However, there are a few window seats and a bench outside if you need. The selection of core lattes are solid, but I always look forward to the rotating seasonal menus! They come out with such creative flavors. Some memorable lattes have been: - fig & rosemary - spiced blood orange - carrot cake latte - blueberry crumble I miss these dearly but am very excited to see what they come out with every season. Such a delicious place I always go back to. The drinks and desserts they have are always such a treat. My favorite drink is the Iced SF fog with normal milk & matcha added. I haven't expanded much on their menu as I LOVEE the SF fog. The service is always great and welcoming in the morning, and the workers/ worker are quick. The environment of the store is very small but comforting, there's some seating inside and outside. One thing I do wish is, I wish it wasn't so overpriced, this would be an everyday shop if it wasn't (understandably it's a small business). We also ordered the everything croissant, pretty sure the guy forgot until the next customer ordered it too and he realized there was only one left. I always run past Out There, so I was super excited to finally give them a try but was fairly disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Matcha Latte, which was generally mediocre. The matcha was not well mixed and was very powdery and grainy. My friend's Macchiato was also lackluster. For the price, I don't think it's worth it. Another complaint is that the barista was incredibly unfriendly. She seemed annoyed when we were trying to decide what to order and was just generally rude--I felt like I was bothering her by being a customer. For what it's worth, they do have some syrups and seasonal specials that sound interesting, so maybe if I'm feeling particularly inspired one day I'll give them another try. Came here around 11am on a Tuesday. Figured I would peek in while the neighborhood was quiet, but the spring specials hooked me. I ordered the cherry almond iced latte which was so tasty! It's so rare to see cherry ft. On a coffee menu so I'm usually drawn in whenever I get the chance to try one. This plus the almond was an amazing flavor combo - not too sweet, just light and refreshing. The barista was also very kind! The shop itself is on the small side with benches outside for seating. When I arrived there were no other customers but all the pastries (Dynamo Donuts) sold out, so possibly a morning rush. I've now tried out there coffee roasters 2 times and each time has unfortunately been a fail. The first time I got a strawberry matcha and it was completely unsweetened, the matcha was way too milky and the strawberry syrup was way too tart and barely sweet at all. This last time I got their blueberry crumble matcha and I couldn't taste the blueberry at all and just tasted like watered down matcha. And not to mention that they are very overpriced, the blueberry one was $9 and strawberry was about $8 and I've had far better matcha for a lot less. The staff is very nice and location is great inside but I hope that they can improve on the quality of their drinks. read more

I came with a friend, and we both got the signature drink called the SF Fog (pea flower tea, lavender syrup, and vanilla cold foam). It tastes just as good as it looks. So thrilled I found this new coffee shop just around the corner from where I was working out one weekday morning. I awkwardly arrived a little before their 8am opening. The barista gave me a warm and cherry welcome, as I did my best not to seem like I was rushing her. Got a pourover and a cherry almond cappuccino. Both drinks were pleasant and super tasty! We went at 9:30am on a Sunday morning and there was only one person ahead of us. Fast forward to 10am, there was a line of at least 6 people out the door. It's a small and cute place with really great drinks (so far!). This city named drink is an iced latte consisting of pea flower tea, lavender syrup, and vanilla cold foam (although when I went they were out of cold foam) ! The color is a beautiful blue and the flavor is very smooth with slight sweetness. This woman owned shop also serves other coffee and tea based drinks including some seasonal specialties. Located in the Haight St area by a convenient bus stop, this is the perfect spot for a neighborhood pick me up. They have a few indoor window seats and some outdoor mini table benches. Menu is small too, doesn't have too much except for your standard espresso drinks and one or two specialty lattes. The cortado was really good. The espresso was perfect levels of acidity, and the milk was steamed really well with a nice mouthfeel. Overall, one of the best cortados I've had in the city.
