Everything was perfectly delicious! Service was splendid and the restaurant was very appropriately appealing!

hate leaving bad reviews, but our experience tonight at this Outback location was unacceptable. We ordered a blooming onion, drinks, soups, and filet & lobster meals. The drinks came out fine, but our food arrived before our soups. After we told our server, the soups were brought out in the middle of our dinner. Then we discovered one of our steaks was not the filet we ordered -- it was a sirloin. We asked for it to be corrected, and they took the steak back to the kitchen. About 10 minutes later, the exact same steak was brought back out after we had already finished our meal. We were also charged twice for that meal until it was corrected. The manager, Legacy, was the only positive part of the experience. She offered to make things right and remove the entire meal, which we appreciated, but we chose to simply pay for what we received and have the incorrect meal removed from the bill. Unfortunately, this is not our first poor experience at this location. Service has been consistently disappointing and tonight was no exception. The restaurant was not busy, and our server had very few tables, yet the service was still extremely poor. Outback itself is a great restaurant, but I would strongly recommend choosing a different location. This location needs serious improvement in service and attention to detail. read more

Their blooming onion was really salty and delicious, but it was huge. We were able to get the blooming onion as fries next time we came (this wasn't on the menu, we had to ask for it). Their complimentary bread is soft and delicious. The French Onion soup is very salty. The bread tasted good dipped in the soup, but the soup was too salty to drink by itself. The center cut sirloin steak was salty and delicious. It was seasoned well. I asked for medium, and they cooked it to medium exactly. The sweet potato with the sugar on it was good too. The steakhouse Mac n cheese wasnt heated up completely. Some parts were warm and some parts were cold. I'll eat it as leftovers later. read more

