The staff was friendly and helpful. I really like the decor in this chain restaurant (last time I was here was over 10 years ago). Hubby had the Mongolian beef which he loved. Don't go! Just don't! Went to PF Changs on my lunch and it was a mess. It took 10 minutes to be seated and another 10 for a server to come to our table ( the place was empty) which should have been a red flag because they offer an express lunch. You get your meal in 20 minutes or it's free. The food was meh. I got the orange chicken. When it was time to pay for the check the server never returned to our table to get the bill. I had to finally go to the bar and try to pay. The bartender had to go search for our server which took another 10 minutes. Although the manager comped my lunch, I still will not go back. We went to P.F. Chang's on Sunday. The restaurant was unbelievably dirty. The floor was sticky, which I will not why later, and when we sat down, all the tables around us were dirty and had dishes and food on them without being cleared the entire time. The tables that got cleared, the staff wiped off all the food and garbage onto the floor, hence the sticky disgusting floors. It looks like more of a management problem than a staff problem. Not sure why someone was not monitoring the cleanliness or the staff cleaning. The waitress and hostess were decent, but the entire restaurant was a disgrace. read more

My co workers and I went to P.F. Chang's at the Christiana Mall yesterday and it was amazing! We went for happy hour and sat outside! Because there were 6 of us and the bar was already pretty full they allowed for us to sit outside and get the HH menu! I've been to the P.F. Changs in Glen Mills a long time ago, I forgot how great it was! The Cherry Blossom Martini was the best drink I've had in a really long time! The lettuce wraps are still as good as I had remembered! Last night was the first time I had eaten at PF Changs in 10 years. Earlier in the year I tried to go for lunch but they had a 45 minute wait because of lack of servers. Last night we were told it would be about 15-20 minutes until we could be seated about 10 minutes into that the manager came over and apologized profusely that it unfortunately be another 15-20 minutes. I said thank you for informing us and we don't want to wait so long. I explained that I had not been to any of these restaurants in 10 years and was going to now go elsewhere. My wife asked if we could just get seated at the bar and be served there. He said of course. We seated ourselves at the bar and the bartender Luna suggested some items for us. It was a wonderful meal and capped off with the manager welcoming us back and giving us a desert of our choice for staying for dinner. It was a wonderful meal! Thank you PF Changs Glen Mills team! We went today for lunch. 3 adults, 1 kid. We ordered the wonton soup. Plenty for 4 people and lots of chicken and shrimp in the pot. Broth could have been hotter but it was very good. Lettuce wraps were excellent. The crispy honey chicken bowl was so good. Plenty of chicken. The honey shrimp also had a lot of shrimp. Kids meals were excellent and the chicken fried rice for kids was the best I've had. We took the chocolate cake and cheesecake home and shared the banana dessert. Great choice. I love PF Chang's. The food and service are consistent from location to location and the dining room was clean. We ordered the kung pao chicken (my favorite) Mongolian beef and the new spicy shrimp entrees. The portions seemed a bit smaller on one of my visits this week. The shrimp entree was worth a try, but I will not order it again. read more

We ordered takeout from P.F. Chang's two weeks ago on a random Wednesday afternoon, so I can't comment on the inside of the restaurant. I'm sure the inside is a great experience to truly enjoy the food as it leaves the kitchen. We ordered two different kinds of dumplings, chicken fried rice, pad thai and orange chicken. Overall, the food is OK. The fried rice was a little bit dry and could have included more pieces of chicken. No complaints with both dumpling dishes; they had a bright white skin with a soft texture and savory filling. The orange chicken was meh, and by meh, I just mean that I've had better orange chicken. The pad thai was pretty good - it was a generous serving containing delicious rice noodles and a crunchy peanut texture. Overall, it's not that P.F. Chang's has bad food. I actually think P.F. Chang's has a lot of potential. However, your typical "Chinese take-out" rivals the quality of P.F. Chang's and may take the edge when it comes to a lower price. Thus, I think P.F. Chang's is an OK/decent establishment deserving of 3.5/5 stars. read more

Went here for an impromptu dinner with a friend. The place was packed but luckily we got a table within few minute. FYI . The drinks menu is on paper and the food menu is digital. Ordered a Mai Tai and a Twisted whisky sour to start. The drinks turned out real good. Started our dinner with Dynamite Shrimps. Although tasted good, I felt the portions and sauce could have been more to enhance the dish a notch higher. For Mains, we ordered shrimp with oysters sauce and Singapore street noodles. Singapore street noodles is a must have here. The sauce , oh my gosh, you can't stop having it. You get pieces of shrimp on side and chicken mixed with noodles. Our experiences at this PF Chang's have varied widely. I have been very disappointed on some occasions and super pleased on other occasions. Tonight was wonderful. We started with 2 Chang's Mai Tai, and Dynamite Shrimp as an appetizer. The Mai Tais have been very consistently amazing. The Dynamite Shrimp were delicious. My wife got her favorite, Chang's Spicy Chicken and I had Mongolian Beef. Both were very, very, good. I thought about upping this review to 4 stars, but the inconsistency that I have experienced at this location, and seeing their overall rating, which tells me that others have experienced similar disappointments, causes me to keep it at 3 stars. I am really glad we came here tonight. The food was delicious and it was a great experience. Our previous visit was in January, we came to celebrate my wife's birthday. The Mai tai's were excellent. So was the miso butter lobster dumplings as an appetizer. The orange chicken was good. Our server made our mai tai's and they were soooooo good!! read more

