I have been coming to this PF Changs location for 12 years. This is the first time I have reviewed it. Most of the time, my husband and I have sat at the bar for cocktails and food. We have had lunch mostly but a few dinners here as well. Our experience has been excellent. So much so that we choose to drive here from South Jersey rather than go to the store in Marlton. Our service over the years has been absolutely fabulous . We have been served by: Bre, Ashley, Damian, Catherine, Julie, Haley who make it their business for us to have an outstanding experience!. I've been coming to this P.F Chang's for years now. Over time I've seen them change the menu (I'm still upset that they removed the garlic noodles), change their recipes (honey chicken used to be my favorite), and change their customs (I wanna add that you can still order things they've taken off the menu like the garlic noodles, you just have to ask) Recently, I really like the changes they have made P.F. Chang's seems to be trying to be me upscale in their service and presentations now, which is great! Before starting our meal, per Japanese custom, our server placed two compressed towels on our table then poured hot water onto them causing them to expand. These are to be used to clean off your hands before your meal and are known as Oshibori. One thing I have always loved about this PF Chang's location is the atmosphere. The dim lighting, mural, and unique ceiling come together to form one of my favorite dining atmospheres that I've come to. For starters on this visit my girlfriend and I ordered the pan-fried pork dumplings and the crab wontons The pork dumplings were good, however they weren't the best I've ever had. The crab wontons, however, we both really enjoyed! With that being said both of these dishes had excellent presentation, especially the dumplings which came out sizzling hot on a plate of salt rocks. (Pictured) For our entrees we were feeling sushi, so we ordered the dynamite shrimp and California roll Their California rolls have always been one of my favorites compared to others The dynamite shrimp came out to the table with a glass lid filled with smoke When the waitress placed it down she then lifted the lid and a cloud of smoke came out that was pretty cool I thought the flavor of the dynamite shrimp was amazing, however, it was too spicy for my palette We didn't order them on this occasion but I want to add that the chicken lettuce wraps are an amazing appetizer as well Overall we had a great experience! read more

The restrooms were clean and even during Covid restrictions we were promptly taken care of, sat and had our food fast! I usually have a great meal here, tends to be to go as I prefer eating at home with everything going on. Unfortunately, this time around everything was such a disappointment. My shrimp dumplings were super over cooked and my lettuce with my chicken lettuce wraps was brown and unappetizing. My wraps didn't include any of the rice noodles at the bottom, although I did not order gluten free. This makes me feel like I was given an extra someone else didn't come for? My sushi was mushier than usual :/ I'm still giving a decent rating as I'll be back to give it another chance in hopes this was just a rough night here. read more

I placed an online order for curbside pickup at 5:45. Spicy chicken and Pad Thai w/extra chicken. When I arrived, I called toilet them know I was sitting outside. I was told that they could see through the security cameras, and someone would be right out. After waiting more than 5 minutes, and watching several cars line up, I went inside. It looked like only one person was handling take out, and she had to look for my ordernin the kitchen. When I finally got my order, I went outside and let some other waiters know they needed to go in instead of the normal curbside service. Once I got home, the meL was good, except the Pad Thai had an odd flavor, and didn't seem to have the extra chicken we paid for. read more

Very disappointing service and meal! We have eaten at the P.F. Chang's in Glen Mills several times but after last night we will never return. We arrived at 6pm and the restaurant was practically empty. Our waitress was very inattentive and clearly did not pay any attention to what we said or ordered. When she brought our food she didn't know which of the 4 of us ordered which entrees. My husband ordered a shrimp meal and was served a chicken entree which he ate because he didn't want to wait for the correct replacement. I ordered the beef and broccoli entree and the portion size was extremely small. I left the restaurant hungry Approximately half way through our meal, we requested additional water for everyone. I ordered for curbside pickup, the app said my meal would be ready in twelve minutes. I knew to give them more time they're usually busy. There were no directions or designated areas for curbside pickup. I figured it out even though the app tells you there are spots. I waited more than 40 minutes! I had to call 4 times and watched others come for their curbside wait and eventually go in to get it. With my knee injury I did not have this luxury. The food is usually good but NOT AT ALL this time. The meal didn't even resemble the sweet and sour chicken that I've had many times before and the vegetable rolls were soggy and disgusting. Is it possible this is how the food is after it's sat for 40 minutes? I don't know. So the service and the food were super bad and a waste of more of my time than money but wasted on both sides nonetheless. read more

