My wife said let me reorder it then and I'll wait. Nour said I'm not making it twice. My wife asked why. Nour said I'm not making your food! My wife asked to speak to a manager. Erin the manager wouldn't accommodate us and let us order. Erin went to the kitchen and was laughing with the hostess. My wife finally found a professional to talk to named Ralph. Ralph was calm and easy to talk with, rand up our order. I don't understand how Erin the manager and the hostess can get away with treating customers so bad and still have a job. read more

Our server was Maggie she was kind and was there to always refill all of our waters and provide impeccable service! P.F. Chang's is an Asian fusion restaurant that's affordable and upscale at the same time. We recommend their Dynamite shrimp. It's fresh the texture is perfect it's spicy and perfectly complimented with cabbage! We wish we made a second order of it then we ordered orange peel chicken and their sweet and sour chicken. The food was average at best, not worth the price Realized that the $20 cars was NOT applied and it all came off gift card. Even worse, I ordered chicken lettuce wraps because everyone raves about them. They were horrible-90% water chestnuts and hardly any chicken (and I hate water chestnuts). I emailed the company about the issues, and then called the restaurant. Spoke to someone named Daniel who apologized and said he would send me a gift card for the amount of the wraps plus the $20 bonus casts that wasn't applied properly. PF Chang's has always been one of our favorite places to have dinner and spend an evening with friends and family. The dinning experience to include food and environment are something you can always expect to be exceptional from a successful franchise and this evening was no different. However, customer service is something that is entirely under the control of the management team and I must say last weekend I have never paid so much for so little. The only time we saw our waiter Shavon was to take our order. We did see him pass our table a few times during our visit without a glance or to ask if we needed our drinks refilled. We asked for the manager to get our check and W we spoke to the manager, he simply stated they were very busy due to the race at the speedway... and stated I am doing the best I can with what I have and said since I have been here I haven't stopped moving. I looked around and saw many open tables and lots of staff moving around but made no rebuttal to the excuses when all I expected was an apology and an acknowledgment that that he was concerned with the customer service complaint and that poor service was unacceptable and that he would follow up to ensure that the customer experience was improved. With so many food choices in the area we may consider our options and so should you. Update 08/03/2019 - reached out to P.F. Chang's as they requested got nothing back yet. I'm a big fan of PF Chang's but NOT the Daytona location!!! Went to dinner at 9 pm after the dinner rush. Seated right away, but empty tables around were never bussed. Ordered pork dumplings and kung pao chicken. Sad to report, both dishes presentation and flavor were disappointing. There was some delay in serving our dumplings, waitress said something about their presentation/preparation wasn't right so they were remaking them. When finally served, I thought the first set must of been extremely bad cause the presentation of the one served wasn't all that. Same with the entree, besides the fact that they added celery to the dish, it was dry and of course when asked for some additional sauce it took forever. Waitress was friendly and attentive. She unfortunately has a poor kitchen staff and management. The caliber of restaurant like PF Chang's should be consistent between all locations. Will not return to Daytona's location. read more

They had a really good menu but they changed it for done reason to a minimalist menu. We were told this was a special event menu by the waitress but the manger said this was the new menu. To start the menu is poorly designed, all black with light white writing in a dark restaurant... Makes it very hard to read. Secondly there are so very few vegan items removing them to minimize the menu stinks. Staff seems confused about it. Waitress says they have no szechuan sauce anymore then I find it on the menu and they say they can put it on asparagus. Let me start by saying my husband and I love P.F.Changs - we go often in our hometown but, we are in Fl for a few months and went to this certain P.F.Changs for a late lunch, this is a fairly new restaurant and lovely to look at. We were seated on the side where you can see the kitchen,but the noise is deafening - we had a hard time hearing our waitress and she had a hard time hearing us and my husband and I had a hard time hearing each other! The food as usual was wonderful but, I won't be back because the noise made it so uncomfortable, if I hear thru the grape vine that they've improved the acoustics then I will give it another try. Just went there for dinner a local here in Daytona Beach. Started off good servers name was Brian understand there's a hurricane and they were probably shorthanded. However we waited over 10 minutes for him to come to our table to even ask for our checks and then had to wait an additional seven minutes for him to bring our checks to our table which he never did the manager came over with our checks the service was just scarce sat with empty waters and Service was just scarce! I've been here many times and this was definitely a disappointing experience. Hopefully I can try again next time. read more

