I was really excited to have dinner here for the first time. I read a lot of great reviews, but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Service was slow, but I completely understand everyone is short staffed. Saw our waiter a total of three times - took our order, checked on us once we got our food from the runner, and delivered the check. I got the honey chicken with fried rice and lomein, my friend got the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. We ate most of our meal, and had the chocolate soufflé for dessert which was amazing! About an hour later, my stomach hurt as I was getting ready for bed. I fell asleep and woke up so violently sick it was awful. I can almost guarantee it was from what I ate, as the symptoms lasted less than a day. PF Chang's came out from both ends - I really don't think I'd try coming back here again honestly. read more

Food was excellent! Service was beyond expected.. great! Shamere and Patrick were excellent. Friendly, prompt. Our drinks and appetizers came out quick. Our dinner was served just in time after apps. Great team work serving the food. Ambiance: we sat in bar area. It was great! read more

Awful. Just awful. Service was terrible. Every single item that came to the table was missing an ingredient. The soup was like warm at best. The entrees came out at all different times and one was missing an entire side. Food was underwhelming outside of the lettuce wraps. Spent $140 for 4 people... and honestly, could have had better food off the street carts in NYC Never again. read more

It was date night for me and my hubby! We decided to go to PF Chang's the service was great, food was wonderful, and the staff was out of this world! Great experience. read more

The food is better than good and the service can vacillate between spot on and "Dude, where's my car? but that's really not my issue with ornate Asian chainer and Epcot Center wannabe PF Chang's. Despite the over the top movie set atmospherics, Chang's spits out the functional equivalent of strip mall Chinese take-out (which I'm a fan of BTW) for twice the price and half the portion. At least at Medieval Times, an aspiring serving wench and part-time actress calls me Lord and hands me a two foot turkey leg before the cartoon joust and the ridiculous bill. The Hot and Sour soup and Kung Pao Chicken are both excellent but the overwhelming décor does not add up to good value and always leaves me wondering why I caved to the suggestion... and while we're at it, where's my car? read more

My visit for dinner yesterday probably tops the worst meal I've had in a decade. Greeted by an unpleasant man taking care of reservations. Abruptly told me it would be over an hour for two of us to get a table. Okay, fine no problem. I gave them them info and we perused the mall. Not even 15 minutes later we get a text the table is ready, which was a nice surprise. We decided to share a spicy tuna roll and the app sampler. Dumplings are REALLY hard on the edges, almost like chewing jerky. Shrimp inside was super pungent and off putting. Crab won tons were decent. Edamame was the best on the plate and easiest to make. Sushi was cut in such varying sizes, some pieces so large it was hard to eat it in one shot. My husband got the honey chicken. Dry, no sauce, no flavor. Frozen nuked in the microwave is better then what we got for over $16. Served with boil-in-a-bag quality rice. I got the tonkotsu ramen with fried egg. Broth seemed off as soon as they brought it out. The noodles were something I was not expecting. They tasted and felt rotten almost. They were the worst texture I've ever experienced in my life of eating ramen (I lived in Japan for 7 years, I know what ramen should be). I brought my concerns to the waiter and he seemed shocked and took it away. I honestly just wanted to be done and out of there. An expensive $60 lesson we learned and won't be returning. read more

Used to be a great place. The drink was half full or half empty as I see it The lettuce wraps tasted burnt! My favorite dish Mongolian Beef was tough and chewy and for $26.00 couldnt even share with my friend. The portions are so small now. Definitely not worth the trip or the money. read more

Standard P F Chang in another location. Very good. More expensive than family owned restaurants in this area.

This was the most regrettable event. The dinner was disgusting.beef and broccoli was awful. Rice and chicken dish was old. Jammed into a booth that sagged and not cleaned. Pf Chang please clean up your act. Hire new chefs. read more

I was given a gift card to PF Chang, and I should have regifted it, as i was never a big fan of the menu. Food aside, I downgrade this restaurant on the service. My party of 2 ordered soup, appetizers and entrées. Soup was served first, before the soup was half finished appetizers were served and before we were even able to get to the appetizers, the entrées were served. When I said something to our server he took the entrées away while we worked on our appetizers. The manager came over to inquire as to what happened, and when it was explained to him, he told me the kitchen times the delivery of the entrees to 20 minutes after the appetizers are served. If this is a fact, the system is flawed, as no one dictates to me how fast or slow I eat a meal so the dining experience is enjoyable. If you enjoy a proper dining experience, I would avoid the Freehold PF Changs read more

we waited over an hour for our food after ordering. The manager gave us a couple gift cards but his demeanor and lack of path was despicable. The answer was they didn't have enough staff. newsflash, you are at the mall, it's three weeks before Christmas, it's going to be busy. so staff up, don't let people in you can't handle or warn there is a long wait to eat. ridiculous. read more

Pleasure to sit at a bar and watch amazing drinks being made!!! We go to PF Chiang's with our family. Great Asian fusion place with a wide variety of entries. Highly recommended!