People with severe medical conditions should avoid this location in Warrington Pennsylvania at least in the short term today is May 6 of 2025. Their lighting system is atrocious and with people with vestibular and balance or vertigo or even hearing aids may have major issues. Apparently it's been ongoing for a while as I spoke to some of the employees the manager said he would address it in short term but never once followed up :( .still throughout our meal 45 minutes. I became ill and staggered when I left the restaurant and threw up on my way home. Please avoid this place until the system is addressed. I did email their corporate office. I hope to get a response on behalf of everybody who is disabled this can't happen, especially if they've known this was an issue for a long period of time which apparently has behn would love to go back to the restaurant if it's fixed the food was wonderful. PF Chang's really dropped the ball, they changed their menu and made it a glorified Chinese American takeout spot. I see no point in ever going back to for any reason. I use to like their salt and pepper prawns, and they had a few other things that make them different but not any more. No shad on the location the staff and all are great, it's what they did to the menu. read more

This place was comically bad. The service was fine, no issue there. However, the food is far from Chinese cuisine. Everything except the shrimp tempura came out cold. The honey crispy chicken seemed to be served on styrofoam strings. The lo mein was inedible and sesame chicken tasted like it was boiled last week. Oh and they over charged us... My 89 year old husband and I (81) were with our daughter and her husband tonight where we have been many times before. As we were finishing dinner, 2 managers ( Brie and Heather) asked us to leave because we were overheard to have made a racial remark. This NEVER happened but we were not allowed to ask who accused us or what the remark was. We were told that we have no rights. My husband and I are former educators and my daughter and her husband are 50 something professionals. We have always been respectful of people's ethnicity and would never make a disparaging remark about someone's race. Brie and Heather were very rude and adamant in their refusal to let us defend ourselves. This was a very unpleasant experience and of course we will never go there again. We felt like we were not in America. Very sad night. read more

I never thought i'd give P.F. Chang 5 stars, it's a chain Chinese & I prefer authentic and I am usually critical of Americanized Chinese restaurants. However, the Chinese Surf & Turf I had in this place last night was truly executional! It has tasty chunks of lobster favored with cumin which usually got with lamb kabab, unusually bold & innovative to put on lobster but it worked! The beef tips are tender and deeply flavorful, so is the sauce and thinly sliced sheikei mushrooms. The baby skinny asparagus was very tasty and crunchy, the whole thing came out in a mini work instead of ceramic dish. This is a new dish for P.F Chang's, looks like they invented it, along with their lattice wrap invention, the Chinese Surf & Turf will surely become a success. look for the copy cats among other Chinese restaurants! Stopped here on Sunday night after several basketball games....the host was extremely rude. He said it would be a fifteen minute wait then two minutes later it was going to be a half hour. When I asked which one he said he could not say...he was exasperated!!! When I said we were leaving he rolled his eyes at me as I left. It is so much easier to be friendly and nice.....but he couldn't do it. One bad experience will keep our family from going back. read more

I normally love PF Changs but last I was really disappointed. We went out for my birthday dinner and we expected pit normal great experience but didn't get it. We sat for about 5 minutes as our server went around apologizing to her tables because "the kitchen" was so behind. She came over to us 3 time to tell us she would be right back or just hold on. When she finally came over she took our whole order (drinks, apps, and entree) and scurried off. She kept apologizing to other tables that the kitchen was backed up but our appetizer came out shortly after. My wontons were colder than usual but we ate them. As the night went on we watched our sever constantly stand around and engage in conversation with other employees, go outside to get in her phone, or just disappear into the kitchen for long spurts of time. She kept promising things, and then taking super long to deliver. In addition, she waiting so long to bring out food from the "backed up" kitchen, that everything was cold. P.s. majority of the center tables were empty on both sides of the restaurant as it was almost closing time. For the sake of not writing a book I'll end it here but overall, we were pretty disappointed with the service and the food this visit. I'm hoping that the new Delaware location lives up to PF Changs standards because I do love the food. read more

I ordered pick-up from here because I was craving some vegetable spring rolls. I picked out my order on the app and pulled around to where cars and customers can pick up their food. I guess some of the chefs might have been a little overwhelmed that I was there early because when I got my order, the ends seemed burnt, and the outside shell was not as crunchy as it normally is. It still tasted fine though. I just wish they would have taken their time for the price I paid. read more
