We ordered 2 - 2 meat plates. According to the menu they were supposed to be 24$ each, we were charged 26. Since gratuity is already added to all orders, I asked for my change and my waitress failed to bring me all of my change that was due. It wasn't that much, but it's the principal behind it. When I asked the young lady who answered the phone about it, she told me that there was a gratuity on four toppers and six toppers and above, and oh yeah, even on the two topper! Food and service is always good. But accidentally noticed on my last visit that the gratuity was already added on a 2 person dining experience. This was not told to us or brought to our attention. Meaning that my last several visit they have been getting about 45% gratuity on my bill. Shame on you. That's shady business. read more

Last Sat we walked out of Looosiana Seafood Market due to lousy service. We went straight to Silver Star Grille and had an outstanding experience. From the hostess to the GM we've never been treated better in a restaurant. Our server Millie heard our sad tale (from us and our hostess) and absolutely rescued our evening. Millie arrived at our table less than a minute after we were sat and our drinks arrived in a very few minutes. The GM stopped by to check on us a couple of times, what a kind and sincere gentleman. Our perfect meals were delivered shortly and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The food is great! I highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip. Serving portions are good, too. My only complaint is that their menu lies. When we called ahead to place a reservation they asked for our preference of low or high tables and also followed up after to confirm. In addition we were served with our drinks and food very quickly. Our server was super sweet and kind. She checked in on us periodically and also made good conversation. Have been here numerous times at both the bar and seated area. Felt like I was falling through the bar chair so my husband and I decided to sit at a regular table. Politely sat for over 10 minutes waiting for a server but not even a glance. Hostess walked by and we asked for some menus and acted like we were inconveniencing here. The look of disgust was crazy. I get it you are closing within the hour but was not necessary. Compassion for the guest is lost on the face of your business.
