The decor is black and dark brown with turquoise vinyl seats with green cloth backs like the others There is no place for the sound to get absorbed into which is why it's loud. Our waitress was great but they should have name tags so that you can give good or bad feedback regarding their service. I would have caught her name when she gave it but it's so loud in here you can't hear much besides people talking louder and louder thinking they will hear each other better. I found out her name was Kim. Food no better or worse than any other PFs so n my opinion it doesn't justify the higher price compared to a good sit down. To put it simply, the food was edible but nothing to brag about. Actually, I was extremely disappointed as this was my first time eating at a P.F. Chang's and I was expecting the food to be as incredible as the movies and TV shows make it seem. I had the Mongolian beef. In my opinion, it tasted like partially rehydrated teriyaki beef jerky - for $18. Not worth it. However, I don't like reviewing without finding something positive to say. So here goes... 1. Our waitress was phenomenal! She allowed us to take our time (as I met up with a friend and we had lots to talk about). She didn't rush us and happily refilled our drinks without being prompted. 2. The food is great but the service is bad! First time I came here a red head server lost my credit card and the manager barely helped didn't believe we gave them the card. Second time we had to wait at least 10 minutes for a refill we asked 2 other employees for a refill and they told us to "wait a second" meanwhile one of them was on the phone (the red head) and the other lady was chatting off with a coworker. I live in Sarasota and have been there twice and had an awful experience...got $25 gift card to try and fix the issue but when you go and spend money in order to use the GC then no one is gaining anything except Changs. Went to east coast with friends...my rice was dark and mushy and their fried rice was how i use to get it when i started going there...light and delicious. my dumplings were steamed instead of fried and when they brought back the corrected batch i was done eating and ready to go. i will not ever give them another chance...too disappointing! i love how companies respond that they are going to fix it but they never do... it's all a show for people to think they are all good! i won't ever go back so no need for me to report anything! read more

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. However, after eating there yesterday I was extremely disappointed. They weren't busy & had plenty of staff. The bathroom was disgusting & I won't go into detail since it was so bad. Service was terrible & the food was awful. We asked to speak to the manager & their were three (3) of them there! One came over to us and we told her about the restroom & I gave her our lettuce wrap appetizer back & said I didn't want it for the fact it was full of water and horrible! She didn't take it off the bill which I had to tell our waitress to take it off & never once asked if there was anything she could do and acted like she didn't care about the disgusting bathroom. Sorry I couldn't rate this with half a star. My Wife and I entered the restaurant and went right to the bar. I went to the restroom and when I came back the the bar was still wet, my wife asked that it be wiped down. Although my wife told one of the three(3) bartenders we were going to order dinner we weren't given menus. There were only maybe 6-8 people at the bar. Not one of the bartenders made eye contact with us, even though only one was busy. No effort was made to get us drinks. We work too hard to give our money to a place that doesn't value customers. Well the first few times we came here, service was immaculate, and the food was melt in your mouth deliciousness. Today, however, I don't know WTF was going on, but I'm leaving very very unhappy. Enough that I'll not be back. Where to begin? Ok we were sat down at a table after requesting a booth. Looked around, restaurant was NOT busy. First thing I noticed, plates and silverware on the table were crusted with dried food. Gross. So I got clean ones from neighboring tables. Our server was clueless about dish ingredients and apparently very forgetful as to our ordered dishes, as half of the things we ordered didn't come out and we ended up asking other servers and a ditzy balding manager for the rest of our food. We ordered edamame that came out in a plate that was previously filthy, but the grossest part of it was that we didn't notice the nasty food beneath our edamame that we were voraciously consuming until after I grabbed one up and with it came this sickly slimy blackish green IDK WTF that slopped back to the plate. I immediately moved the rest of the edamame from the plate to reveal a host of disgusting