I have eaten at PF Chang's in other locations quite a few times and was so excited to try the new local one. I ordered online, was quoted 50 minutes which is crazy from the normal 20 minutes. I waited an hour and drove from across 92. I get there and it's not really a curbside pickup location. There were no signs or indication of where one should. I drove around for another 10 minutes trying to find a designated area and ended up calling the location. They were very nice and came to me. Once I gave payment I asked for extra soy. The girl brought out the order and said "I checked, there was soy in there". I looked and it was 1 packet. I called the location again and asked they bring more out. The gentleman this time was very nice as well. I got back home and food was cold. It also was off in taste. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in my visit at the Daytona location. read more

My husband and I went here for dinner last night and I wasn't very impressed. We were seated and had our drink order take. 10 mins later we got our drinks. My sweet tea was just about turned so I ordered a coke instead. That took another 5ish minutes. Keep in mind nobody else was in our section. We got our dinner order in and were asked if we wanted upgraded fried rice. We didn't see that on the menu so we said sure! So our waiter finished and took off. We then noticed our plates on the table had caked on food on them and we told our waiter. We got our food and it was pretty good. We got our bill and were BLOWN AWAY at the upcharge for the rice and the total bill. However, the customer service and management at this location is 2/5 stars. Our waitress was fine but the moment we walked through the doors, no greeting and no one at the front. Maybe they were understaffed on a Saturday? But no it didn't seem like it because there was only 3 sets of customers there. Then the moment we got our appetizer, the big guy with a terrible haircut just drops on food on the table and walks away... then they give me chopsticks.. but one was wooden and the other was plastic.. ohhh here's our main course..same guy.. just dips our food "clank" on the table. Food was good. Then waited about 15 mins to get a refill. I just think management could step it up on watching the floor. I love PF Chang's probably more than any other restaurant chain & have gone religiously since I first went back in 1996, but this location was my worst experience as the lettuce wraps were just a chunk of lettuce that didn't peal off and my spicy chicken was hard & the rice was a sticky goo. It is PF Changs. The quality seems to carry over from the other restaurants. Staff needs to step it up a bit and the dishes need to get out of the kitchen quicker so they are still hot. 12:30p.m. Monday, 2/12/18 - Stepped inside the door to this restaurant and up to the hostess stand. The hostess said absolutely nothing. Not "hello." Not "welcome." Nothing. I finally said, "Two for lunch." She looked away, grabbed some menus and started walking away. Never asked us to follow her. Good thing we did as she was actually seating us. As I started to sit down, I noticed that my seat had the greasy remains of someone else's meal. I pointed to it, attempting to join her in this game of mute dining. She turned, walked to the server's station, picked up a rag (was it a clean rag? a rag used to clean the bathrooms?) and used it to wipe my seat. What she left was moister smears of who-knows-what. So, as she looked on, I took the presumably clean napkin from under my cutlery and wiped down the seat. STILL...SHE SAID NOTHING!!!!!! I'm sorry. I am all for giving the handicapped all possible opportunities to work in the mainstream but isn't speaking a necessary ingredient to showing hospitality? (My husband also found a straw wrapper on his bench seat. Come on! Doesn't this place ever get cleaned?) Do you think she ever offered to get a replacement napkin for me to use with my meal? Absolutely not. I had to steal one from the table next to us. So, we ordered. Our waiter was Chris Brown. He was personable and knowledgeable. I would give Chris an A+. (But actually, he never noticed I was without a napkin, either.) While we waited for our meal to come, we watched a young woman climb up on the bench (the same bench my husband was sitting on!) and start cleaning the window between the restaurant and the kitchen. We watched as she sprayed window cleaner on the window and all over the tables (and consequently, the set-ups on those tables) and onto us! I was in shock that this was happening! Then, she got down from the banquette and went to work on the kitchen side of the glass. She climbed up on the counter and started spraying glass cleaner on the glass and all over everything on that counter! This was nothing short of repulsive! I don't think I'll be back to this restaurant. It's painfully clear that there is no responsible and experienced management at this location. In any event, there is no training and no one in a management capacity is watching what is going on there. Shame on P.F. Chang's for not inspecting what they expect at their locations. read more
