I come to this location of Outback Steakhouse very often and I have never had a bad experience personally it's always a great experience the service is best in town and I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment and there staff, especially the proprietor Bunny she always stops bye and checks on my family. 10 out of 10 would recommend this establishment and love eating here read more

This outback is really hit or miss. Dining in I've always had good servers & my food has never really been messed up. Ordering togo, that's where they are really lacking. Ordered a large order of cheese fries & requested a few extra ranch dressings. I get home and there is ONE small sauce cup. Every time I order togo now I check the bag & each time I have to have them fix mistakes or get what I requested. Another time I ordered a medium rare steak & when I got home (live literally 5 minutes south of the restaurant) my steak was well done to the point it wasn't edible. I never use their delivery service because I know something will be missing & it is less of a hassle for me to just go there instead of getting food delivered & then have the driver go back to get what I asked for. I worked in the service industry for years & it is not hard to make sure a togo order has all it needs. Read the ticket. read more

Bar Server was extremely rude and my experience was awful. I walked in and sat at the bar. Ordered a drink and menu. Got my drink and ordered soup. Soup came out, but no napkin. Ordered a napkin, she gave me little bar napkins. I said don't you have cloth napkins? Then ordered coconut shrimp and waited 25 minutes. She knew I was getting impatient so she gave me another beer. I didn't want another beer, I still had half a bottle. I looked around and other people had bread. I asked her don't I get bread as well? Oh you want bread, it'll be a little while. Then shrimp came out but got no utensils. Felt like I was begging for quality service. Did not order dinner. I finally got up and left, and said to myself I would never come back. read more

Pricey but definitely worth it. Usually a pretty good wait before getting a table. Always a good indication of great food. Can call ahead and they'll give you a time so you don't have to wait in line or order online for carryout. read more

My wife and I went on new years day 2014 to finnish watching the biggest out door NHL game of the year, and to see this new re- model job they did . let me just say never again , we asked for a booth they put us at a new half of a booth, I was facing the window sun blairing in my eyes, sitting on a very hard chair, cant see the tv's in the bar area which it did not matter any way they did not have the NHL game on any of the tv's. the hostess try to sit a couple down next to us but they wanted a whole booth not a half. They walked out after telling her they would go eat somewere other then outback. this happen two more times with other people. when our food came out to the table we asked for boxes and left too! The place is not the same I hope they don't do this to other outbacks . Thanks for making me miss the NHL game, we will not be back. read more

We usually have a decent experience here. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about. Until now. Now I definitely have a complaint and a tip to offer future patrons. Don't order carry-out steak near the end of the night. I've been told recently that I should use that tip always, for any restaurant. Lesson learned. We ordered 2 steaks, sides, and an appetizer trio. The seared ahi and the sauce that comes with it is amazing. That was the highlight. The filet ordered as "medium" was definitely too well done. The ribeye ordered as "medium-rare" was absolutely, 100% rare and inedible until it was re-cooked at home. There should have been no more than 2 or 3 degrees of difference between the medium/medium-rare steaks but they couldn't have been more different. Based on other experiences I'd like to give this restaurant one more star but the price of that dinner for the quality of that food was just too disappointing. read more

The blue cheese chopped salad is my favorite!!! I get that with the filet and it's always cooked to perfection!!! Melts in your mouth. The manager walked by found out it was my b day and the proprietor brought us by a dessert!!! So nice really made me feel special! Can't wait to come back read more

The Prince Frederick outback is definitely my favorite outback! The staff is great and the food is wonderful!

I come to Outback quite often and today I have been truly disappointed. I ordered the potato soup and salad, the soup had no flavor and the potatoes had an awful taste, the croutons were old. We ordered the spinach dip and it was served as if someone had eaten out of it, the chips were soaked in grease and totally stale. Two daughters ordered the outback special, the fries were cold and dry the steak was suppose to be medium rare, it was served with the RARE, to the point that blood actually oozed out when she it cut the steak. Another daughter ordered the ribs and fries and the fries were also cold and dry. We were not served bread and butter either. A table came in after us and was served drinks, bread and salad while we were still waiting on one appetizer. To bad the servers are always the one to be judged when leaving a review and/or tip. My reason for the 3 stars is because I have always had great service and great food. Maybe the lunch time cook(s) should get a decease in pay for every time they send out crappy food. read more

The wedge salad is so good! Also love the filet medallions! Everything is pretty good food wise and the service is great as well!

