So my experience was horrible.. we had a group of 4. In which we were there for my girlfriends bday weekend.. everything was fine. We ordered drinks,our bread came, order was put in when all of a sudden a man, maybe a manager, not sure approached our table and tells me I'm gonna have to keep it down or I will be kicked out. I was so confused and asked for what.. this man accused me of using foul language towards customers.. threw me off since we were in a group of couples.. I was so pissed that this man accused me of such a thing that never happened. So I ignored him.. as I ignored him he says o we will see about that and see what security says.. so the other female at my table tells me the table next to us were the ones who complained.. so a complaint turned into them accusing me of mouthing off to customers and kicked me out.. funny part is this is a casino outback and we were right by the casino walk way. Tell me now, is anyone quiet there?? It took me days to figure out if I wanted to write a review,because the more I think about it. It makes me feel it was a race thing and I'm not one to ever go that route.. but to be accused of something I didnt do and call security because I did not acknowledge a false claim and then security comes kicks us out.a group of 4 for my girls bday dinner.. something sure seems unfair and that red headed kid was lucky I kept my cool .. at this point I dont expect anything to be done.. but karma will do part.. just being disrespected in front of all those people and having to keep my cool ,not cool.. read more

A Saturday night dinner, October 11: Our party of 4 was seated promptly in a booth inside however cigarette smoke from the smoking section of the restaurant and the Aquarius Casino wafted into the no-smoking section of the restaurant. Our order was quickly taken when ready and drinks came shortly thereafter. We did not order alcohol so cannot comment on that aspect of this restaurant. The meal: My mother and I ordered the Firecracker Salmon and the small fillets (approximately 41/2 inches by 2 inches by 1 1/2 inches thick) were dry, overcooked and did not taste like fresh salmon. Understand: we are not in salmon country however these fillets had a very stale flavor; not what I expect for a $16 plate. The salmon had a spicy mango marinade drizzled over the fillet and about two tablespoons of diced mango that tasted canned. The salmon came with ONE side and we both selected broccoli which was steamed just right and was a fair sized serving however I believe the dish should automatically come with rice pilaf and a vegetable to be selected for this price. Our dinner came with a loaf of bread the size of a medium potato (for a party of FOUR!) and of course we had to order more. Maybe this is to prevent waste. The chicken breast our other family member ordered was pretty blah and nothing noteworthy. The terriyaki shish kabob on the 4th dinner was so overpriced and underflavored. Service was good and prompt. I would not eat here again nor would the other 3 of our party. It is overpriced, overcooked and over-rated. I believe OUTBACK should be put OUT to PASTURE as it has seen its heyday! At least this one (and the one in Sierra Vista, Arizona-also pretty mediocre). read more

Felt it necessary to leave my review after reading a few yesterday before our visit. We we greeted instantly, and seated in a comfortable booth. Our friendly waitress took our drink order, then our appetizer order, and got us both very quickly. Shared the shrimp appetizer and my boyfriend was raving about it. Then he had the chicken tortilla soup and i ate his bread side that came with it. He said it was much better than the same style soup he had at mohave steak house in bullhead. He had lobster and a filet for meal and then added another lobster tail afterwards because it was so perfect. I have the parmesan pasta with grilled chicken, it was cooked and seasoned to perfection, not a single complaint. We ordered the triple dessert platter, with the chocolate brownie/ice cream, carrot cake, and cheesecake. I devoured the carrot cake while he kept the brownie ice cream combo to himself. We shared the crustless cheesecake which at first seemed odd tome but after just a single taste I discovered it was so perfectly smooth and creamy that i didnt even miss the crust, or had need for the raspberry or chocolate sauce we ordered on the side. All in all it was a lovely evening, the service was outstanding and I couldn't say anything negative about the food if i wanted to. read more

This could have been a really bad experience and it started that way. We got there and the man seated us quickly. He was very friendly. Then our waiter came. He took our order but then that was it. Never brought us waters or the drinks we ordered. We never got the bread he said he would be "right back" with. Another couple showed up and orders their drink. Our waiter brought theirs out before ours so we decided to leave. I was really upset and wanted to make the manager aware of our bad experience and let him know that we wanted to cancel our order. He really turned it around for us. He was very apologetic and asked us to stay. His name was Kenny. He sat us with another server named Luis Cruz. Between the two of them they checked on us and were extremely attentive. We actually walked out with a smile and know that we will be retuning. Mu husband and I ate here tonight. I had the 8 oz. sirloin and shrimp on the barbie; hubby had short ribs and chicken on the barbie. The steak was quite large and melted in my mouth! The shrimp had a nice tang to them. Hubby tried a shrimp, and though he normally doesn't like shrimp, really enjoyed this! He gave me a piece of his rib, and it, too was tender and moist, and there was no fat. His chicken was moist and flavorful, too. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. All in all, it was great! No complaints at all. Good food; good waitress, good atmosphere. Can't ask for much more! read more

What can I say about this place except REALLY. ..I've been to numerous Out backs all over,rhis place was Horrible, my wife had an 8 ounce steak,that was supposed to have been medium rare this thing was so dry she had to refuse to eat it,I ordered the Mahi, it was awful very fishy and very dry,they did not have tarter sauce so the waitress brought some shrimp coctail sauce,well the beat thing about this experience was the manager did take care of my wife's dinner,I've love Laughlin but I will never go back to this Outback in the Aquarius......not good at all read more