Did a pick up order from here today and I completely regret it. First off the prices are high which isn't a problem but the food does not match the price. The meat in every dish tasted old, dried and under flavored. It was disgusting. Im very disappointed because the food USED to be very good. You are better of going in the mall to chopsticks express and paying half the price for better chicken AND noodles. How do you mess up noodles? I spend $50 for this food that I don't even want to eat. This place has gone to crap. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Ordered PF Changs for the first time and used Grub Hub. I never had their food before and I am not a picky eater by any means. I dont even know whos fault this is. Probably mine. I ordered sesame chicken and veg lomain. $66.16. Whoaaaa. When it came time to tip online, my finger hovered over the phone and it automatically put in for 20% and sent the order in. Never touched the phone lol. Which all would have been fine if the food wasnt so bad. I would never eat there or order from there again. Worst chinese food that I've ever had. But 66 dollars for 2 items? Wow read more

So disappointed! I finally went here again after 3 yrs of saying I wasn't going back... I tried again and this time got disappointed.. I tried a appetizer , Calamari and it was tasteless and oily and literally made me nauseous after eating a few which ruined the rest of my dinner experience, I couldn't even eat .. I took my entree home braised beef and pineapple rice... not a fan.. I'm just DONE with this restaurant, my hometown Chinese restaurant is way better! The two stars are for the food The waiter... Often times chain restaurants are "ok" and what makes the difference is service. Never having stepped foot into PF Chang we were extremely pleased with our waiter Shamere. He knows his business well. Attentive, very cordial, and with a desire to make you feel that you've received top service. No doubt he has what it takes. No rush, answered the questions and we are fortunate to be in his service area. We asked Shamere for recommendations and we went with it. The food was very good. The chefs prepped the food as we liked it and was on spot. The fried rice combo was excellent. Chang's spicy chicken had the right amount of Spice on the chili pepper side. The Mongolian beef was tender. My hats off to the people in the back that back it happen. We briefly spoke to manager, Ralph, who is truly a great guy. Now if every PF Chang has this team in place it may be a good spot to go. read more

Small portions, high prices, mediocre food. Vastly overrated. Will not return. Also the suggested gratuity on the bill exceeded 25 percent.

Tonight we had dinner at PF Chang's. The service was horrible! Our waitress seems like she is on a different planet. We got our food and the kitchen staff forgot part of the dish. I got my sushi and no sauce dish. Ask for hot sauce and had to ask again. . Order tea and never came. This place is really losing there game. read more

i had to write a review due to so many quality issues and poor management service. stopped in for lunch with my two kids. ordered a chicken broccoli and asked for the sauce to be on the side. the kitchen had messed up the order and put the sauce on the chicken broccoli. asked the waiter if he could please correct this issue. he said no problem, took the plate back to the kitchen. about 20 mintues later the waiter came with another order. the sauce was on the side but the broccoli was yellow in color didn't look too fresh. showed it to the waiter and he said he'll take care of it. as i'm waiting for my food, my kids are telling me their food is too salty. they both ordered the kids fried rice. i tasted it myself and i agreed with them it was very salty. when the waiter came back with my food i told the waiter the issue with my kids food. the waiter said he'll take care of it and took their plates back. i noticed the place was 90% empty during lunch time now i understand why. about 20 minutes later the waiter comes back with two plates. both of my kids said the fried rice was just okay nothing special. they tried to eat the orange slices but they were so sour not even sweet. one of the slice looked a bit rotten. at the end iasked to speak to the manager. informed him about the issues and he responded they take pride in quality and freshness. when i showed him the rotten orange he didn't respond. the manager never apologized nor did he offer any discount. the manager didn't handle this situation properly. he just wanted to argue with me saying i complained about everything which was not true. anyways at the end, i gave the waiter a big tip and told him i couldn't pay for meal that had so many issues. he said he understood. in all my years, i never left a restaurant so disgusted with the food and the management team. not sure if i want to come back again. that's why the place only had 3 tables during lunch time. people want good food and feeling happy. all the promotions and advertising wont bring in customers until the issues are fixed! read more

