OK, let me be the first to admit that I have been sleeping on P.F. Changs. I have honestly been here about five times and just thought the food was "OK". Well hello Eboni, you were ordering the wrong thing apparently. I recently went here with my boo for a Friday night cheat meal. I ordered (and I kept the receipt this time) chicken fried rice, sesame chicken and green tea. OMG...the bomb is what that was. I am not sure if it was because I eat clean and this was a well deserve cheat meal or what, but I seriously stuffed my whole face! Our server, according to the receipt, Freddy was awesome. He really was there for us but no too there. You know what I mean? Sometimes servers visit so often it's hard for you to have a real conversation because you're stopping every three minutes saying "thank you" or "everything is great". LOL My husband ordered some vanilla cream wontons (order of two), which I didn't want any because I had no extra room for anything, not even more water. Well, I decided to try a small piece...and get ready...not only did I finish his last one, but I called Freddy over to add another order. SOOOOO good. They are petite and fresh and you will love every minute of them. I plan to try a copy cat version this weekend at home...after I visit again this Friday. HAHAHA Great meal and great service. Came here for a late lunch and early dinner and we were the 2nd table of the 2 there. Our waitress Blanca was very nice, polite and knowledgeable...a 5 Star waitress. We purchased lettuce wrap, Kung Pao shrimp, Great Wall of China and Lo main shrimp. The food was delicious and we finished before I can could get to photos. Would come back here again. read more

First time coming to this location, during lunch. Came for our Christmas Party. The space is very amiable. There is a lot of seatings and booths. We were seated in a small table and there wasn't much room. The food was very delicious though. I ordered the mangolian beef with white rice. With that meal i ordered an additional salad. For dessert, they provide small cup desserts. Overall their wasnt anything exciting about this restaurant. It reminds me of panda express, you just need to pay tip. read more

PF Changs is another restaurant that I've heard a lot of people talk about my whole life and that I had never been to. A few years ago I finally made it inside and I've been there several times since. Tip #1 is to go during happy hour. (mon-fri til 7pm bar area only). The drink specials arent that great but the food specials are solid. A lot of food for your $. The bar is nice too and it doesn't seem to get crowded. The main item people talk about, and the main item I get are the lettuce wraps. They are pretty solid, although the last time I think they brought me the wrong one (pro tip: If you get veggie instead of meat you aren't a pro). The atmosphere is pretty good. However there are several other non-chain options you can go to in this shopping center. I'd def come here as part of a bar crawl to fill up my stomach a little bit with food and to enjoy the ambiance. Other than that I probably won't find myself here much. A-Ok. read more

I leave before my family, call manager while driving on my way home. Been on hold to speak with this manager for 25 minutes. 6. Wife is given wrong bill, lucikly she points it out and asks for adjustments. 7. She asks for manager but manager never shows up. Leaves after 30 mins of waiting. Note to management: Absolute shithole franchise. Shutdown the location or change staff. And thanks for ruining the bday. Unforgettable. Manager: call me anytime! Nose Dive is what we call this. iIf you look at the last few reviews all one star. I use to love this place and now the service and the food was terrible. This will be the last time we come here. The food was so greasy it was almost un-eatable. The service was just as poor. I get that it's hard to hire people but when you ask for a fork to eat your dinner it shouldn't take 10 min. Food is overpriced for the quality is very low. $22 for beef and broccoli no flavor whatsoever the chicken tasted rubbery and the sauce was very bland. This place has gone downhill in the last year. This location is really wonderful. We have always had great service. We generally don't go here on the weekends, as there can be a wait. On this particular Saturday evening, we came early and were seated immediately. Our server was Breyanna, and she was wonderful! She was extremely professional and very attentive. Our drinks were always full and our order was brought out quickly. The portions are large and easy to share. For a party of two, I think we ordered too much food. We had a fair amount leftover. Everything was delicious, and the hot items were brought out piping hot. The Ahi Poke Bowl was the highlight of the meal. The Ahi tuna with avocado, mango and seaweed salad was light and refreshing. I thought the mandarin vinaigrette was a perfect accompaniment. Over the years, we have tried several things off of the menu. My favorites are the beef and broccoli and crispy honey shrimp. My husband loves the fried rice. The portions are large, so I generally don't make it to dessert. I have my eye on the banana spring rolls. Used to love this place. Went in for lunch today, everything ordered tasted like grease. Grease, grease and more grease. Place was dirty. Could've used a good scrub down. Greasy fingerprints and cloth smears all over the tables. The swirlies looked like apparent futile attempts to wipe the grease clean. Gross. :( Food all over the floor. Not all faucets in restroom worked and one that did sprayed all over us and got clothes wet. :( I don't know what happened, but yuck. Grease and salt and gross. Service was great though. We just finished dinner. While the entrees were ok, the appetizer was disgusting. How / why a cook would plate visibly but lettuce wraps is beyond me. How / why the waitstaff would not notice the smell of the burnt food as they were walking it out is also unbelievable. The restaurant wasn't that busy, but the waitstaff was obviously overwhelmed. I think the quality of PF Changs has really gone down hill. A friend and I came for lunch on Sunday. They put us a table and we were surprised because there was no one there. So we asked for a booth. The server was a bit confused at our requests (we know they used to have a veggie dumplings so we asked her about it). We kind of wish she had asked someone instead, she just said no. Had dinner at PF Changs for the first time in a long time and as usual it was excellent. I know it's a chain restaurant and people like to beat up chain restaurants but it is the freshest Pan Asian food around. Go to any Chinese takeout and just try to find crisp fresh vegetables like PF Changs. I also love the fact that they have an Asian focused culturally diverse menu. Our waitress Kaleena was top-notch. Super sweet, totally professional, and just on her game. It was almost as if she read our minds. Great experience I have to remember to come more often. read more

