Med Equip was one of the companies my Hospice company worked with. I always knew them to provide excellent products and service. Recently, I needed medical equipment for my husband during a very difficult and emotional time. Med Equip was wonderful. Their pricing was fair, and they were calm, kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me most was the human side of their service. They understand that when someone is calling for medical equipment, there is usually a loved one who is ill and a family going through a difficult time. The tens unit they provide really makes a difference in patient's pain level and affords the patient a better quality of life.They also do a great job in patient education and in-service to make sure the patient knows how to use the equipment. Except for this last month, when 2 of his meds weren't mailed out correctly, they have been consistent and shown up on time and packaged very well. The time 2 things were missed he was able to call them and they held the meds while we drove there to pick them up in person. The pharmacy has a small gift shop with some very cute gifts, and the staff has always been nice to us. We've always gone in on the weekend (very limited hours though so check before you go) and we've never had to wait in line. Not busy at all so that's a plus for us too. I'd recommend them.

There was a clear disregard for what patients are going through and the urgency of needing a wheelchair. This process has taken well over four months, and I still do not have a wheelchair.
