Welcome to the "Outback". Our lunch adventure brought us here after seeing the commercial on tv for the multi course meal this sunny Saturday afternoon. The host was absolutely hustling as he was cleaning tables and seating people as at least 10 people were waiting behind us as he was cleaning and holding the door for a couple of guests. He really could have used some help. But we were seated after about 10mins and greet by our waitress who was so incredibly polite and friendly despite hustling between all her tables (outback she's the reason for the 4 stars here) food 2.5/ service gets the rest of the credit here. So you can say the food was honestly pretty average at best. Potato soup was good according to the misses The chili was actually the best part of my meal, spicy and with real steak in it. We both got the grilled chicken (one with a little less seasoning) I chose fries and she got the Mac n cheese. The chicken was moist as my plate was pretty watery, but even with the seasoning it was pretty forgettable. The blooming onion, the signature item, that was the one thing we actually enjoyed most. As predicted the little yelper wanted chicken fingers, with her being hungry we thought she woulda loved them. One bite and she was over them, even with being soaked in ketchup. But for what we paid in total I really had loftier hopes for a great meal. Live and learn. Side memo/ if you sit in the back corner you'll get a treat of hearing the staff all say corner as they enter and leave the back. Someone get them a dome mirror or something on the wall so they aren't hustling around a blind corner.

Excellent service and good food at a decent price. Out of chain steakhouses I have to say this is my favorite. A wait most of the time when I go, but it goes rather quickly. Rather large menu and a lot of combination dishes which I think is great. Make sure to give your server your phone number for points, and you can get free appetizers after an amount of visits, or money off your bill. Definitely a bonus. I've never had a bad meal here, and was happy when my nephew suggested it for dinner.

Great lunchtime experience for us today! Our plan to eat at another restaurant was torpedoed by the hour long wait for a booth. So just a few storefronts away the Outback Steakhouse had no wait times. And so we had lunch here for the first time, and it's safe to say that we will be back! The coffee was hot and black. The salads were 100% fresh, and generously dressed, lovely and delicious. The meats were tender and tasty! Vegetable sides were fresh sautéed. We'll definitely be back for more!

the food was very nice but there was a piece of food on my friends food that he didn't order. other then that it was pretty nice, the service was awesome, food was put out fast and servers were kind. the ambience was very pleasant, it made me feel i was in the outback and/or the down under.

I started out with the Koala Punch which is Bacardie Superior Rum, Malibue pineapple Rum, lemonade, mango and Watermelon flavors with a koala chillin' on top rhat you get to keep and was amazing. With fast and friendly service my dinner arrived which was a small side salad , chicken with a sweet potato and the hot complimentary bread.Fir dessert I got a slice of cheesecake with raspberry sauce.Plenty of parking on site in their lot.

We've been several times now and gotten the cajun pasta, meatballs, fish of various sorts, crab rangoon appetizer, etc. Everything always comes out in a reasonable amount of time - never too fast or too slow - and is always solid. The cocktails are also on point with both the classics and a couple modern takes here and there. If I had to pick on anything (aside from trying to sell A5 Wagyu for $160 and claim it's breaking even), is the menu they put on their own website. The first floor is casual dining, second is fine dining, and rooftop is bar only (kinda sad we couldn't eat on the rooftop). The atmosphere was great -- not too loud and baby/stroller-friendly. Portions were great for the prices. Would highly recommend the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza and Bourbonzola burger (pizza was big for one person!). The waitstaff was kind, helpful, and gave us fast service. The only negative was the general location of the restaurant and look of the building. It seemed sort of industrial, even though the inside was far from that. A bit out of the way and close to a couple other buildings that hurt the ambiance in my opinion. Good experience! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the hostess was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Burger, cooked medium-well, and it was absolutely delicious. Honestly, it was one of the best burgers I've had in months. My only hesitation was the price--$23 for a hamburger is a little steep. I also ordered an Old Fashioned, which was very well made and tasted great. However, I was a little disappointed that it was served in a plastic cup. I understand we were sitting outside, but since it was during the afternoon and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, I would have preferred it in a proper glass. It would have made the drink feel a little more special. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, the service was great, and I would definitely return. Next time, I'll just request a glass for my Old Fashioned!