I find it ridiculous that I am sitting AT the bar with a family with kids - probably 2,4,7 years old. AT the grown up bar. Bartenders say restaurant condones it. Will not be back! I want to sit at a bar with grown ups, not babies. read more

Best outback in Maryland, by far. Staff is great and managers never let you leave unless everything is as close to perfect as possible.

Every time we go to this Outback we have poor service from inexperienced servers/cooks/managers. The server last night didn't even ask us how our steaks were after we cut into them. They were all cooked wrong. We asked for A1 sauce from the food runner while the server was there. The server said she'd get it, but the food runner brought it out immediately. The server finally brought the A1 to us after we were done eating, and like it was okay and didn't even realize this. I ordered a drink from the bar and saw it sitting for about 10 minutes at the bar waiting for the server to bring it to me. Even the Ahi Tuna App was disappointing. Slivers (or shaved) now? The only good thing here was the service. Meghan worked hard and stayed calm with our large party. My steak was well done when it was ordered medium rare. Not happy but ok, cooks were under pressure. However when my knife literally bent as I attempted to cut into what could possibly have been shoe leather, that's a different story. My mother in laws prime rib was completely inedible! Sinewy, fatty and impossible to cut, just nasty even if the manager did take it off our check. Their trade mark bloomin' onion? Well that was more like a grease soaked deep fried cactus! The bread was good (hard to screw up prefab) but how do they make honey butter into frozen globs of gross? Couldn't spread it, couldn't shallow it, yuck. read more

Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had. We came in for an early dinner. Arrived at 5:20. Ordered calamari and the stuffed mushroom caps. After a long wait the female manager came out to advise they were making the mushroom caps and dropped off the calamari, which was cold and had to be sent back, Steaks were ordered medium and medium well and came out rare,practically mooing. Lobster tail was raw, and shrimp parm pasta came with burnt shrimp. We were told by locals that there is new management. Clearly they need help. read more

This is an average American chain restaurant. Nothing special, but consistent. Service is fine.

Let's just start with weak drinks, something maybe with the soda dispenser. Gin and vodka tonics were the worst tasted like water. Ordered food. Vegetables were cold, told manager would be out with new ones to talk. I guess it was the manager, just put on table and left. Not a word said. Bartender more interested in talking to regulars then waiting on other customers. Just not paying attention to what is going on with the rest of the patrons. Since it was a Fri night, I would suggest at least 2 behind the bar. However, obviously some kitchen issues as well. Definitely not what was expected being an Outback. But it is Prince Frederick! read more

I'm not much of a chain-restaurant guy, but the Outback is close and I go back frequently for two main reasons: 1) The staff is unfailingly nice and prompt. Always ready to make your meal the best possible experience, but not at your table every 20 seconds interrupting your meal. 2) The food is really good and is prepared the same way every time. I have had most of the things on their menu, but I always get their steak. It's cooked exactly the way I want it every single time. read more

The food and the service was terrible. The first warning sign was the server didn't seem to know anything about the menu and didn't know whether the clam chowder was New England or Manhattan style. I ordered chicken quesadillas, which was an option for the lunch special. What I got was a bacon quesadilla with honey mustard sauce on the side. There was little to no chicken in the thing. There was no indication on the menu that the chicken quesadilla contained bacon. Frankly, I have never seen or heard of a quesadilla that contains bacon. The server again didn't seem to know the menu and what is suppose to be in the chicken quesadilla. It was as if they were short servers that day so they asked someone off the street come in and serve. I don't eat bacon and sent it back. The second one contained some chicken, more than the first, but not a lot and it had mushrooms. Again, a surprise for a quesadilla, but at least it was food that I eat. There were other problems with the server, but it isn't worth the time to tell it. I have read other reviews and it is clear, based on the food and the service, this isn't a good place to eat.
