Sat at the Bar. Ordered a Blooming Onion. The Fry Person burnt the Onion, but I was so hungry that I chose not to complain. Waiter asked if I needed or would like more sauce for the onion. I said "yes please", but he never brought the sauce. Again, I chose not to complain or remind him of his inadequacy. I order a Bone-In Ribeye cook Medium Well with a loaded baked potato and house salad with honey mustard dressing. I asked that the food be staggered, so as I could enjoy the meal. So much for asking. Again, not worth my breath to complain. The Salad was actually very good and fresh. The main course was a different story. The $30.00 Ribeye, which was supposed to be Medium Well was Medium at best. The Baked Potato was dry. For what I spent for this meal I should of bought groceries and cooked myself. Folks, don't make the mistake I did. Read the reviews before you go out to the Restaurants. This was my first time trying out this location. I was craving their coconut shrimp and this past time i went i had order crab cakes with coconut shrimp. I did take a way and the food was brought to me very cold half on one crab cake was gone and the shrimp were cold i had ordered a full order but yet only received 4 shrimp. The Unlimited Shrimp is very unsatisfying. The orders take about 20 minutes to come out in between each order. I came in a day that had no ketchup which is very bad. The ribs were very salty and are not fall off the bone. Server was amazing, but it's just the food. read more

It has been a long time since I've been to the Outback and a lot has changed. New decor, new menu, and they even have a new way to prepare steaks (grilled steaks for that home grilled flavor, or so the menu states). Got the 6 oz and it was prepared just the way I like it. Decided to get the cheese cake and it was delicious. All in all the quality hasn't deminished over the years. It's still a solid place to get a reasonably priced steak. read more

We ordered to go. First of all the service was super slow! We watched to go orders sit while employees visited before they were taken out to the vehicles. When our food finally arrived 30 minutes late, the quality was terrible. We all had fries with our order and if you put the orders together it still wasn't a full serving. Its been almost two years since me and my wife have gone to Outback because the food had gone down and prices went up. But we were struggling to find food tonight. Got the Slice Springs broccoli and a Cesar salad for $42.00. Looked at the food when we got home and it was pathetic. Small chicken with very little cheese, one maybe two mushrooms and week bacon. small amount of broccoli and small Cesar salad with little dressing. I called the manager and told her about my meal and she told me the food is portioned out so there was nothing she could do and you get what you get. This is why I stopped going to Out back. Use to be outstanding now its forgettable and the management does not care. There new slogan should be "you get what you get". Pathetic food chain. read more

My fiancé and I went to outback Friday night. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive but, the food just wasn't quite right and although we were quick to order, we were there well over an hour. Our blooming onion was salty and saturated in grease. She noticed that we didn't eat very much of it and asked us about it so, we told her and she took it off of the bill, thankfully. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp, my fiancé ordered the ribs. We both had baked potatoes. I had a Cesar salad and he had the premium Mac and cheese. I ordered my steak medium and it came out rare but, it tasted fine. There were 4, less than impressive, shrimp on my plate. Small and very rubbery. My fiancé's ribs were just poorly cut with little bits of bone all over. He got frustrated trying to pick out all of the little bits and just gave up after about 3. The baked potatoes weren't quite done all the way and didn't have much for toppings like the picture showed (no butter or green onion tops, just a pinch or cheese and sour cream with a few bacon bits) but, he enjoyed his. He didn't care for the Mac and cheese but, I'd certainly order it as a side if we ever go back. And my Cesar salad was good. A little over dressed but, I like it that way. If you don't, I recommend having the dressing on the side. Our bill was a little over $50 (after the blooming onion was removed). I really don't see us going back for that kind of money but, I don't have anything to say about our server. She was very nice. read more

We come here for business lunches occasionally. I'm not sure why, but the lunch takes a really long time. If you only have an hour for lunch and must be back before the hour is up, you can't come here. No matter which server you get, you will sit for about 10 minutes before drink orders and then another 15 minutes waiting on apps if you order them. Then they take your entree order. It's at least an hour and 30 minute lunch to be honest. And the last two times I ordered the onion blossom they used old oil or cooked it too long. So I never order it again because I'm not sure it will be good. It's really good when done properly though. read more

