Profoundly disappointing 3rd meal from this location in 2 weeks. Maybe Wednesday night is the wrong night to order curbside. However I won't be dropping another $50 to test that theory out. The brocculi required re-cooking TWICE in order to make it palatable. Raw was not what I had expected. Never got my bread (which made me sad because I LOVE their bread) but I did get plenty of butter containers which I felt was a cruel consolation prize. The steak had more fat than acceptable given the cost and that this was allegedly a center cut sirloin and even though I upgraded to 8oz tonight it was puny and seemed DECIDEDLY smaller than its predecessor from earlier this week (which was 6oz)​. In addition it was NOT a medium well steak. I also had to re-cook this item as well -see attached photos. I arrived 3 min after the end of the 22-27 minute readiness window (30 minutes after the order,was placed). Parked. Called. Called 4x before I was able to reach anyone. Was told the Hamburger was still cooking. 14 min LATER I was provided my meal. My very cool and undercooked meal. The cold steak, the raw brocculi and the two carelessly made child hamburgers. It would be comical were it a cheapo diner I had just visited. But tonight's meal was from Outback and I expected more. I expected accuracy and instead I got scammed. The items tonight were ordered previously so I know this is not the "usual". Frankly if it were I would not have re-ordered two times prior. read more

the service was great! love the curbside service. on line ordering was fantastic. blooming onion was over the tip delicious! not greasy not soggy not over or undercooked. absolute perfection. the loaded mashed potatoes were a little dry and still. I saved them to take home and add more butter and salt. I bought the sweet potato for my mom it smelled mouth -watering I also saved the bread for her. did not order any protein as the onion was my goal. that sauce! could drink it. will be back for more! read more

Aww, I'm disappointed. I was all in Pensacola, Fl saying how better Outback in Shreveport is. I must say I was disappointed with the steak. I ordered med, just trying it from my normal(mild raw)...it was well done & tough. My server asked did I want to send it back however flashbacks from YouTube hit me. We had a great experience, definitely on the pricey side. Would be a great place for an anniversary or special occasion not something our family could afford regularly. The food was wonderful. The only thing that wasn't just spectacular was the creamy spinach side and it was still good. Our favorite appetizer was the fried shrimp! The red fish was delicious. We had the brisket nachos as well, they were good! My mom had the burger which she loved, had a sweet taste. I had the steak which was very good, and my son had chicken strips. I'm very lenient with servers since I work in a restaurant, but this was insane...Took 35 minutes for our sever to even acknowledge us...the manager knew it was taking a while, but didn't offer much help. He told us she was taking care of a big party who had just finished. I understand that, but that's when HE should have stepped up and at least offered to get us some bread or something while we waited..All he did was make the host get us drinks. Needless to say when we did end up getting service it wasn't great. She did apologize for taking so long, but she kept getting stuff wrong or forgetting to bring us things we asked for (i.e silverware, ranch..). Never had lunch at Outback. My friend and I ordered the hamburger lunch. It came with fries. I ordered the French onion soup. The waitress told me that could be my one side. So Idid not get the fries my friend op for the salad. Hamburger was good pickles very sour. When ticket came I was charged for drink we both had water. Also I was charged for the soup. 3.99 When I ask the waitress why was I charged. She said it was a special item. Not only was I charge for the soup I should have had the fries that came with the burger. I think the waitress was new so I let it go. I don't like paying for something I said came with my meal. , 9/29/23 was a great experience! I was offered a do-over by the manager, Miesha. My serverToday was Ms Kat, very friendly and professional. Her energy made me feel welcomed, I ordered a shrimp & chicken alfredo, and Ms Kat offered extra alfredo sauce, which the dish needed. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Ms. Kat and Miesha checked on me a few times throughout my dining. I appreciate the entire Outback team for making my experience what it should have been on my first visit. This was my 2nd visit at this restaurant, It was like night and day. I would recommend this Outback to my family and friends!!! Haven't been here in years so we decided to come back. We got the bloomin onion. It was good as always. Then we got ribs and salmon as the entrees. They were both good as well. To finish it off we shared a slice of strawberry cheesecake. It was too light on the sauce but the cake had a great taste. No need to go all the way to the cheesecake factory. For an appetizer, two entrees, a dessert and two cokes it came out to $80 before tip. Do this place is still pricey but it's good enough to make it worth it every once in a while. read more

What a great meal! I have been to this location a couple times a year for last 15 years and food and service has been kinda going down last few years. Wife and I decided to have a date nite on Sunday and we picked outback. I'm glad we did, we went around 5pm and got right in. Within couple of minutes Ethan our waiter showed up and took our drink orders and got our appetizer of coconut shrimp on the way. Super friendly and definitely not his first day. He was always there when needed and kept drinks full. Our food came out perfectly cooked and even had dessert. Jess the manager stopped by and checked on us after we were seated and welcomed us and also stopped by AFTER we got our meal which I love because most managers never show back up to see how food turned out. Let me start off by saying our service was good our waiter's name Tae, I mean he tried... however EVERYTHING else was subpar everyone at our table showed up at about 1230 and we finished at 2:30. We were served beverages in tiny kids styrofoam cups, it took an hour to get our food! I drove 3 hours for that. I would not recommend Outback anymore, at least this location!! I used to love it . Our server was in touch w/o being on top of us. We weren't smothered by her, but we never waited on anything either. My bar drink was delivered by someone else but I was okay with that. On our last visit (at the other location) my bar beverage didn't make it to the table before our meal. So it didn't photograph well. This time it was delivered in good time. HOWEVER...... it did not have the sugar rim, and the poor cookie was sinking- making it look like the drowning gingerbread man. The food was good. Prepared perfect. A solid three star entree. But the sangria I ordered was definitely the sour note of the evening. Tasted like rubbing alcohol mixed with club soda and very berry kool-aid. ($5) not fantastic. Still. Outback in Shreveport has become such a disappointment. There is obvious lack of leadership and holding employees and team accountable. The food is terrible. While I was waiting for my food, employees were stepping outside to pass joints and smoke without even attempting to hide it from customers. Our potatoes were burnt, dried up and completely inedible.
