I'm 62 and my wife is 58--and we definitely look over 40! We were excited to enjoy a nice, relaxing evening at P.F. Chang's, but instead were refused service by the Operating Manager (Jon) because my wife didn't have her ID. We are clearly not under under 21--our kids are in their mid-30s, and we've been grandparents for nearly a decade. Despite that, he wouldn't accept her government issued, electronic copy of her ID, forcing us to drive all the way back home just to prove we're not under 21. We ended up spending nearly $200 that night, but unfortunately, we won't be returning. For context, we WE'RE frequent P.F. Chang's Diner Rewards Members and never have been carded (or treated like this) prior. SENIORS BEWARE: bring your papers - if you can't physically prove your age, you may want to consider one of the many more senior-friendly alternatives. read more

Comfortable seating, but the music is way way way way too loud. Our server was excellent and we both ordered chicken lettuce wraps, and egg drop soup. The soup was nice and hot with bits of grated carrots and onion in a Rich broth. Our favorite here are the chicken lettuce wraps which comes with the a mound of flavorful chopped chicken mixed with vegetables on some kind of a soft noodle and you put that into the large crispy lettuce leaves, absolutely delicious. What a hot mess! We arrive just after 4, the waiter couldn't have cared less, and we were the only people there. It takes 15 minutes to get our drinks, mine had a bug in it, the waiter looked at it, and said "I don't think it's a bug, but it probably shouldn't be there." It takes another 15 minutes to get my replacement drink, or entrées come they are underseasoned and mushy, it looks like something was reheated in the microwave. It was terrible.. The service was slow. The food was bad and there was just a general lack of effort. It used to be a great place to eat. Do yourself a favor get microwave Chinese. We drove from Ga to eat here with so many other options & what we paid we were highly DISAPPOINTED! The egg rolls were good but the chicken lo mein was gross. Ever since P.F. Chang's first opened here I have been a regular customer. But but in the last year or so their chicken lettuce wraps have gone down in quality to the extent that I'm never gonna eat here again. I had two dinner size chicken lettuce wraps. I ordered last night for takeout and one order of potstickers, and I hate to say this, but it was so poorly made so unfavorable that only one of the chicken lettuce wraps was even edible. Not only that I did make two special requests with my order that they didn't follow. There has been a general decline with this particular P.F. I haven't been in probably 10 yrs, and remember not liking the food last time, this was the same experience. While a pretty building & interior, My Martini was very good. What is it with their quinoa/rice? I hated the rice here, the texture and taste was awful. The honey shrimp was not flavorful and the Crab wontons were the worst I've ever eaten somewhere. Super fishy, dry, dry wonton wrapper and placed it sauce so the bottoms got soggy. I didn't even take a to-go box and wasted half my order. I remember why I haven't been in 10yrs. They could improve everything. A group of friends and I went there is past Wednesday. When we walked in, it was like walking into a dance club. They literally had dance club music playing and it was so loud that different tables had to ask for the music to be turned down. We had to make this request three times before anything was ever done. The wait staff was so sparse that our poor server could not keep up with all of his tables. Drink orders continued to die on the bar waiting for someone to run them to the table. Their food is subpar at best. I guess you can't tell what kind of food you serve when you just open a package already premade and heat it up. Caesar salad with a tiny sliver of salmon, Hot and sour soup was like drinking vinegar and our dishes just kept piling up on our table without being cleaned off. We had a reservation for 7pm. We weren't seated until 7:45. What's the point of a reservation? It's took at least 10 minutes to be waited on. The appetizer came out 30 min after ordering. Did curbside last nite with 3 enters and 1 appz, literally out the door for 76.00 so it's not cheap asian food anymore. The chicken with broccoli tasted of sink soap. The veggies wraps I think had fried tofu and were horrid. The honey chicken barely had any flavor or taste of honey and the white rice was crunchy and tasteless. How bad do you have to be when you can't get white rice right. It was the worst asian food I have had in decades. Take you and your yen for good Asian food elsewhere, I didn't realize PF stood for poor food. read more

Sat at the bar thinking we normally get better service (not just there) at the bar. Bartender was a little dingy, but was overwhelmed. She asked for help and twice got it. She sent the help away far too soon. We could understand being overwhelmed , but when the food came, we were done. Have you ever tried cold egg drop soup? Disgusting! Then the app of lettuce wraps (which arrived the same time as the soup) had three very small pieces of lettuce to use as the wrap. Then the entrees came and again disappointing. The "spicy" shrimp was sweet and sour ( mostly sweet) not good! The Mongolian beef was fair. Meat was tough and had way too much sauce. Worst $75 (before tip) we have spent in a while. So we had a party of 6 for my mum, aka Mother in -Law, Bday. We were seated, and then our waiter took our drink order. They brought our drinks 2 at a time...... Didn't ask if we had questions or if we wanted appetizers. My brother-in-law and I ordered some for the table. We ordered 4. 2 came out, then 1, 5 min later, another. The food was good. We ordered mains and waited, and waited, and waited. Had to ask for dri nk refills. The mains came out 2 at a time with 7 minutes between the first and second round. The last took 5 more minutes. Again, the food was good. Ordered coffee. It was no hot. Ask for a refill we never got due to them having to make more. I am not blaming our waiter. I have no idea why it was so slow. I asked for a diet coke and am still waiting on it. Lol if you have time to kill its good. High prices. Oriental House across the road is MUCH better. read more