We get here, not busy at all, wait 20 minutes for a table. Once we sit we wait for drinks and bread for 10 minutes, no refills of anything. Really enjoy this steakhouse , the steak for me is always cooked to my liking , the salad while not as big as before , is plentiful . The service has gotten better , but still lacking in being more prompt with drinks and asking General questions like , do u need refills or do you need a steak sauce like a-one or other brands . While a nice place to eat , I find the space is tight to move around . Prices are descent , but overall could be lowered . Timing The Prime Rib was and always is good. However, they seem more concerned about the kitchen than the experience in at the table. Your steak will arrive when you are just beginning to eat your salad. If you get any appetizers, you'll have it all on the table at the same time. When you mention something about it, you get an explanation about how the Prime Rib "comes out fast" or that it is already cooked it just needs to be heated... (that's exactly what I wanted to hear). Or, worse yet, you get an explanation about the processes in the kitchen and how it works. We just wanted a steak. A simple steak. The solution, from the manger's perspective, is that next time we go there, we need to ask for a manager and they will make sure it's timed better. No mention of talking to the staff about watching the customer and timing things a bit better. When that was suggested, it was quickly passed over. I suppose, if we go back, we can ask for "manager supervision" over our meal. Unfortunately, that leaves everyone else with a poorly timed mess... Unless you also ask for a manager. read more

Came here with the family and got terrible service. We sat for half an hour waiting to be seated when there were plenty of empty tables. Once seated, our server came over and was very friendly. We had to ask for our silverware after the appetizer because they didn't set the table. Waited for a very long time to get our food. Every single order was messed up. My salad had hardly any dressing, they gave my brother a cheeseburger instead of a burger, none of the burgers ordered had any sauce. Cold fries, slimy veggies... No order came out right. Finally our server came out and apologized, offering us free dessert. We ordered two of the chocolate brownies. After another half hour he came out and told us there was "something wrong with the chocolate sauce" so after a half hour of waiting, we didn't get the promised dessert. While the service was good and restaurant was clean, this was hands down the worst tasting steak of my life. I ordered the regular 12 oz sirloin. Steak was a little bit under done, which is OK for me, but all I could taste was black pepper and some kind of fish seasoning/fish taste. The steaks was very difficult to eat, I only ate a few bites. If you enjoy food poisoning, this is the place to be. While on vacation, took my family of 6 there for dinner on May 22, 2019. Two of the six were busily throwing our guts up by midnight. The horrific diarrhea started an hour or two later. So far we have lost 2 days of vacation because of their food. I called to report it and got asked if I was sure and what I ate and had I had anything else and...and....and...And, then he would check with his corporate and get back to me after the lunch rush. We had stopped and dined at this establishment, The hostess was not friendly, the food was substandard, the Ahi tuna had a very strange taste, as in I suggested they take it back because the taste was not at all what ahi tuna should taste like, I did not want to end up in the ER with food poisoning. The one good thing about outback is they are usually pretty consistent with there food. The service is usually what can go bad. The steaks aren't the best but they do a good job. Steaks are cooked the way you want and seasoned well. The tuna is perfectly seasoned and lightly seared. read more

Fathers Day meal with my family. Service was excellent, the food not even close. Shrimp fresh off the "Barbie" ice cold. Sent back. Prime rib ordered rare came out raw and had to be re-fired to remove icy center. The dish was returned to the table without au'jure. The $30 piece of meat was tough as a raw sirloin cut straight off the cow they ran down and killed a mile after the chase ended. Sorry new to this but I am honestly describing this in my opinion and in my way of talking. The Victoria Filet was impeccable according to my wife and the other kids dishes were acceptable. Bottom line not worth the 2 hours of driving round trip and the 165 bucks spent on a special day for my family. We were given 2 $10 rebates for use during another visit...these will expire before using them. To be clear we will not return to redeem them. Went to outback for lunch. The wait for our drinks was long, for our appetizers--long as well. The manager opted to not charge us for them, that's how long it was. Long for the steaks and mushrooms added to the steak. I don't know if it was the kitchen, but the service and wait time was pretty cruddy. The food was pretty good though.