Unfortunately, that really wasn't our experience. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The entire place felt tired and dirty. The carpets looked heavily worn and stained, the booths had food stuck in the crevices, and overall it just didn't feel clean or well maintained. The dishes and drinkware didn't help. The coffee mugs, which were once white, were badly stained and dingy looking. My mother actually rubbed something off hers, and the waitress explained that it "wasn't dirty, just stained." Not exactly the best first impression, especially at $55 per person for brunch. We ordered mimosas after that, hoping things would improve, but even the champagne glasses looked questionable and were filled to noticeably different levels. Then the food arrived, and unfortunately it only got worse. Everything was served "family style," but there was no menu or explanation of what was coming. The meal felt random and poorly executed. Some highlights included: * A single store-bought pastry cut into pieces * Mac and cheese that tasted like boxed Velveeta * Deep-fried breakfast sausages * Ham that resembled warmed-up lunch meat * Three shrimp total for two people * A bowl of stew meat that felt completely out of place * An Eggs Benedict attempt that simply didn't work To make matters worse, some of the silverware and plates appeared dirty as well. By the end, we honestly couldn't wait to leave. The automatic $20 holiday service charge on top of the already expensive brunch really sealed the experience for us. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had in quite a while.

Overpriced, Unsanitary, and Unprofessional - A $500 Disaster…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent experience was truly appalling. We visited with a party of 11, including my 88-year-old grandfather. Despite the high price point--our bill was nearly $500--the standards of service and cleanliness were non-existent. The Issues: Accessibility & Cleanliness: There were zero handicap parking spots available. Inside, the restaurant was filthy; there was old food and trash under our booth, and the bathroom was in a state of neglect with toilet paper left on dirty surfaces rather than the holder. The Environment: We were greeted by stained, soiled paper menus and a swarm of fruit flies that stayed with us throughout the entire meal. Poor Service: We waited 50 minutes for basic dinner salads. My grandfather's coffee took 45 minutes to arrive. The waitress appeared visibly annoyed that she had to walk around our booth to serve us. Cheap Substitutes: For the price of a strip steak, you expect quality. Instead, we were served Aldi-brand steak sauce. When I asked for A1, I was handed a filthy, food-smeared bottle that was nearly empty. The "Refill" Incident: Our initial drinks were served half-empty. When we asked for refills, the waitress told us to finish our current glasses because they weren't free and she "didn't want to charge us." In the end, we were charged for them anyway. Overpriced Food: The French Onion soup is served in tiny metal bowls, not crocks. To top it off, we paid $22 for two "slices" of cheesecake to go--one of which was a literal sliver of cake. While the food itself was decent, no meal is worth this level of disrespect and lack of hygiene. I will never recommend this establishment.

She warned me it was a "hole in the wall" and she was right. Personally, I love dive bars, so I wasn't afraid I would call this more of a neighborhood bar. Finding it... I thought I was going down the wrong road because it's sort of behind factories and train tracks and sits at the end of a street in the middle of a neighborhood. No big signage no big parking lot just an old building that probably was someone's house at some point in time. The exterior is nothing fancy. But as soon as you open the door, you are definitely in a neighborhood bar. We're probably "everyone knows your name "I got there at 4:15 and the place was packed. There's a bar area and a separate smallish dining room with maybe 15 tables. Maxx clearly has a lot of regulars because my friend knew one of the groups of diners and finally enough I knew one of them too. This is probably a place where neighbors gather, or guys getting off from the Ford plant. Go to have drinks after work. The service was fast and friendly with one server Rob taking care of the whole place. I honestly don't know how she did it, but she did it well and with a smile the whole time. The menu was basic, but there's something for everyone. Burgers, wings, pizza, apparently they are known for their fish fry, and homemade clam chowder. One of my group had the fish fry and it looks so good. I had to take a picture of it and send it to my husband who is also a big fish fry fan. He was impressed. She and my friend had a cup of the clam chowder soup and I regretted not having the same because it looked absolutely delicious and piping hot. You could tell it was homemade. Both my friend and I were in the mood for pizza, and I wouldn't really order pizza from a place that's not known for it but order it we did. It had more of a thick crust, but it was crispy maybe a little overdone, but it was edible and tasty. I probably should have gone for the chicken finger sub or the wings. The prices are extremely reasonable. I mean really reasonable. The quantity of food was plentiful, the quality was good, service was great,. If you're looking for a cute little bar just for some basic food, friendly service and a cold beer give this place a try. And remember, don't judge it from the outside.

I'd get the fish fry again. It was only a 25 minute pick up time despite it being super busy when I arrived which was great. It was packed with locals and I can see why.
