We celebrated my birthday here for a lunch on Monday the 20th and it was phenomenal. We were taken to a nice big booth (as they noted we had gifts, etc.) Virginia was our server and she was fantastic! Her drink recommendation was spot on (Asian pear mojito) and she was quick with our appetizer (which was free for my birthday and she got my customer account # and made sure it was handled without any issue!) we each had a lunch special and she made sure to bring extra plates for us to share. She was friendly, funny, efficient, and made my birthday celebration so memorable. Everything that was left over was packed up for us and the manager (I think - younger dark haired man) who was standing near the host desk offered to take pics for us in front of the horse outside! Visited last night for dinner. Our first visit to this particular PF Changs. I ordered an entree, spicy chicken, it was by far one of the worse dishes I have ever tasted. I had a couple of spoon fulls thinking the chili oil was bad, but NO I had a spoonful without chili oil. I picked up the dish and it smelled so strong of vinegar...terrible. No spice, is that the idea, add a ton of vinegar to make the dish "spicy". I told Cadence our server that it was really bad, and she looked at me and just said "not a fan"? REALLY....I had a stomach ache for hours and I didn't come close to finishing the dish... I have dined at dozens of PF Chang's over the years, and never been disappointed. Came here for lunch. I believe our waiters name was Randy. He was amazing, he was very helpful with the menu and checked on us a good amount of times to see if we needed anything from him. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and a wonton soup. Randy was very mindful of the children at our table and placed the hot items a good distance from their reach. We were seated very quickly for a party of three, we went around 2pm and there were not many people eating inside. Panda Express has more diversity in each dish. This is not Chinese food, it's American food and people seem to love it, as they've been around for decades. This is my fav P.F. Chang's location in the Phoenix area. Just off the 10, it's super easy to get to, has a huge parking lot and is never overly crowded especially during lunch hours. Staff is always pleasant and attentive and very familiar with the entire menu. Ambiance is nice, facilities are clean and comfortable and the music is nice (although sometimes too loud when the restaurant is at lower capacity). Today I tried some newer items off the seasonal menu. I got the Peking Duck Spring Rolls and the Wagyu Steak. The spring rolls were AMAZING!!! By far my favorite dish to date! Crispy, flavorful and quite a large portion! The sweet dipping sauce (tasted like plum) was a perfect addition. I didn't care for the veggies (spicy cole slaw?) that came with it. It seemed a bit out of place, and way too spicy and overpowering for the delicate flavor of the duck. The wagyu was sadly a little underwhelming, but I think that's due to the temp at which it was brought to my table. It was cold, which is kind of difficult to enjoy when you're eating heavily marble medium-rare beef. However the sauces and veggie chutney that accompanied the dish were super tasty and the mushrooms were perfection!!! I think if the dish had been brought out right away it would have been perfect. I will definitely try the duck egg rolls again, they were so tasty. I highly recommend the Saké Warrior cocktail too, but noticed it was no longer on the menu this time which was a shame. I do hope it returns and soon. I did try a refresher (Stawberry Cucumber limeade) and it was very light and delicious. As always I opted for a pot of Dragon Eye Oolong for afterwards, and it's always my favorite post meal treat. read more

I'm giving this a 2 because nothing tastes bad, but they always get carry out orders wrong. This time I ordered a dinner special with salmon, no rice (no $ credit for no rice) and extra crime I mushrooms for a .99 upcharge. The salmon was a tiny sliver (nothing like the picture) and there were 2 cremini mushrooms which is less than if I ask for extra. I order here once a year hoping someone new manages the restaurant but bad experience again. I'll try again in 2026. read more

Service started out great, took our order and then it went downhill. Our waiter was not attentive at all. Food was just ok, greasy tasting. My husband ordered a salad and he said it was mostly wedge pieces, like the leftover lettuce from the lettuce wraps. We ordered dessert and it was delicious but took over 20 minutes to get and we had to ask when it was coming out. In fact, we were going to cancel it since it was taking so long but it was ready. We visited on a Saturday with a party of 8. The place was busy for a Saturday afternoon and we had to wait for 1 hour + just to order our food while we just sat their waiting for our server to take our drink and food order. The server had WAY to many tables with no help in the back of the restraint and we kept trying to get her attention so we can place ANY order but she kept running around busy with other tables. We sat their with no water NOTHING for almost the full hour until we had to stop our server and tell her PLEASE we need to order we are hungry. After we ordered the food it came our pretty fast and our server had LOTS of help to bring our food but still no one should be sitting for 1 hour. The food was AMAZING we were happy we did not leave it was very tasty and the food was perfect temperature . The server got better at the end and packed our order to go for us which was nice. I was shocked to see how nice this place still looks for as many years its been here who ever takes care this location doing an amazing job by keeping it clean and the decorations up to date! I ordered their new shrimp dish firecracker shrimp with fried rice not very many shrimp and a whole lot of fried rice also had the chicken fried rice which really wasn't fried rice the crab rangoon with very very little crap if you want to call it that and then an order of lettuce wraps, the total was over $ 50.00. First time at this restaurant, maybe it's my fault for expecting more at a place with $40 plates, but I was sorely disappointed with the food (apart from the calamari). Underwhelming is an understatement. Now our server was lovely, and we were well taken care of as far as customer service is concerned. As for the food? Not only did it take nearly 45 minutes for wagyu and a Chilean sea bass. The wagyu was grossly over cooked, tasted like chalk, and the chef couldn't manage to finish the two dishes at the same time. The sea bass was drowned in sauce, and cold to the touch... oh and as the icing on the cake, the spinach was slopped onto the plate with the finesse of a cafeteria server. (No offense to cafeteria servers) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You'd be better off spending your money elsewhere read more

The quality of the food today is definitely not worth the price and what I'm used to at a P.F. Chang's. I ordered a Lo Mein w/combo protein, a Mongolian beef bowl, and a kids chicken fried rice. The proteins in all of my dishes were extra crispy and dry, as if they were cooked in the morning and re-heated. The shrimp looked like the small frozen shrimp you buy in a grocery freezer section. The flavor was there in all dishes, but it was quite disappointing. The prices are a bit too expensive for this quality of food. I've been here several times and this is the first time this has happened. I'll most likely return, but hope this experience doesn't repeat itself. read more

We hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in quite a while. We had ordered take out about a month ago, and the food was excellent. We decided to go back, but dine in this time. Our server Ty was OUTSTANDING!! He took our order, never writing anything down, and everything came out perfect. Anything we asked for was delivered with efficiency and a smile. We ordered off the "Chef's Feast" menu and it was great. We had the Chicken Teriyaki, Mongolian Beef and Honey Seared Shrimp. It came with a soup or salad for each person and TWO appetizers for the table to share. The dinner came with a large side of rice and there were plenty of leftovers for the next day. So I have only been here two times. First time I never made it passed the bar on our anniversary. The staff was so nice. Someone in the bar said I looked like goose from top gun. I didn't see it but they ran with it. Such great service and great food. The bar tender was so sweet. She made me feel like she was my daughter.