This restaurant disappointed me big time. I ordered a very basic item from their menu and what they served me was disgusting. The most basic item in Chinese menu is LoMein. I have always had a great experience here. I do recommend making a reservation, but that's just because I hate waiting. In the past we haven't had to wait more than 15 minutes. I usually come for dinner but my parents always rave about their lunch specials. We have always had excellent service here. During my most recent visit we had the lettuce wrap signature starter and I think it is the best thing I have ever tried there. The portion size is great for a group. I love that you get to put the wrap together yourself. My go to meal is the honey chicken. It is sweet and perfectly crispy and it comes with great rice. read more

We came for their cocktail menu, we ordered few cocktails, they were good. We also ordered few appetizers to share, the Northern style ribs was the only dish we liked. Both vegetable dishes the string beans and Brussels sprouts were too greasy and too saucy. We also ordered the short rib fried rice, same problem, too greasy. This was the worst Chinese meal I have ever had! The food looked good but it was absolutely tasteless. We ordered egg rolls as our appetizer and they were full of cabbage, you could hardly find any pork or vegetables. They were also doughy. Our entrée was Orange chicken, with white rice and Ginger chicken with broccoli. We also had a side of fried rice. The Orange chicken was okay but it was not evenly coated with sauce. The Ginger chicken was so bland that I had to request a side of Ginger, to try and spice it up. Fried rice, tasted just like the white rice, with maybe two peas and a couple carrots. Seriously, I have gotten much better food at my local take-out restaurant. They should be ashamed to call themselves an Asian food restaurant because they definitely DO NOT know anything about Chinese cuisine. Waiter was quite rude and fast with me and my group while we were ordering. We were also charged for something we asked to be taken off because it was not very tasty. We waited almost a hour for an appetizer, our food then took even longer. over all we waited almost three hours on food and we asked multiple for sauce and never received it. Mongolian Beef was over cooked and chewy. And Lo mein was dry and also overcooked Waiter was more attentive to other tables than to my group and acted as if we were bothering her when we asked for anything. 0/10 will not be returning. read more

My experience was not the best at all. My meal was not edible. I ordered the crispy honey chicken and it was a favorite of mine from past years. I was looking forward to it. It was basically all crispy batter and not even chicken. I didn't even eat it. I was so annoyed. I should have asked to talk to a a manger and get a credit for my meal. Shouldn't have paid for it. Today I went to P.F. Chang's with a group of 7 as it used to be a good quality restaurant but today changed that for me. I have visited this location before but have never had an experience like this. The food was terrible. The appetizers were fairly okay. But the main courses were terrible. We ordered one kids meal, 2 pad Thai, one Buddhas feast, one orange chicken bowl, and one shrimp lo mein. The shrimp lo mein and kids meal were okay. However the orange chicken bowl tasted frozen. The Buddhas feast with tofu was practically inedible as the stir fry was half cooked and flavorless. The pad Thai couldn't even be considered pad Thai as it tasted like it had some kind of sour cream in it and was all wrong. The service however was okay. Although I am now questioning if I should ever go again. Completely my family and my friend family disappointed with holiday lunch. read more

I haven't ordered from this P.F. Chang since 2020. My family and I wanted Chinese food for dinner. We ordered the Beef and Broccoli. The Beef on Both orders were cooked until the meat was DRY like RUBBER! We ordered dessert which was the spring rolls and ice cream. The spring rolls were also DRYED OUT!! I am extremely sorry that we chose to eat our dinner from this place. I will NOT be ordering from them again and if you value your money please don't waste it at this place. This place is awesome, very tasty food, great service (esp. Kayla) and variety of beverage to pair with your dish. Booth seating is our preference especially the corner ones but bar seating or center table is good as well. Can't get enough of this place. Even though it's quiet a hike (drive) for us, it's worth every mile. Highly recommended. PF Chang's is on my list of "Chain restaurants that are worthy of my time." OK, I don't really have that list. But I should. This food will never be as good as what you can get in Chinatown, or maybe even at your favorite local take out place. But that doesn't mean it's not good in its own right. Everyone goes for the lettuce wraps. I've always thought they were good. But I'm not sure it's even their best appetizer. I personally enjoyed the cauliflower tempura more. The egg rolls I found to be a bit on the greasy side. I had the street noodles as my entree and I found them tasty but slightly overcooked. The stir fry filet mignon I sampled from another diner was quite good though. The berry cobbler they served for dessert was decent if not spectacular. It was a good meal. It didn't quite achieve greatness. But it does do the trick. read more