My wife and I ate here on Saturday 6-22-2024. We initially went to another restaurant and walked out due to the place being unclean. I'll start with the food. I ordered a sirloin and my wife ordered prime rib. Both were absolutely perfect - flavor was on target with just the right amount of seasoning and they were cooked extremely like we asked. Sam, or waitress was absolutely fantastic, she made some great suggestions on sides and that were as good as she said they were. The fried mushrooms for an appetizer could have just as well been a meal, they were that good and plentiful. The restaurant was clean (as well as the restroom). Im so sick and tired of restaurants using road construction dump trucks to dump salt into their food. I took one bite of their "chili" and my blood pressure went up 15 points!! They bend over backwards for diabetics but simply just dont care for patrons with high blood pressure! Then when they read this they will make some asinine comment about how they strive to make healthy food and then WONT FIX THE ISSUE!! There are PHUCKING salt shakers on the damn table for a reason!! STOP DUMPING IT IN at the warehouse!! The food is cooked offsite in some warehouse and is trucked in 2-3 times a week. As a result the restaurant has zero control over the food it is serving and the food continues to be too salty. So we just silently stop going. I haven't been to the restaurant in quite awhile since my husband I usually cook steak at home on the regular or he likes to go to another particular steakhouse that is too loud and crowded for my liking. I'm sure you could guess where that may be. Anyway, I just think there was an issue with service received. I don't blame the young person waiting on us personally but rather think the issue is lack of proper training for waiting tables. He was very pleasant and polite. He must have entered my steak order incorrectly or the cooks just don't know how to cook medium well. I sent back and it was better. I had to ask for water refill. We were pretty excited to see an Outback opening near us. Went there last week and was terribly disappointed. Service was good but food was NOT. I ordered the $34 bone in Ribeye and wife ordered the $34 large filet. The driest ribeye I may ever have been served! The Filet was flat and dry. How do you get a ribeye dry and a flat filet? Two $34 steaks that were of the quality of a $7 steak on sale at the local grocery store. We had their wings as an appetizer, and they were very good. $140 for dinner for two, very overpriced for the quality of food delivered. I used to love the salmon with the topping with a sweet potato and mixed veggie. I have a health issue so I really depended on this nice well balanced meal. I've ordered it about once a week but stopped because I think Door Dash alerts them that you order a lot so they raised the price but I still ordered but not weekly. Then I stopped because the portions were getting small. I decided to order tonight because my health was acting up again and typically this meal helps. They barely have me anything. The sweet potato was so tiny, the salmon was okay but not like it used to be. Also, they didn't give me any utensils. They did rush it to my place though but geez take your time to get everything in the bag and make sure I'm getting a $53 good dinner. The chef and manager should be fired because the other locations aren't greedy like this one has become. I'm done with Outback. The food is real delicious!! The To go order process was easy and fast. The pork chops were juicy and the potatoes were delicious. Mac and cheeses a little on the dry side, but was ok. Had a problem with my order and the manager went above and beyond to fix the issue. They have very good costumer service. I ordered the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and steakhouse mac and cheese and they did their big one! The to-go waiter was very nice and pretty hardworking. So my husband suggested we try Outback (since we had never been before) and that will be the last time I ask for his recommendations lol. The only reason I gave two stars was: 1. Service was great 2. Their Caesar salad was sooo good! Those were basically the only good things about this place. The bread for the table was tasteless and the butter didn't help add any flavor either. I ended up ordering the Kingsland pasta which was very meh. The shrimp was ok, steak was tough, and pasta was overcooked. We ordered a couple of drinks too and they were also just ok. We ate everything on Christmas Eve. Our waiter was fantastic. We asked for a cup of chili that never made it to our table but other than that, the food was so good, we had no leftovers. Wow! I have been coming to this location for years. Literally the last straw. Matt O was the MOD (manager on duty) that attempted to resolve our issue but added even more condescending attitude and did nothing to resolve the standing issue. I walked my guests out of the store and returned briefly to speak with Matt O. The Mod of course was in conversation talking bad about me and the people I had brought. How inappropriate on multiple levels and shows the character of Matt O. Not war but I will literally tell everyone I know as well as in passing about the location and my experience. Not only disappointed but 100% uncalled for in the service industry. Additionally, prior to posting the review, the app asked if I wanted to add anything: One of my guests, I invited and paid for as well as my daughter asked for their steak medium rare. All of their steaks were served medium well. We not only asked and showed the temperature was wrong but had no further correction regarding this mistake. I have always been an Outback fan but it's been a couple of years since I have visited. The lunch yesterday was everything that I could ever want from a meal. Last time, I gave them a four, while my wife was probably a three. This time, it's reversed. I liked the house salad with the light balsamic vinaigrette better than the Caesar. My wife liked her filet; mine was a bit tougher than last time. They were both supposed to be cooked medium, but hers was more rare than mine, so we switched. Her mashed potatoes were good. My mixed veggies were way over cooked and were rather mushy. She liked the broccoli. Mine started off ok, but the last few pieces were a little too soft as well. Service was fine. Was there recently for my birthday and our server Gerald was the best!! We came in and told him it was our birthday and he created the perfect drink based on what I was feeling. He was so nice and made me feel so special. I got the unlimited soup and salad and that was sooo yummy, specifically the Ceaser salad and French onion soup. The food and service has deteriorated over the past several years. Ordered a blue rare ribeye. The meat was tough and overcooked for Blue rare. The meat was way over spiced. Asked server to NOT submit the meal order to the kitchen until AFTER we had finished with our salads - meals were served as the salads were being finished - like they wanted to get out as fast as possible. I'm not sure if it was just because it was a weekday night and everyone was ready to pack up and go, but truly, I think it was a pretty mediocre meal, no diss to anyone on staff at the time. It's on par with Chili's or Applebee's in my opinion; nothing particularly special or gourmet for a chain restaurant. Although our hostess was very kind and immediately made conversation with us, it was almost ten minutes before we were greeted by our server and were given waters, despite it being an almost empty house. All of our food came intact, but again, it's not particularly gourmet. My boyfriend is a bit of a steak fiend, and he recognized that the cut he received was missing the entirety of the ribeye cap. To the lot of us, we think "there's the meat, nothing is missing," but he recognized that something was missing. I'm not sure if Outback serves their steaks with the caps or not, or if the cut was just bad, or if it was removed while being cooked, but it wasn't there. It was also a bit overcooked for medium rare. Although our server offered to replace the steak, we opted not to. Having worked as a server, I feel like there was more that could have been done, or that I personally would have done. My filet mignon was cooked very nicely, even better than the ribeye order. The crust, rareness, and tenderness was to my boyfriend's approval. Lobster was definitely ideal, but a rather small portion. I'm also not quite sure what makes Aussie fries Aussie. They just kind of seem like regular fries. In addition, there was nobody to assist us with our check and we could not get boxes or flag anyone down, so I ended up retrieving one myself. Outback is just a chain and I don't go there for the best steak I can find. However, for what you are getting you do expect it to be cooked properly. My son wanted a blooming onion and it was as good as it has always been. The only downside of these is you can stop going on for more. Where things went south was on the entrees. We both ordered the exact same thing; two 8oz filets, medium rare. It took quite a long while for these to come out. We had gotten our bread and onion pretty quickly but then sat there for what seemed like 30+ minutes. When the steaks did come, they looked like two entirely different meals. One was cooked with a beautiful sear and was perfectly cooked inside. Mine however, was gray and looked like it had been boiled. I had taken one bite and it was grotesquely undercooked and lacked any flavor. I sent it back. Now, to make things worse, my son finished his meal entirely and I still did not have my steak. A manager came by and said she was making sure my steak came out perfectly this time. Literally, after 30 more minutes, I told them to box it up because I had somewhere I had to be. They boxed it up and two hours after our arrival we left. I was able to eat the meal at ho e and it was fine. Why irks me a little is that they did not give me a discount or anything. They handled this very poorly and as a result, this will be our last visit to Outback. The expectations are pretty low when I go here and they were still miles off of that. read more

I frequently visit this location as a regular on Monday nights. You start to see the details on how the business is ran and things in the industry as a whole. Being a regular it's your duty to speak up if something isn't right or has drifted from past experiences. Our 5 star bartender Jaimie will always voice our concerns to management to rectify any issues. Matt "aka BP" has always listened to all concerns and strived to resolve each issue with good forward solutions. Actually I've seen the food quality go up a notch in the last few visits. An adjustment was made to a side and the finished product has been more consistent. Always a pleasure to sit down for a meal and know the staff has your best interest. read more