For the most part, I avoid chain restaurants. I usually end up at one when it's centrally located to meet a friend for lunch, as was the case this time. With PF Chang's you get slightly overpriced Chinese food in a modern environment, which isn't found in your standard Chinese restaurant. The food is good, but it's not necessarily a place I crave and say, "let's go to PF Chang's for lunch today!" I ordered the Ginger Chicken and my friend got the Sesame Chicken. We had the option of white or brown rice or fried rice for an up charge. Both entrees were good and not too salty as my past experiences. For a $9 lunch, it would be nice for them to include a soup or salad, as is the option with every local Chinese restaurant for lunch. read more

We've been going here since it opened. The food is by far the best in area. Our server, Kevin the Bartender, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience. He turned the fried rice into a delicious sub gum dish for us. Made great recommendations. It was like he could read our minds. Suggested the chicken lettuce wraps which we were about to order. Our glasses were always full. Knew what we wanted before we ordered it, like the fabulous banana spring rolls with custom-made pineapple in coconut ice cream in caramel sauce, which is totally unique and fabulous. . All while being one of the most pleasant servers we've ever had, and we've had plenty. We've lost count as to how many times we've been to P.F. Chang, but this was one of the best! Can't wait to go back. read more

First time ever at this place. I've heard mixed reviews of this place. Some like it some dont. I wanted to see what all the hype was. I went with a friend for a light late lunch. We ordered soups and a couple of appetizers. The set up is nice. They sat us near the bar which wasnt crowded. I ordered hot and sour soup which was quite bland and not spicy at all. My friend ordered wonton which looked alot better than what u ordered. We also ordered dynamite shrimp which was fried and had a spicy saw over it. It seemed like a wanna be of another restaurant that I like. The spice was nice. Wasnt greasy, but wish there was more of it. Not much on the plate for what it cost. Overall I wasnt I impressed. I night venture in again and try an actual meal. But it would be an after thought. I will admit server was spot on for refills and clearing the plates. Other than that not on my top ten... read more

First of all, this Cosmo was a 10/10. We've been here multiple times and Kevin the bartender is one of the best! He's as knowledgeable as he is kind and talented. I've tried to make this drink at home and it's never as good. I have multiple allergies and the staff is always willing to make alterations and still provide a delicious meal. Today we had Josh who was great. Usually, what is an anxiety ridden experience eating out because I never know if I'm going to get sick, is eased when I come here. Also, they're always sweet and accommodating when we bring our little one with us. Highly suggest! read more

I have never been disappointed like I was last night at this restaurant. We've been going there since they opened and excellent food. Everything was well cooked, hot & very tasty. We sat in the bar area which there and the place was not busy, so it can't be blamed on them getting slammed. We always order the same food; lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef and honey shrimp. Lettuce wrapped were delicious, but the other dished were dry, over cooked and hard. So disappointed that we will never go there again! read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could......had to ask for water 3x to finally get it to start off, bar drinks ordered came after appetizers, the appetizers were horrendous - 1 was salty and not hot or fresh tasting - the other was overly cooked and blah......ordered main courses - someone must of accidentally dumped a barrel of salt in all of our entrees......there is less salt in any fast food restaurant - food was just horrible - most of us hardly ate even 25% of it and the waiter could care less.... It got worse.....tried to order more drinks - no one to be found - finally ordered and the drinks took like 30 mins.....it got even more worse when we asked for the check - took a while to get it - placed the credit cards to split it on the table right away - over an hour of calling over the waiter and no bill taken......we very aggressively asked for the bill to get settled and finally after waiting forever - the bill was processed with payments...... Luckily my Wife and I were with awesome friends and people to make the night worth being out - the food however would have been better from a school cafeteria.......the restaurant was pretty empty inside and outside - there is just no excuse for such poor service and food - I do not recommend coming here and someone should be held responsible for wasting my time, money, and risking my health with such poorly prepared food...... read more

Still a solid 4 stars because of their excellent service and quick delivery of a very tasty meal. That said, I am not crazy about chains but this location is consistently good. They do not offer traditional Chinese food but our meal was satisfying. We started with a small order of crispy green beans (good, but a little heavy on the coating - dipping sauce was great) and a small order of the shrimp dumplings which were nicely prepared. For our entrees we opted for the Lemon Pepper Shrimp and Dali Chicken, both with brown rice. We shared the entrees and had plenty to bring home for another meal. Nice selection of beers and wines. This is a place to go once in awhile since my calorie intake took a major hit. read more

Terrible service from the start. As we arrived the place was dead not busy and it took 10 minutes for them to walk us to a table.
