This place is a whole vibe! It was welcoming and relaxing. The soft music playing was the perfect background. The staff were knowledgeable and so nice. This will be my go to Açaí place. You won't regret coming here!

My daughter and I have been wanting to stop by for a while and we were so glad that we did. It is a beautiful little spot. We had our puppy with us and the owner who is absolutely lovely told us that they are dog friendly. So many details to look at inside. It is sleek and modern with pops of gold accents and color. Marble tables and comfortable seating add to the decor. The menu is great! We couldn't decide on which bowls we wanted as there were quite a few to choose from. I always love pitaya bowls so I chose one and my daughter chose a spirulina bowl. It was art! Beautiful to look at and so delicious. The cold pressed juices are wonderful and so are the energy balls. They did not last long at our house! Be sure to stop in. You will be glad that you did!

It looks like a nice place, albeit small, for a cozy meet and greet with someone. The donuts are good, but they're a little pricey and complex. I called them, and this genre of donuts, "debris" donuts. It's like if a barnacle was living its best second life as a doughnut. All the donuts have a bunch of crap all over them. Don't get me wrong, it's relatively tasty crap, but it can be a bit much. I did get one or two of the less "complex" donuts and they were quite tasty. I also put a lot of of weight on customer service. Since I've never been in before, I wanted to go into the store versus through the drive-through. When I walked in, I stood there for three or four minutes and never saw another living soul. I wondered if I wondered to the back if I would see everybody tied up or something. I called out multiple times. Nothing! I shifted around so that I could see in the back and I saw an employee standing there scrolling on her phone. I'm not an idiot. I know what that thumb action looks like. I called out to her multiple times and she was standing there right by an open window. I know she could hear me. When I finally raised my voice to a uncomfortable level, she wasn't shocked. She wasn't startled. She simply lowered her phone very smoothly turned and came out front. She knew I was there but whatever was on her phone was more important. She tried to follow me off with some BS Story about babysitting some donuts and I'm not buying it so they lose a couple of stars on customer service. So if you're familiar with the product and you go through the drive-through, you probably don't have to put up with that crap.

5 Stars -- Ocean Springs, You've Got a Winner!…read more Stopped by one morning before work -- we've been wanting to try the new donut spot in town! It's fairly easy to get in and out, and parking is usually adequate. Today it was packed! Good for them -- that's always a great sign when the locals are showing up! Inside, it's super nice and welcoming. The display case is a showstopper, housing all the different flavors and styles (and there are a lot!). Beautifully presented -- all those sweet little delicacies just waiting to be hand-picked. You can feel the excitement! The place is spotless, bright, and has plenty of indoor seating, so bring the kids or settle in with a coffee and a treat. If sweets aren't your thing, there are other options -- plus they offer gluten-free, vegan, and even pup donuts! That alone earns 12 stars from me! The staff was friendly and helpful, even with the morning rush. Love to see it. Now, let's talk donuts. The outside has the perfect light crunch, while the inside stays soft and fluffy. Some have fillings, others don't -- either way, they're absolutely delicious. To me, it's a cross between a beignet, a donut, and a croissant. Not overly sweet, just a delicate, well-balanced flavor. I bought a box for my office, and let's just say it was the highlight of the morning. Total "wow" factor when you lift that lid -- everyone's oohing and aahing over the presentation. Ocean Springs welcomes you, Parlor Doughnuts! We're so happy you're here. OS folks are proud donut snobs thanks to Tatonut, and you've definitely earned a spot in the Donut Hall of Fame. Can't wait to watch you grow! Cheers!

This spot has a laid-back, fun atmosphere with outdoor games and plenty of picnic tables, making it perfect for hanging out. The setup is super easy: order at the counter, grab a table, and relax. There's also a small corner with merchandise for sale, which adds a nice touch. We ended up sitting at the bar and ordered the Parmesan bacon truffle fries... and wow. They were so good I immediately regretted not being hungrier. I was seriously tempted to order more just to try other items on the menu. We also shared the rainbow flight and had the picnic margarita--everything we tried was fantastic. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. Parking is a bit limited, with a small lot in the back and some street parking if you're lucky--but it's definitely worth the effort. Next time, I'm coming hungry and staying for a full meal.
