    I have had a $50 gift card burning a hole in my pocket for probably about 8 years for this place and finally thought to go. It probably has been at least ten years since I been to a an Outback. Came here hangry for a late lunch today on Wednesday and arrived around 2pm. We stood at the front for little while with nobody around to greet or seat or answer the incessant ringing of the telephone. It was a awkward moment where I considered walking out. They are famous for their blooming onion so we had to get that. It was large and tasty but half way through, it was a bit too much of the same taste. Definitely large enough for 4 as we couldn't finish it. Got the boomerang mozzarella sticks and those were surprisingly good. Flakey on the outside and gooey on the inside. The prices for an entree were REALLY high... $35+ so opted for a $17.99 steak sandwich and I got the steak lunch for $13.99 that came with one side. Both were just alright. Hubs didn't finish his. Said it didn't have much flavor. Mine was not memorable at all. Even Sizzler has a better steak. Our waitress was very kind but overworked. She had 6 tables for a total of 20 people? She was running around like a nut but managed the best she could. The whole place was understaffed. Our lunch was $80 after tip. For all the places to eat, this was not a good value or experience. I would rather go to Cattlemens for that price or even Buckhorn grill and get the tastiest tri tip ever. We will not be back. I am glad I didn't have to be out of pocket that much or i would be upset.

    visited Outback Steakhouse to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing. While our server was friendly and personable, the service itself fell short. We never received the complimentary bread that other tables around us were given, and I was never asked if I wanted a refill on my soda or offered another beer. It felt like we were somewhat overlooked during the visit, which was especially disheartening on a day meant to feel special. That said, the food was great--everything we ordered was delicious and cooked perfectly. I usually enjoy dining at Outback, and while the food didn't disappoint, I hope the service is more attentive next time. On a separate note restrooms especially should be checked regularly I had to use seat covers to wipe lol not fun.

    We always love the ribeye and prime rib here. We were quoted a 20 min wait on Sunday night but found a nice booth at the bar area, so we were able to sit right away. Noticed there was a whole section of empty tables while there was a lobby full of waiting customers, so I guess they are short staffed. Not sure if that's just tonight or an ongoing issue. Had a great dinner. Ribeye was a little overcooked (I asked for medium but it was well done) but it tasted ok. Seems smaller and thinner than ribeyes at Outback in the past. Broccoli and mashed potatoes were delicious. Server Lindsey was great, very peppy and friendly.

    Horrible steak! Ordered medium rare and it was raw and then gave them a second chance and ordered a filet and it was well done!

    Check out kiosk was unnecessarily complicated when wanting to split things based on what was purchased.

    Had lunch here today with family, and unfortunately it was kind of a mess. First it took forever for anyone to even acknowledge us after we were seated. The place wasn't busy at all, but we just sat there awkwardly for way too long before our server finally showed up. She seemed nice at first, but that was about the high point of the service. Second, there was a massive chunk of salad stalk in our salad. Then, in my wife's salad, we found something that straight-up looked like a cross between a mushroom and a booger. Not even joking. It was slimy and greenish and sitting right on top--immediate appetite killer. Meanwhile, the Bloomin' Onion we ordered was the tiniest one I've ever seen (and I've had my fair share), and they forgot the onions on my kid's burger. Which is kind of impressive, when you think about it. To top things off, our server told us twice that she'd bring us the complimentary bread, and it just... never came. At that point, we didn't even bother asking again. The checkout system is also unnecessarily complicated. We wanted to split the check between us and my wife's family--but the table kiosk only lets you split by cost, 50/50, or evenly two/three ways. That's fine if you're a group sharing everything, but not when you've ordered totally separate items. Other places make it easy to split by item--this felt like rocket science for no reason. Could've been a decent meal (and other than what I've already mentioned, it was delicious!), but the weird service, bad execution, and mystery mucus-like snot nugget in the salad made this a hard pass for next time.

    We came hungry on New Years Day and were seated promptly. The service staff were all supportive and friendly: let's just say they took good care of us. The potato soup is BOMB! Definitely something to try. I had a cup as a starter, before my salad came out. My grandson LOVED his chicken strips & fries! My daughter was happy with her lunch soup & salad combo. The only things that needed to handled differently was 1. my son-in-law did not have anything for quite a while and he needed to get a few more things done before the day was over. 2. The steak on my salad was definitely not cooked medium rare. It was still tasty, but not cooked to the right temp. Always a good vibe inside. It's a great spot to catch a game at the bar or to have a group get together!

    Yooooo! I know I just did a review for Outback Steakhouse less than a month ago, but honestly, my birthday dinner deserves some recognition! Not only because of how delicious it was, but how good the cooks did! Good is an understatement... it was excellent! My man surprised me and had ordered takeout online. He said it fast and simple and they have a rewards program when you order food from here. He ordered us each the Victoria Filet Mignon and Lobster with a baked potato. When I got home from work, he surprised me with dinner on the table, set up with candles, all decorated with rose petals, birthday confetti, cute little gift boxes, a colored theme... I mean, damn he went the above and beyond making my day so special.. no one has ever done it on this level! Let me just tell you how amazing my dinner was... this was the most tender filet mignon I have ever had from a restaurant. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Each bite danced with delicious flavors on my tongue. The lobster, although not as big as we hoped, had perfect flavor. You almost didn't even need the butter! And does anyone else realize they have the best baked potatoes around? So delicious! I want to recognize Courtland at Outback Steakhouse in the to-go area. She threw in ice cream sundae's for us and wrote happy birthday on the containers. How the heck have I not seen how good Outback Steakhouse has been over the years? I am so impressed with their quality of food the last few times I have eaten here that I am becoming addicted. I can't wait to try something else so I can tell you guys all about it!