slimy shit beneath what we were eating! I called for the server who tried to remove the plate, but I demanded a manager. She brought the little balding weasel to our table. He doesn't apologize, he never returned to the table with an explanation as to why the chef sent us an appetizer in a nasty ass plate. Then our Buddha's Feast comes out with about 4 tiny pieces of tofu in a bed of nasty mushrooms (which were not in the veggie list on the menu and we do not eat) and about 4 gigantic heads of hard barely cooked raw ass broccoli and a couple carrot slivers and a handful of peas. The Baby Buddha's Feast for my son came as a plate of giant hard broccoli heads and carrots sticks. They forgot his fruit side. Tea refill came after asking 3 times for a refill. I highly doubt we will go back after this. Couldn't comp anything. Manager needs to be demoted. No explanation for the nastiness on our plates straight from the kitchen? Again I stress that there were only about 5 tables with customers eating. Now I know why it was not busy on a Sunday at lunchtime. Ugh who the FK wants to eat that disgusting stuff?! Up until this particular PF Chang's opened I had never had any negative feedback as my experiences with the locations in San Diego, CA were top-notch. A friend of mine decided she wanted to host her birthday party at this particular location due to a lot of her friend's having not been able to go there as of yet. As such, she (initially) attempted to make reservations for 6:00 p.m. and was told that she needed to make the reservations for 5:00 p.m. of which she did. All of us arrived and the "birthday girl" informed the hostess we were there. There was a bit of a "wait," so all of us patiently stood by - then time and more time went by. We saw others come in and being seated, while we were still waiting. A few of us were getting a bit irritated as it seemed outrageous that it was almost 5:30 and we were still standing there. We went to the hostess who explained that the table they were waiting on had been there 2.5 hours and as soon as they left our table would be set up. That party (apparently) finally left and we did not get seated until close to 6:00 p.m. We even spoke with the manager, David, of who came to our table and offered us nothing for our patience other then offering the "birthday girl" a free beverage. He then told us that we would have top notch service and he would make sure our food was cooked to order and arrive promptly. Dare I say, that did not happen - I ordered the Dynamite Shrimp and our server, Danielle, noted that I might want to order a side with it since it was "not much" food. I then ordered fried rice to accompany it. After quite some time our food began to arrive, sporadically. My fried rice never arrived until after I had already finished the Dynamite Shrimp, which I will say was good, but I have had better food items there. As a member of the "Warriors" rewards program I had a free dessert coming and, thank goodness, as no one offered anything to our birthday girl - we got the "Wall of Chocolate" for her, for "free," but only due to my having the text to obtain one. I have a "Warriors" card and no one seemed to know what it was - apparently, you only have to produce your telephone number to obtain rewards now, which is fine. Having said all of that - the place is loud as there is no buffer due to the flooring and, as I have been to this location twice, someone always drops a dish in the kitchen area - maybe they should have rethought the format of this particular restaurant. I, personally, do not plan on going back anytime soon and, as Daytona is "picky" when it comes to restaurants, they had better straighten up or they will go out of business - regardless that it is a part of a "chain." I think we deserved better service and attention to our reservation time - we (ultimately) did not get out of there until after 8:00 p.m. through no fault of our own. Went for there for my son's birthday and let them know that we are celebrating his birthday. While we watch a few tables with same celebration and bring out the sparkling treat. My son never had his. Our server just hand over our check like I never mentioned what we are celebrating for and that's about it. So disappointing and we ended the next day celebrating it at Maggianos. read more

I thought it was funny you get a 8x11 dbl sided paper menu of all the alcoholic drinks and then they make you use your phone to look at menu . That was a complete turn off. But meal was dry, mongolian beef is usually spicy n saucy. No spice n no sauce. White rice. Not worth 19.00 something funny about meat it was extremely dry kinda like dehydrated meat. My husband had beef broccoli n it tasted like my dish but with sauce. We had hot n sour soup that was good. My husband had wonton no flavor at all. Dont waste your money here.
