    Prime rib
    Kat H.

I normally come alone after class at 4pm, 2 weeks ago I went in and the service was fine. A bit unfriendly and point, but otherwise fine. I came in on Superbowl Sunday around 4 expecting it to be super busy, to my surprise it was somewhat empty. I sat at the bar and ordered a prime rib rare, which when I received it was thoroughly cooked through. I grew up as a vegetarian, so sending meat back is hard for me because I hate to waste it, my bartender was nice enough to reassure me to have it taken back, and when I did and received a new one, it was even worse. Jose, my bartender, was very kind and attentive about the situation and did everything in his power to get them returned and new plates to me out despite not being a runner. Not only that, he personally checked on me and each of the steaks and at some point seemed just upset about them as I was, haha. At the end, I ended up taking a Ribeye and the steak was cooked to my liking. When I went to pay, Jose had told me my bill was 0$ because of the multiple inconveniences that occurred. If Jose hadn't helped me that night I would definitely not be back and this review would be surely different as well. I did not mind paying for a different steak, but his attentiveness and kindness to reassure me it was ok to take it back when I told him I'd eat it regardless really stood out. My only negative about the whole experience was how long it took to wait for 3 steaks. Definitely would recommend sitting at the bar for friendlier service, maybe you'll get lucky and have Jose!

Grilled shrimp on the Barbie, with mashed potatoes

Stefan was our waiter this time, we've had him before. He takes good care of his customers. Karen ordered shrimp on the Barbie, grilled, and I ordered a prime rib, rare, with sautéed mushrooms. I also ordered the blue cheese glazing that they have for the meats. We never get my steak cooked perfectly, I should've gotten a fairly bloody prime rib, but there was none of that. It was more medium, rare toward medium. Which didn't taste bad, but it wasn't what I ordered. Karen shrimp was basically burnt on one side. So she sent it back and then they brought her some fairly raw shrimp. So they ended up comping her meal, but it wasn't something you could really eat she didn't really eat anything but a little salad and some bread. Obviously ruined the dinner.. There's something wrong with the chef back there. My prime rib tasted fine, but more rare, but I wasn't about to send it back and wait to get something that probably wouldn't be cooked properly the second time. It's too bad. This place has a nice atmosphere. and I always enjoy sitting there eating my meal, but we've had to send our meats back several times, and we've only been here four or five times. I mean, maybe they should make the chefs look at the meat samples they show in the pictures in the menus or send them back to cooking school wherever that was. Anyway, our meal was pretty much kind of ruined and I still gave a decent tip to the waiter because he did take good care of us and did the best he could. He didn't cook the meal so it wasn't really his fault. Three stars this time, and charging me $7.50 for a corona extra when they're probably buying the beer for a dollar or less, seems like a little bit of an overcharge to me, but hey, what do I know?

This was the 9oz steak we ordered. My 4oz steak measured 3.9oz.

Ordered from DoorDash and after waiting an hour we got our food but definitely didn't get what we ordered. We ordered the 9oz steak and it was smaller than my 4oz steak. My steamed veggies came as a side salad instead. Paid a lot through DoorDash to still be hungry.

The service was awesome. The staff was friendly, and our waitress Lily was especially sweet and attentive. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, which made for a comfortable dining experience. The food was good overall. I especially enjoyed the sides and salad bar, which had a lot of variety and some surprisingly delicious options. I definitely found myself making more than one trip. The meats were decent, but if you're a meat snob like myself, this is probably where you'll notice the difference. I found myself wishing there were a few more premium cuts making their way around the dining room. One surprise favorite was the chicken hearts they were actually really good and one of the highlights of the meal for me. Overall, if you're in the area and looking for Brazilian BBQ, this place is worth checking out. However, if you're someone who judges a churrascaria almost entirely by the quality and variety of its meats, you may find yourself preferring some of the competition.

We have found ourselves very irritable at lunchtime in our office because we have been ordering the same old lunches for years...one of us for 24 years! We sent one of the owners of the company I work for out on a mission to find new lunch spots. This is how we found Dolci! We ordered 6 different items to share so that we could try several items. Grande Lasagna Bolognese, Americana Pizza, Italian Fest Panini, Fettuccine Cartoccio, Dolci Chicken Mac & Cheese and Penne Michealangelo. Every single item was so delicious. The flavors were rich and the portions were generous! It gave the feeling of FINALLY being satisfied with lunch which we have not had in a very long time! We all agreed we needed a nap after lunch because we stuffed ourselves in the most gluttonous manner! The only problem is that we were so stuffed no one wanted to get back to work! We are very pleased with the quality of ingredients, the order being ready on time and even after driving 15-20 minutes back to the office the food was still hot! Thank you Dolci! We look forward to ordering again with you in the very near future!

The service was great. The steak was cooked perfect. All of the food was really good. It was a bargain for $35. They also actually give you a sharp knife that can cut a steak unlike some steak restaurants. I will definitely be going back. TBH I do go to steakhouses so maybe my definition of a good steak is different but honestly it wasn't that great Appetizers- we started with bacon wrapped shrimp... bacon was so overly cooked it just came off like bacon bits- it completely overpowered the shrimp and sauce So strike 1 Salads- we ordered one house and Caesar You can't really mess this up Ball Dinner Filet 10 oz Delmonico style Asparagus side Baked potato side But Steak was flavorless Good color, good sear and Good quality but no flavor at all- really sad! Then my dish their Sea-bass special and well it was really short of special! It was just soaked in oil Now keep in mind a good rich olive oil is delightful this wasn't this! It was overly soaked and saturated in it, and no flavor at all! I ate one bite of the fish and it was over! Strike 2 no dessert this time- and not because of me! They had limited options so I ended up going upstairs and getting ice cream. Strike 3 So uhhhh well -unless they say it was an off night and to come back for free.... We began with the deviled eggs--a classic reimagined with such precision they served as the perfect structural opening to the meal. The true showstopper, however, was the Filet Mignon. The sauce provided a brilliant counterpoint: fresh, crisp, and possessing a light, tingly spice that dances on the palate rather than overwhelming it.