Went in for a late dinner after seeing a show, the restaurant was not too busy. We were seated promptly by some friendly staff. And there we sat. A table was seated almost 5 minutes after us and their waitress was there within minutes. Almost 15 min after being seated we decided that there had to be a better option as the table seated after us was already munching on their appetizer. The waiter finally arrived at the table, but we were already on our feet and headed to the door. On the way out the "Manager" was standing at the door and asked how our night was. I told him what was going on and he basically just shrugged his shoulders and went back to talking to the hostesses. I have been to many Outback Restaurants and this is by far the worst experience ever. read more

I've been here twice, about three weeks apart, and have had consistent food quality both times. The first time I came in, I ordered a medium-cooked steak. I normally go with medium rare, but I was in a new town, didn't know what their interpretation of medium rare was, so I played it on the safe side. They came back with medium rare. I wasn't upset by any means, since that's what I usually get, but it was still a little disappointing that a steakhouse didn't cook the steak to order. My second visit, taking into account the first, I ordered medium-well, expecting medium. I've attached a photo of what I got. In case that doesn't work, the meat looked like it was still alive on half of it. Many steakhouses are in the habit of asking you to cut into it to make sure it's the way you'd like it. This, not so much. This would have been sent back in a heartbeat. Despite expressing my concern to the waitress, no other acknowledgement of the severely undercooked meat was given. In addition to the wrong temperature of the meat, it was the wrong meat altogether. I ordered the shrimp and filet meal, and was served a very obvious sirloin. I'm not one to complain, but I definitely will not be going back there again. Saltgrass, at the Golden Nugget, knows how to cook their steak the first time. read more

Outback Steakhouse - A severely undercooked "medium well" steak - Steakhouses Near Me - Laughlin, Nevada

My wife and I just had dinner at the Outback in the Aquarius. It was horrible. I ordered prime rib and she ordered a filet. Our salads were fine, the steaks were unrecognizable as a filet or prime rib. The filet was thin and dry, the prime rib was fatty, thin and tasteless. I have never seen a filet as thin as she was served and my prime rib was anything but prime. Never again. What a waste of time and money. I don't expect to win when I gamble but I do expect decent food at the casinos. read more

The best place to eat in Laughlin. We had a very pleasant experience and a great dinner. We were a party of 7 which included 2 teenagers and 2 little girls, and everybody loved their food, surprising I know, but really, no body complained. I enjoyed the best Mai Tais ever and my husband had a blast with his prime rib, cooked as ordered. The waitress Elizabeth, was an Angel, very accommodating and in top of what we needed. If you are planing to have dinner there on a Saturday, plan to wait because they are packed, but you won't be disappointed. read more

We ate at this store a couple years ago and it was good. We returned there and it was just as wonderful as before. The Wedge Salad was tasty and of good size. The Rib Eye Steak was wonderful- cooked perfectly and with just a tiny amount of fat for flavor. The baked potato was fluffy and seasoned well on the outside. Service was pretty good also. They do a really nice job here. It was a better than average Outback experience. I have been to many Outbacks and this one is close to the top. The food is always really good, but I was impressed by the service. From the hostess to the busser and the food server (Mark), everyone was as nice as can be. Had dinner here while we stayed in Laughlin. We were celebrating my parents anniversary. Wait was not long but the waiter was slow and and brought us bread for our meal. He did not bring out plates for us to put the bread and did not come frequently. I had to ask for plates, and refills for drinks when he did walk by. Not attentive, not friendly, totally out of it. When having dinner I ordered a filet and shrimp dinner. I ordered the filet med Rare when It arrived at the table it was absolutely perfect. As far as the food goes it was great, but keep your belongings close. I had accidentally left two slot machine cash out slips buried under plates on our table. Shortly after realizing this I returned to see if our waitress, which we had included a tip for on the bill had returned them. To my dismay she had not, and conveniently nobody seemed to know what happened to them. Stopped in at the local Outback Steakhouse Laughlin NV. After rec. our meal my wife and I looked at something moving on the table top, turned out to be a couple of silverfish moving our direction. Then I noticed under the booth were pieces of food and crayons and the assorted parts of bread. the manager was called and we were told that this was normal !! That the tables were left this way until closing. and that they could not do anything about the insects that may have been attracted to the food on the floor. This was because the steakhouse was sprayed for insects . Oh well guess you can't get them all ? Oh I also asked that my H. steak be done Medium IT was a hockey puck . A very good representation of the chain. The food was great, service was good and we'd definitely return if in the area. Be aware there can at times be a substantial wait to be seated but the restaurant is inside the casino so it's not unbearable to wait if you have the patience. we went on a Wednesday night we finally had a babysitter and were wanting to go to a nice restaurant for our night out... BIG Mistake.... we were told the wait was 20 min but after 20 minutes when i noticed that people that came in after us( not one but two couples ) got sat before us when they did not have a reservation pissed me off.... I am not from Laughlin to get there is a 30 minute drive so we went out of our way to enjoy a great meal which never happened... When i brought it up to the hostess that couples were being sat before us when they got here 10 minutes after us she looked DUMB FOUNDED( she clearly screwed up the list, but would never apologize for her screw up...) When i heard all i wanted to hear coming from her I said that's fine cause we are not staying they all of a sudden had a table for us.... A little to late, I am a server and from personal professional experience you should make sure that your employees are properly trained and yes i know everyone is not perfect but its not that difficult to admit that you screwed up to the customer.... I feel that if you DO NOT HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE then your face shouldn't be the first person i see when i come to your business because your attitude, smile and the way you speak basis my whole experience , and from the lack of customer service from that night showed me that we were right for not staying to eat there.... read more
