The risotto with crab was delicious, but the crab was lost in the dish, so it probably would be better as a crabcake or as a amount of crab meat on top of the risotto. And normally addition to risotto are made at the very end anyway, so this makes sense to get the most out of the crab. We had several glasses of wine, with generous pours; the Sancerre was exceptionally good and paired well with everyone's dishes. There are some excellent local beers on top as well for those who want beer rather than wine. One of our group had some of the oysters and said that they were extremely fresh and delicious - they were local from Brunswick (Mere Point).
