Grace was an awesome server, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was great throughout our meal. The food was delicious. I've never ordered anything but steak at Outback, but this time I tried the Alice Springs Chicken with steak of course, and it was amazing. The mushrooms, the sauce, and everything about it was so good. I honestly don't think I'll be ordering anything else from now on! Well Mate this place will blow your socks off with delicious food! The Bloomin' Onion was so very tasty. I enjoyed the sauce to dip it into but it also tasted great plain too. So my rib eye was supposed to be med rare. It can out blue. Which means raw raw raw. I sent it back just to take the extremely meat market raw down just a bit. It came out med well. Pink and tough. Salads are supposed to be green, not theirs though. I got a takeout salad with crispy chicken on it. It was all iceberg lettuce. No romaine, no leaf lettuce, just iceberg. Half the lettuce was not green, it was white or yellow and in huge, uncut chunks. The photo shows the non-green portion at top and what was left to eat below. It was overcooked. They forgot my mashed potatoes and broccoli and my baked potato. The order was unedible. It was so disgusting that I ordered a pizza right afterwards. Walking up to the door quickly tells the story. Filthy dirty. If I didn't have plans to meet 7 family members there, I would not have entered. First impression. Even though the restaurant was quite slow, a lunch at 12 pm took until 2:30 pm because of extremely slow service. We sat there for quite some time before the waitress took our order for apps, then the lunch. She seemed like a very sweet person, but when you're out, you want good service. A gentleman delivering the food was much more on the ball. The food was satisfactory, but nothing to write here that stood out as exceptional - mediocre. Enjoyed an 6oz sirloin steak special at Outback on July 2, 2025. This special comes with a cheesecake dessert. I'm from out of town & realized that I wasn't served the dessert. When I returned to this Outback ... 10 days later... I ordered the same special & asked manager to be compensated for an upgrade on the dessert. I was told that's not possible since I didn't call back & it was 10 days later. This is almost as bad when my wife's Outback carry out meal salad had fruit flies. Outback's service and quality is going down. It's ashame because the first steak meal & service was awesome. The meal 10 days later... grilled chicken was too dry & BBQ sauce was terrible. The quality of food at Outback Steakhouse nationwide appears to have declined significantly over the last few years. The quality and cut of steak has gone way down, and while I understand some of this can be attributable to COVID and supply issues, the price should reflect the lower quality. When you couple that with the awful service at this particular location, you are set up for a very bad experience. I ordered the filet and my friend ordered the sirloin. Both steaks were not cooked properly, and were sent back. My salad had brown lettuce and was very unappetizing. Our server was not attentive to our table and seemed very indifferent about our poor dining experience. While this is a chain restaurant, I still expect a certain level of standard to be met, and it was not here. read more
