It took forever for our food to come out . When it finally came out the medium well steak came out blackened and tough. We sent it back . It took about 15 minutes to get another steak. Now my Mac n cheese is cold. The new steak came back without the mashed potatoes. Now they took my cold mashed potatoes. After eating two loaves of delicious bread I am too full to eat my new well cooked steak and cold Mac n cheese with no mashed potatoes. On the flip side my friends salmon and sweet potato was delicious. read more

Our visit to this location went wayyyy beyond great service. Michelle the take out employee this day was just simply amazing. Being in the industry myself, I know how days go at the restaurant. She was very caring and accommodating to everyone of our needs. The subject somehow came up that we were getting married the next day and Michelle went even further with her hospitality to get us a gift card. This is just great customer service and should be recognized by her employer. Had my fiancee in tears by time we left. Great job Michelle and congrats to you as well on the baby coming next month. Came for Christmas Eve with Mom. Everything was great till we got our filet topped with shrimp. The shrimp was cold and steak was luke warm. It was busy, and I think it may have just have been a timing issue, as the sides were nice and hot. Sherry saved the day and gave us some complimentary ice cream to sooth the pain of the steak. This experience is not typical, as from what I hear they work hard to keep the return customers coming back. Everything else was great, but Sherry the server was Awesome. read more

I eat at this outback location at LEAST once a week. I figured it's time to write a review! I never leave here unhappy. to the food, the service, the atmosphere of the restaurant.. everything is EXCELLENT! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. I always order the sirloin and shrimp, my steak is always cooked perfectly. My family always orders the bloomin' onion (which we ask to fry lightly but that's because of our taste) and they do so with no problems! We get the wings which are delicious and the crab cakes! All super yummy. I could go on and on about how much I love this place but you should go check it out yourself :) they're currently remodeling but they're still open and I love what they've done to the place already! Even though they got my takeaway order wrong, the ribs were really out of this world and I would recommend them. The baked potato wasn't good, but that can happen now and then. It had a huge gray spot in it and tasted like it had been sitting around for a day or two but it was barely cooked past the crunchy stage. The sweet potato was awesome but they left off all the trimmings I ordered. Staff was nice and efficient, aside from the error on my order. First thing first the Outback is a chain. The server job in to get your order and then get you out of restaurant quickly. The service is just barely acceptable. As for the quality of the meats they must've gotten a new cheaper source. The the bone in ribeye was stringy and there was too much fat, the meat for this cut was exceptionally poor. My sirloin steak was tough and dry with no flavor. I would not recommend this Outback as a place to dine read more

Okay, so I'm not so much of a chain hater or lover- there's not much but chains around my Mom's place in FL. I'm really writing to say that we had fabulous service. I appreciate that. I ordered a drink that was WAAAY sweeter than I could have ever imagined, and the manager overheard my answer to my mom when asked how my drink was "Um, bad choice, Ma". Randy, the GM, immediately came over and asked me what he could do to substitute. I guess I do complain loudly sometimes. Surprisingly good beef and seafood for a chain restaurant. The prime rib is excellent: juicy and tender but it is the fillet mignon that is amazing. As good as the expensive steak houses at 1/2 the price. Try the loaded sweet potato for a side and a blooming onion for an appetizer. So disappointed. Ordered curbside tonight. Ordered Queensland pasta with shrimp. Sauce on the side came in a very small dressing container half full. Didn't even begin to flavor the pasta. Shrimp limp and barely cooked. Entree salad with fried chicken as small as a dinner salad for double the price. We try to support our local businesses during these rough times but we r hurting too! I ordered takeout and I sat in my car 20 minutes pass time given I had to get out and go inside to get my order unprofessional and bad customer service I give nice cash tips if someone would have came out instead of judging a person leaving a note on my receipt they work for tips I never add tips on my card I get the joy of giving cash to put a smile on someone face and to make sure they get it I will no longer be an outback customer it's so many other restaurants that would love good paying customers food was cold and horrible I would rate service no stars ‼‼ read more

Very disappointing I never got the memo that the blooming onions were cooked to half the size of The Originals and they don't use the batter they use some type of grainy breading I have the bone in ribeye it was surprisingly good she had the ribeye without the bone in she said hers was also good but what a big let-down on the Bloomin Onion that's kind of an Outback Steakhouse signature read more

We went as a family for our daughters 24th birthday. We have a big family and it was a party of 8. We special requested "Rob" the waiter when we did call ahead seating. They willingly obliged. This is probably one of the worst restaurant for service. I was on the wait list, arrived 15 minutes early and was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. No Problem!! 30 minutes later a couple of older people should up, asked about priority seating and was told there wasn't any on this evening. As a local, my husband and I walked in to sit at the bar which was full. We put our name on the list, there was one man in front of us. When we were sitting on the bench after giving our information another couple walked in and asked for an immediate seat that we were told was ours. A group of us ate there on Sunday afternoon, our waiter did not know the menu well. After taking our order he came back to tell us that he was wrong about what we could order and we had to change our order. All of our steaks were cooked wrong (and after taking it home to reheat it, i had to throw it away it was terrible) My girlfriend had also gotten a take away order and she did not receive all of the food ordered (but didnt catch it until she was already home). I can't even explain how discusting there food has been the last couple of weeks. I get food to-go late at night and wings are robbery , the noodles taste like I'm chewing on a dog toy. My wife and I were eating an early dinner with our 2 yr old grandchild (sent to the back of the room, understandably). A party of 6 or so came in and were seated next to us carrying a DOG. Not a big dog but a small white dog in glittery red ruffled tu-tu. I like dogs better than I do people, but come on! Not inside a restaurant! We asked to speak to a manager. First one came up and when we lodged out disagreement, he defaulted and ran off to find someone else. His "Partners" response was. It is a "gray area" and if it is a service dog and they have papers, there was nothing he could do. Grey area my butt! A dog you have to carry is NOT a service dog and the tu-tu might have been a clue. The person that seated them should have immediately asked for the documentation or refused the animal. Nothing grey about that. He said he would go and ask to see their paperwork, again I doubt that he was going to kick out a party of 6 after they have ordered kissing an easy $150 bill out the window. We asked if we could bring out 160 lb Great Dane? His quick response was, well of course not! If they want dogs/animals at their restaurant, get some outdoor tables. We have paid our LAST bill at outback and are addressing this with the county health department. On a good note, the food was good and the young waitress did a pretty good job. read more

I can't say enough good things about my Outback experience. Our server Teagan was outstanding! We also interacted with Jeremy. He went far and above what was expected. Teagan Brought our food to the table hot, delicious and just what was ordered. My steak was not quite to my liking as far as doneness. It was a little rarer than i like. Jeremy came to our table and took my steak back and cooked it more himself!! What a great hands on approach. All interactions were wonderful. I will be back and I will be asking for Teagan and looking for Jeremy. Kudos to both. read more

This location never ceases to disappoint. We don't care for the spices on the steak, so ask for them without spices. The problem is we either get spices with temperature correct or temperature incorrect with no spices. At least they are consistent. read more

This place god awful in their service. Bringing raw steak and after pointing it out, telling us that it's supposed to be bleeding all over the plate. Didn't offer to fix it, didn't try to do anything. They just walked off and dropped off the check.
