I was really excited to have dinner here for the first time. I read a lot of great reviews, but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Service was slow, but I completely understand everyone is short staffed. Saw our waiter a total of three times - took our order, checked on us once we got our food from the runner, and delivered the check. I got the honey chicken with fried rice and lomein, my friend got the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. We ate most of our meal, and had the chocolate soufflé for dessert which was amazing! About an hour later, my stomach hurt as I was getting ready for bed. I fell asleep and woke up so violently sick it was awful. Despite the over the top movie set atmospherics, Chang's spits out the functional equivalent of strip mall Chinese take-out (which I'm a fan of BTW) for twice the price and half the portion. At least at Medieval Times, an aspiring serving wench and part-time actress calls me Lord and hands me a two foot turkey leg before the cartoon joust and the ridiculous bill. My visit for dinner yesterday probably tops the worst meal I've had in a decade. Greeted by an unpleasant man taking care of reservations. Abruptly told me it would be over an hour for two of us to get a table. Okay, fine no problem. I gave them them info and we perused the mall. Not even 15 minutes later we get a text the table is ready, which was a nice surprise. We decided to share a spicy tuna roll and the app sampler. Dumplings are REALLY hard on the edges, almost like chewing jerky. Shrimp inside was super pungent and off putting. Crab won tons were decent. Edamame was the best on the plate and easiest to make. Sushi was cut in such varying sizes, some pieces so large it was hard to eat it in one shot. My husband got the honey chicken. Dry, no sauce, no flavor. Frozen nuked in the microwave is better then what we got for over $16. Served with boil-in-a-bag quality rice. I got the tonkotsu ramen with fried egg. Broth seemed off as soon as they brought it out. The noodles were something I was not expecting. They tasted and felt rotten almost. They were the worst texture I've ever experienced in my life of eating ramen (I lived in Japan for 7 years, I know what ramen should be). Ordered PF Changs for the first time and used Grub Hub. I never had their food before and I am not a picky eater by any means. I dont even know whos fault this is. Probably mine. I ordered sesame chicken and veg lomain. $66.16. Whoaaaa. When it came time to tip online, my finger hovered over the phone and it automatically put in for 20% and sent the order in. I was given a gift card to PF Chang, and I should have regifted it, as i was never a big fan of the menu. Food aside, I downgrade this restaurant on the service. My party of 2 ordered soup, appetizers and entrées. Soup was served first, before the soup was half finished appetizers were served and before we were even able to get to the appetizers, the entrées were served. When I said something to our server he took the entrées away while we worked on our appetizers. The manager came over to inquire as to what happened, and when it was explained to him, he told me the kitchen times the delivery of the entrees to 20 minutes after the appetizers are served. If this is a fact, the system is flawed, as no one dictates to me how fast or slow I eat a meal so the dining experience is enjoyable. If you enjoy a proper dining experience, I would avoid the Freehold PF Changs read more

i had to write a review due to so many quality issues and poor management service. stopped in for lunch with my two kids. ordered a chicken broccoli and asked for the sauce to be on the side. the kitchen had messed up the order and put the sauce on the chicken broccoli. asked the waiter if he could please correct this issue. he said no problem, took the plate back to the kitchen. about 20 mintues later the waiter came with another order. the sauce was on the side but the broccoli was yellow in color didn't look too fresh. showed it to the waiter and he said he'll take care of it. as i'm waiting for my food, my kids are telling me their food is too salty. they both ordered the kids fried rice. i tasted it myself and i agreed with them it was very salty. when the waiter came back with my food i told the waiter the issue with my kids food. the waiter said he'll take care of it and took their plates back. i noticed the place was 90% empty during lunch time now i understand why. about 20 minutes later the waiter comes back with two plates. both of my kids said the fried rice was just okay nothing special. they tried to eat the orange slices but they were so sour not even sweet. one of the slice looked a bit rotten. at the end iasked to speak to the manager. informed him about the issues and he responded they take pride in quality and freshness. when i showed him the rotten orange he didn't respond. the manager never apologized nor did he offer any discount. the manager didn't handle this situation properly. he just wanted to argue with me saying i complained about everything which was not true. anyways at the end, i gave the waiter a big tip and told him i couldn't pay for meal that had so many issues. he said he understood. in all my years, i never left a restaurant so disgusted with the food and the management team. not sure if i want to come back again. that's why the place only had 3 tables during lunch time. people want good food and feeling happy. all the promotions and advertising wont bring in customers until the issues are fixed! read more

Did a pick up order from here today and I completely regret it. First off the prices are high which isn't a problem but the food does not match the price. The meat in every dish tasted old, dried and under flavored. It was disgusting. Im very disappointed because the food USED to be very good. Often times chain restaurants are "ok" and what makes the difference is service. Never having stepped foot into PF Chang we were extremely pleased with our waiter Shamere. He knows his business well. Attentive, very cordial, and with a desire to make you feel that you've received top service. No doubt he has what it takes. No rush, answered the questions and we are fortunate to be in his service area. We asked Shamere for recommendations and we went with it. The food was very good. The chefs prepped the food as we liked it and was on spot. The fried rice combo was excellent. Chang's spicy chicken had the right amount of Spice on the chili pepper side. The Mongolian beef was tender. My hats off to the people in the back that back it happen. We briefly spoke to manager, Ralph, who is truly a great guy. With PF Chang's you get slightly overpriced Chinese food in a modern environment, which isn't found in your standard Chinese restaurant. The food is good, but it's not necessarily a place I crave and say, "let's go to PF Chang's for lunch today!" I ordered the Ginger Chicken and my friend got the Sesame Chicken. We had the option of white or brown rice or fried rice for an up charge. Both entrees were good and not too salty as my past experiences. First time ever at this place. I've heard mixed reviews of this place. Some like it some dont. I wanted to see what all the hype was. I went with a friend for a light late lunch. We ordered soups and a couple of appetizers. The set up is nice. They sat us near the bar which wasnt crowded. I ordered hot and sour soup which was quite bland and not spicy at all. My friend ordered wonton which looked alot better than what u ordered. We also ordered dynamite shrimp which was fried and had a spicy saw over it. I have never been disappointed like I was last night at this restaurant. We've been going there since they opened and excellent food. Everything was well cooked, hot & very tasty. We sat in the bar area which there and the place was not busy, so it can't be blamed on them getting slammed. We always order the same food; lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef and honey shrimp. It got worse.....tried to order more drinks - no one to be found - finally ordered and the drinks took like 30 mins.....it got even more worse when we asked for the check - took a while to get it - placed the credit cards to split it on the table right away - over an hour of calling over the waiter and no bill taken......we very aggressively asked for the bill to get settled and finally after waiting forever - the bill was processed with payments...... Luckily my Wife and I were with awesome friends and people to make the night worth being out - the food however would have been better from a school cafeteria.......the restaurant was pretty empty inside and outside - there is just no excuse for such poor service and food - I do not recommend coming here and someone should be held responsible for wasting my time, money, and risking my health with such poorly prepared food...... read more

First of all, this Cosmo was a 10/10. We've been here multiple times and Kevin the bartender is one of the best! He's as knowledgeable as he is kind and talented. I've tried to make this drink at home and it's never as good. I have multiple allergies and the staff is always willing to make alterations and still provide a delicious meal. Today we had Josh who was great. Usually, what is an anxiety ridden experience eating out because I never know if I'm going to get sick, is eased when I come here.
