've once driven two hours to get this pizza, I just had to have it. The first time I came here I was *very* pregnant, and quickly became addicted to the fried pickles. I love the wings, pronto dogs, the pickles, the sweet potato fries, and oh my goodness their version of the Hawaiian pizza is my new weakness. I've had a disturbing amount of pizza in my life, and this place is my absolute favorite. Otis Pizzeria, I'll see you again, soon. I forgot to add, the pizza re-heats like a dream in a toaster oven or in a covered pan on the stove top. The cheese gets all drippy and perfect, and the crust gets crunchy and it's too good. The owners are all delightful, Gary made time in the two minutes that the place wasn't full-packed to check in and make sure we were happy with our food and chat about the history of the town and restaurant. I really appreciated that. The pizzeria was busy during our most recent trip so I didn't get to talk with two of the other owners, but I remember them from the last few visits and they were so sweet and kind to me when I was horribly miserable in what felt like the 10th month of pregnancy. This is probably the best pizza around however their mozzarella sticks suck. Frozen reheated gross. Delivery took over an hour and a half which is kinda ridiculous when we're only 5 miles away. I understand that they get busy and it's a tourist town but you still need to work on execution. That being said they did apologize for the wait after the 2nd time I called. Was very dissapointed never ordered from here before spent$30.00 plus for pizza live at a retirement home in Lincoln City.Thought it would be nice for my visiting family (wrong) terribly soggy, very bland and cold, no hot carry case was used. Great food. Online ordering is confusing. I have tried twice now, when you order a burger online it gives you the options to add whatever toppings you want, which i love. but both times i have ordered a burger it has come with the standard lettuce, tomato, pickles, and sauce. I think its confusing to have those able to be added as an option when they already come standard. I personally dislike pickles and sauce so i have yet to try the burgers here, my roommate said they are awesome, whether or not he likes them because i gave it to him free or because they are actually good has yet to be decided. I think next time i might try calling in or driving down to make sure i get to try these burgers. Also the delivery time is not instant. both times were not bad considering everything is made fresh and its a bit of a drive to the place. Everything else tasted great! read more

Great pizza. Better service! Our group of 20 was coming back from the coast and stopped in Otis for lunch. We called ahead and ordered some pizzas that were ready right when we showed up. The staff were very accommodating and double-checked that we had everything we needed. We ate out on the patio which was very nice. The Philly Cheese Steak Pizza was a hit with our group and we really appreciated the complimentary garlic bread nuggets. Very kind. We'll definitely be back! read more

Decided to try Otis Pizzeria while visiting Lincoln city. We ordered online for delivery and has our order at the door in just over an hour which is pretty impressive considering the shop is about a 15 minute drive from here AND it was dinner time on a Saturday. The pizza was also delicious. Soft crust and TONS of toppings. Really good price too. I am greatly disheartened by the negative reviews, most of which are about service, not quality. We are in a pandemic. Finding people to work on food service is impossible and those who still do are burnt out beyond belief. If you don't want to wait for food and be patient with people working long shifts in a kitchen, make the food yourself. I also have to applaud the owner Gary for sticking up for his restaurant and staff in his responses to rude reviews. Service workers are people too and deserve to be treated as such. For one, we did not eat here and are disappointed that we won't be due to the poor experience. We are visitors, and we called maybe ten minutes ago to see if this place would deliver to our hotel (about fifteen minutes away). We understood that it could be a drive, so we decided to get in the car and head there instead. During our to-go/pickup order call, the young man on the phone disconnected the phone call. We tried calling back multiple times so he could get our order with no answer. After he finally answered and we requested to do a pickup order, he sighed, had a bad attitude, told us to call back in ten minutes, and hung up. Absolutely rude and that is NOT how you serve to customers in your business. We are very disappointed and are unsuccesfully trying to find another pizzeria. Not happy! read more

When I called, they were extremely rude and stated they were a small pizzeria of only 4 people. No credit offered and complete lack of customer service. Overpriced, slow and rude. I have been to many a pizza places here on the coast and this has to be my favorite one of all time now. The pizza seriously melts in your mouth, the cheesy garlic bread is just as succulent. Everything is so good. Prices amazing. The best pizza in Otis/Lincoln City hands down. I recommend the Otis Combo pizza, The Paisano pizza, and cheesy garlic bread with marinara for dipping. As a lifelong member of the Otis community, and a member of one of the founding families of the North county, I am thoroughly disgusted by this place. It used to be a great place to get a snack or a quick dinner....but no more. The portion sizes have been cut in half and the prices have soared. When I asked why the portion sizes on the fries had been cut in half, I was bluntly told "I don't know" and then when I tried again to find out, I was told to calm down. I was calm and just wanted an answer, given that I was paying $15 bucks for a burger and not even a full handful of fries. Then I was told "you need to leave and don't come back, you're not wanted". Well it has been almost 3 years since I went there and I will NEVER, EVER go there again. I can see why their business is crappy. You can't go inside to order, you have to order from a tiny window, they don't have prices on the menu and they have very nasty waitstaff. NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered food at the window after not purchasing for months. The corndog was burnt as usual. The burger was ok, but the fries were not as accepted, very few in order. I had asked for some sauce expecting to pay and was told since I had tipped, no charge on the sause. I feel the owner has very little customer service and should stay away. read more

This pizza place doesn't look like much from the outside, but their menu is extensive and their Pizza is very good. The staff was on point for making good food and very friendly. If you like garlic get their garlic knots but you'll really want to like garlic. You can't go wrong with a Pronto Pup. read more

Well the food is good. I have eaten there A LOT and now I almost don't want to, I called and ordered like I have 6 times prior to this. I am a local also, and when I got home to eat the order wasn't even what I ordered. I called and they said they would remake it and I asked if they could bring it to me this time. They said yes. Well 2.5 ALMOST 3 hours later they are JUST NOW starting it. I then heard that this happens all the time with pizzas. The service there is OK BUT I can get better service at a fast food joint on a busy Friday spring break night. I am so disappointed in them. We are renting a house in Lincoln city. To make it easy for first night we decided to have pizza delivered. We did our due diligence in looking at reviews and picked Otis Pizzeria. We all decided what we wanted and I called the order in. Unfortunately Matt answered. He seemed rushed and rude from the beginning. I then explained we have never ordered from them, hoping he would give me a break and have a little patience with a few questions I had. NOPE! The kicker to his as$ness was when I attempted to order a extra large half and half. He quickly replied "We do not do that". I responded with I have never had a pizza place say that. Really no half and half! So I have to order three pizzas. He then became more impatient because I had to rethink the order and sizes of pizza for our family. I felt so rushed I ordered way to much pizza due to me not wanting to ask anymore question to the irritated Matt. 85 dollars later for three Pizzas. Ps pass on the fried mushrooms. This place was a surprise diamond in the rough. We had pizza, it's not gourmet pizza... it's traditional old school style pizza. We got sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and olive and it was delicious. Robust sauce, perfect amount of cheese and toppings. Not a think crust, but not a thin one either. Somewhere in the middle. We had a basic salad too (shared by 4), cheese bread (for my cheese pizza only eater) and my son got a pronto pup. Everything was good, the service was excellent. The women working were friendly and attentive. Prices were a little high, but I am guessing have to be to stay in business in a location like this. If you're in Lincoln City or the surrounding area it is worth the drive. Otis is putting itself on the map as a go to for good food near the coast. read more