I'll admit it: I like P.F. Chang's. This location tends to be pretty busy, so after eating in the restaurant a few times, we decided just to pick up take out. However, we always had enthusiastic, good servers at this location. For take-out, you can order online and they have a separate take out entrance, so you can be in and out with your food quickly. They also have curbside pickup, but I never tried it. The menu is the same across locations- they have a separate menu for gluten-free dishes, and they are also great with food allergies. My favorite appetizers are the crab wontons ($6.95; love the sauce that comes with it) and the lettuce wraps ($8.95). Both are great for sharing. For entrees, I always order the kung pao shrimp without peanuts and extra spicy ($15.95). Once, it came out a bit greasy, but the rest of the time it has been perfectly on point. Their crispy honey chicken ($13.95) and crispy honey shrimp ($15.95) are favorites of my parents. All the entrees come with your choice of white or brown rice, and portions are BIG. If you're starving, you might be able to finish it all, but otherwise, you will have a nice lunch portion leftover. Yes, the food isn't as authentic as you'd find in Chinatown, but they definitely have some standouts on the menu. P.F. Chang's is also great for people with food intolerances or allergies, and they are also great about customizing orders (ex. adding/removing ingredients, making things extra spicy, etc.). On top of that, there aren't many great Chinese places in the Glen Mills area. And for the amount of food you get, it is well-priced. Definitely a solid choice for take out in the Glen Mills area when you're craving some tasty Chinese food! read more

Wait: we were seated for our 7:00 reservations close to 7:20. At 7:15 after asking for an ETA (at 6:57 we were told our table would be ready in a few minutes after they were cleared) it was clear from the conversation between the two hosts that only one of them were aware we were on the wait list through Open Table. No apologies from the staff from the hosts. Wait staff: Allyson was great! Friendly, helpful, attentive. Food: very good. We had the tempura cauliflower, Chang's spicy chicken, Kung Pao Shrimp. Everything was good, and we enjoyed the food. The tempura cauliflower came quickly after ordered; however, the entrees took FOREVER and the waitress told us at least twice that the kitchen was backed up. Overall: if it wasn't for our friendly waitress, we would have bolted! The wait was long to be seated, the wait for the entrees was painfully long, and the food is good enough. We were shopping across the street at Terrain and we wish we would have stayed at Terrain's Cafe for dinner!! read more

My first experience at a P.F. Chang's was in California and I was immediately smitten. We found the Glen Mills location today on a random Sunday drive and my fiance got his first taste of their lettuce wraps. This location doesn't disappoint. From my Asian Pear Mojito through to the Banana Spring Rolls, everything was great, but NOTHING compares to the Kung Pao Scallops. The waitress said the Kung Pao Shrimp is even better but I don't see how. These scallops literally define the saying "melt in your mouth." The Beef A La Sichuan and Sichuan Asparagus were good, too, but the scallops were AMAZING. We might have to "randomly" end up in Concordville/Glen Mills again next week! Price range is $$ but easily goes to $$$ with a few drinks. (It's okay, they're worth it!) read more

Had a great dinner at PF Chang's last night. Loved the Garlic Noodles and Chile-Garlic Green Beans that I got. It was my daughter's birthday and they gave her a complimentary smaller version of their Banana Spring Roll dessert, which is literally one of the best desserts I've ever had - it comes with a delicious coconut and pineapple ice cream which is out of this world. I came here with a friend for lunch because we were craving their lettuce wraps. We got the PF changs for 2 FOUR-COURSE PRIX-FIXE MENU $39.95. She had hot & sour soup, I had the egg drop soup. We ordered the lettuce wraps, she had kung pao chicken and I had the honey shrimp. Everything was really delicious, especially the lettuce wraps. There is no reason why a Major Chain place like PF Chang's should get any less than 5 stars! They have corporate pros and years of research and development. All sorts of trading and policy. None of this was wasted on my visit. The service from the hostess to the food runners was flawless. My meal was spot on perfection! Nothing big enough to drop my rating but my waiter got a huge table which slightly inhibited his attention to a few other tables buy a good runner picked up the slack by refilling my water glass. Also I ordered beef fried rice but got the house special. I avoid shrimp because I sometimes get an alert ice reaction but I risked it and kept the incorrect order which I wasn't billed for. Thanks PF that was cool and I didn't notice it until a day later when I was doing my expense report.