We have gone to P.F. Chang's often but today was not good. We told the waitress that the hot and sour soup had not been hot enough last time and to be sure it was very hot (temperature). When she brought it, the soup was not hot so we sent it back and asked that it be warmed. When she returned, it was only a bit warmer. We didn't want to send it back again so we decided to take it home and warm it there. The sesame chicken was also cold, but we didn't want to send anything more back. In addition, the prices have gone up about 10% in the two weeks since we were there before. It's been at least a decade since I've been here and a few days ago decided it was time to revisit an old favorite. I learned my lesson ordering a cup of wonton soup instead of a bowl (because my faint memory tells me I comically got a trough way back in the day). The Mongolian beef is exactly what I remember and I forgot how much I really like the food here. Upon our first visit during the Christmas season, the place was busy and the host told us that it'll take around 10 minutes to get us seated- except it actually took only 4 minutes. Our server was very efficient from taking our orders to answering questions about the menu that seemed unclear to us. Opinion-wise, I think their salad was one of the best menu choices because of how fresh and saturated the taste was. We luckily also had a coupon which lowered our total price down to $80-ish including all the foods that are shown in the photos. The setting has a Chinese-traditional vibe to it especially the decorations on the walls but nothing really screams in your face. It is very well-balanced with some American tradition as well and I would highly recommend this to groups of friends living near the Fairfax Corner area. read more

This is the worst P.F. Chang's I have ever been to. The smell in the dining room was so foul and sour, the one thing I have always loved about this restaurant was that it didn't have strong smell. We were waiting in line at the to-go and a waiter came up and was trying to figure out what we were doing and tried to get us to dine in (we already ordered online) food was all over the food and got stuck all over our shoes. Tables were dirty. We got to the young lady and she asked us "did you want to pay?" We said "unless it's free, I think we need to pay!" She just looked at us for a few mins and then gave us the check. We got home and the food was bland and not what we ordered. We paid for extra chicken and only got three pieces of it. My wife called in a small order around 7 pm on Mother's Day. She ordered two bowls of Wonton soup for pickup. Mike told her it would be a 15-20 minute wait since they were busy. We arrived around 7:20 pm and paid for the order. Mike explained it would be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 35 MINUTES, almost 8 pm until I got it. When I did get my order, there was no sorry, no apology, not even thank you! I talked one of the managers which all he said that they were busy and said that no one would tell a customer that short time frame. I'm disgusted with the service at this particular P.F. P.F. Chang's is dead, no doubt about it. I am quite sad as this was the place our family would go for special occasions and for good food for over a decade. However, it seems a corporate money at all cost is now the rule. I should have guessed things were going down hill when the simple, yet nice, mixing of sauce at your table went away. Then the deserts went away form some oddball choices, also they use to give a person a free scoop on on birthdays. All gone. Now the selections are just a few, they cut a lot is sides. To top it off tonight they were out of some of the food. We noticed a few weeks back that our server was behind. Worse tonight, and it seems they may have cut staff. Warm egg rolls, before had been hot but greasy as heck. I am sad to write this about a place the was so beloved by our family. But, it is not the same experience it was. Bree is an excellent server. The food is the issue. I had chicken chunks in my hot and sour soup, which was watered down. We ordered the king pal chicken lunch bowl. There was a lot of rice, which is normal for the lunch bowl, but only about a half of cup of chicken and the price was 14.00. Additionally, food was cold when it arrived. Uggg. Cold rice is not tasty. The poor server had been given quite a few tables and was very busy, and still was able to provide great service ice. We've been coming here for years, but the prices continue to rise and the quality is definitely getting worse. We won't be back for quite a while. Sad. Very sad. read more

Ordered a Mai tai oh wow forgot how good they are my cocktail hit the mark and made an hard hot day great again. Just completely mis-managed. The 3 star rating is what they have at this location. Shooting an email to corporate. It's no wonder why the place is empty. Sad, very sad. About a 2-2.5: P.F. Chang's is a chain restaurant that offers Chinese and Asian cuisine. Their menu offers dim sum, sushi, chicken/beef/seafood/vegetarian entrees, noodles, rice, as well as gluten-free options. The last time I went to a P.F. Chang's was once back in middle or high school! After attending a lovely YEE nearby, I was famished! FLO S. and I came here for a later dinner, and we ordered the following: Cauliflower Tempura (cauliflower dressed in a sweet-spicy gochujang sauce - I wasn't really a fan of this dish, as the cauliflower had an off texture to them; it tasted more like meat substitute, and the sauce was just overly syrupy); Crispy Green Beans (tempura-battered with a cup of a spicy dipping sauce; these were pretty tasty, as the beans still had a nice little crunch to them, and the batter was crispy; the spicy sauce was a little watered down, but still a tasty complement); Singapore Firecracker Chicken (slices of white chicken meat slices covered in a black pepper garlic sauce, sliced fresno peppers, and onions; the chicken was slightly overcooked, but the black pepper garlic sauce was pretty tasty; I would opt-out of the cilantro if I were to get this dish the next time); Crispy Honey Shrimp (lightly battered and dressed in a tangy honey sauce, and topped with sliced green onion; I liked this dish the least, as the sauce was an unpleasant mixture of sour and bitter - honestly, it tasted like nail polish remover to me, which was very off-putting! In addition, the shrimp were all mushy and soggy instead of 'crispy'); and, Mongolian Beef (flank steak slices covered in a sweet soy glaze, garlic, and largely-cut green onion; this was okay, but I think I would have preferred the green onions to be sauteed more; they were a little awkward to eat as they were very tube-like). You have a choice of having your entrees come with steamed white or brown rice. Our server, Tyler, was super sweet and checked upon us throughout the evening.