We always get great service. The restaurant can get very busy, so a reservation is always recommended. We know how to maneuver our way in and out during peak times. Lately we have been having the happy hour which starts at 4pm. We try to make it right at the start to get the best seating. The staff there are super helpful--even the bartender makes their way over to your table to get things started for you. They really watch over each other's back to make sure you have a great experience. The food always comes out without delays and we never have to ask to have the steak redone. Made to perfection. Love the restaurant chain and the people. We will definitely continue eating at Cattlemen's.

I've been coming here my whole life and it has always been one of my favorite restaurants. We got seated, immediately greeted, waiter brought our drinks quick, then the salad and bread. He took our order. Then it started to go down hill, we waited 40 minutes for anyone to show back up at our table. Meaning we sat with empty cups for 40 minutes. No refill on the bread, no one asking if we are doing ok or if we needed anything else. We moved our dishes and empty cups to the edge of the table hoping someone would notice. The waiter was talking with other servers and laughing and staring out from the kitchen area the whole time. Which I get, 3 hours before close I'm sure he was tired and had a busy shift. Then, our food comes 5/6 of our plates were WILDLY uncooked. My boyfriend ordered a lobster tail with steak. The lobster was served half cooked. What lobster meat should have been white was CLEAR. His steak was ordered at medium came rare. Bloody and mooing. My steak I ordered medium well. (Slight pink) came RARE again bloody, mooing leaving a plate full of blood. Same with 2 of my kids, kids meals. One of my kids powered through it. My toddler didn't eat a single bite, but I had already cut up her meat in bite size portions and she was already being inpatient. I figured when I got my food back I would share mine with her. The 5th plate was a burger, ordered well done (no pink) that thing was also dang near raw and leaking blood and soggy. I can understand one plate needing to be sent back to be recooked. It's a restaurant stuff happens. But 5/6? When the waiter came back over to take the plate I asked for bread. I mean I was hungry. Took 30 more minutes for them to bring my plate back, and bread. Everyone was done eating and ready to go and we still hadn't got my food. Then the manager came to bring my plate back I told him my frustrations, he just stood at the table which frustrated me more. Offered me free desert, then a card for 50$ off Which I didn't want either, I wanted to eat and get out of there. I was pissed and he is standing there staring while I'm trying to speed eat so my family can leave. So yea, we left before they sung happy birthday as the whole situation was a dumpster fire. If we go back to Cattlemens it won't be this location.

Within moments, we were graciously swarmed by servers offering up an incredible variety: bacon wrapped chicken and filet, Picanha, Fraldinha, lamb, pork sausages, Costela (honestly to-die-for), grilled pineapple, and even queijo com mel drizzled on top. Perfeito. I was completely in my element and so was everyone at the table. The service was outstanding. Rafael, David, and the gentleman carving the gold wrapped steak (yup, I said gold). We tried two desserts, the crème brûlée and the banana cheesecake. They matched the quality of the entrees. Everyone remarked on how great the sourdough bread that was brought to the table was. As the ladies in our party said, you could make a meal out of the bread along with some cheese and wine. We were seated in one of the side rooms, which didn't seem to hinder the service at all. TONS of food, which was nice (especially for the price)! both steaks were ordered medium rare; the filet was cooked as ordered and the rib eye was on the medium/medium well side. however, the major bummer with the rib eye was the menu states well marbled but the steak gas VERY fatty when you're paying $62 for a USDA prime, "well-marbled" (per the menu's description) steak, the last thing i'd expect is to describe the steak as more fatty then marbled. the sides were great; the garlic mashed potatoes with the soy wasabi sauce were incredible! SERVICE our server started out very attentive and progressively we saw him less and less throughout the night; waiting for the check, needing water refills, etc. i get that everyone has busy tables and the F&B industry is having a tough time, but dang. at a place like this, i'd expect top notch service throughout the dining experience! AMBIANCE it's very nice inside. super cool bar when you first walk in. lots of spacious seating so you're not sitting on top of one another and modern decor. after having worked in F&B, i totally understand the industry; some nights people call out, larger parties consume the kitchen, etc. but for the price, nothing really seemed to blow us out of the water :( hopefully it was just a bad night that we went. it has a great reputation for a reason! hoping the next visit is a better experience!

All in all, I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the mood for some great Brazilian barbecue vibes without the full commitment. Service was so so, probably because it looks like they close right around 2?? We didn't know that and it would have been nice to know we are getting the leftovers from the lunch rush. We wanted to have a nice lunch, instead we feel we got screwed for $100 lunch, I am still hungry and also thirsty now. Can't recommend this place, at all!!!!