How can they keep bringing out lukewarm shrimp fried rice at this location? No egg, no bean sprouts. The waitress says they are out of bean sprouts. LOL. Then they need to note it on the menu or at least tell you when you order. How can they be out of bean sprouts? This is the third time I've given this location an opportunity to make amends. Fried rice...It's so sticky and gummy, lukewarm. Definitely not made fresh and the shrimp don't appear to be cooked done. I believe they are dipping the food out of pots in the kitchen and not cooking the dish in a wok like you would imagine. I don't know what happened to this particular location but it's bad news. So I have eaten at this restaurant many times, and keep going back because I figure since it's a chain restaurant there is a strong likelihood they will get their act together, and they have Sapporo on draft, and they are open late (10pm I believe.) The food always tastes good, but here is why I am giving a poor review. Sometimes the waitresses are surly. The last 3 times I have been there they have been out of items. One time out of Sapporo altogether (their only Asian beer) The next time out of their green been appetizer And the last time, "chicken" not a specific dish, ALL chicken, half the menu. So instead of getting the 17$ chicken I had to buy 23 dollar Mongolian beef. When did the bartender decide to inform me of this major menu outage? After she served our beer. 10/8/24: --- 0 stars I got served what seems to have been left over from the night before's dinner service. It should have been left in the pan or put into the garbage . It was served to me though to save PF. Chang's money but they chose to rob me of mine instead ! I ordered Mongolian Beef and lo-mein. The beef was so thinly sliced and such small pieces it was like eating jerky with barely a trace of sauce and a pile of dry plain lo-mein noodles. It was a very small portion , thin sliced , dry and tasteless. When I tried to use my fork, I couldn't get the fork to penetrate because the meat was too hard and dry like cheap jerky not steak like Mongolian beef should be. I honestly couldn't tell what protein it was due to overcooking and no taste. Each piece I tried to eat I could not swallow due to dryness. I have travelled all over this great nation for work and this location is the worst and a waste of my time and mainly , my money. To pay close to $75 w/ tip for one entree, a $10 fried rice special that included 6 very chopped up and thinly sliced pieces of chicken jerky and a firecracker shrimp appetizer and dessert. The fried rice and shrimp were the only edible parts of the entire order. I felt robbed & so taken advantage of & we will tell everyone I work with Nationally that was brought here for disaster relief, but I'm afraid this business , though it was not on the agenda is beyond help. I drove 35 mins to just get this take out from one of my usual favorite place to eat when I'm home. Needless to say i will get A fast food burger next time in hopes to actually find the beef rather than spend almost $70 on inedible food. This was a waste of time and mostly my money. This place needs to be re-staffed and re- trained from the top down. Management should walk away and let a person who cares step up. Might be a great place for a PF. Chang's someday. read more

We stopped for dinner after returning from a day trip to Georgia. This used to be one of our favorite places to stop for good food and they had a great bartender there who was well trained. My Sister in Law ordered a coconut margarita I think and I order the Asian Pear hoping for something refreshing. The drink had so much mint piles in it that I could have used it as a side order with my food! Our waiter was very good, the food was ok but Chang's has lost a great deal of its luster. It's still a beautiful restaurant but it's clear that they need some skill set training at the bar and some customer service training on the front side of the house. read more

Most are familiar with the P.F. Chang's brand of upscale Asian fare. We had planned to eat lunch at a nearby restaurant, having forgotten they are closed Monday's, and wound up at PFC. The restaurant has a nice, open dining area which is quite large, yet for lunch, it was sparsely attended. The wait staff was working as a team of three in covering the tables - meaning that they had introduced each of the wait staff to us announcing the team concept and to grab any one of them for any requests - smart idea. The menu is a QR code scan to your phone. This was a little difficult to navigate for lunch portions. The lunch portions are listed under main entree's and if there is a little bowl icon under the entree description, that is available as a lunch portion. I suppose I was either lazy or just tired of navigating the menu, so I just ordered the same meal as my companion, Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice. The dish is served in a bowl, layered with rice at the bottom, beef on top and an overwhelming amount of green onion stalks. The dish was generally dry and needed more sauce, so we requested soy sauce which never came. Continuing on with our meal, the meat was inconsistent in tenderness vs gristle from piece to piece, apparently poorly trimmed, and the glaze on the meat had a noticeable MSG after-taste. Each lunch dish was approximately $14. This is really not a good value considering the many other options in the vicinity. I have had good meals at PFC in the past, this just was not one of them and I will likely not return, at least for lunch, in the future. I was a little bit sad that this restaurant, on this visit, did not live up to its reputation, my expectations or to the decor/atmosphere of the interior. read more

My husband and I had dinner here tonight. When we arrived it was early and the restaurant was about 20% capacity. We asked to be seated on the patio and the hostess acted like we were really putting her out. At the time, there was one other party on the patio. We were seated and she put the drink menu on the table and told us to scan the QR code for the food menu. I asked for a printed menu because my husband has disabilities and it is difficult for him to manipulate a phone. She did go get us an iPad but was dismissive and was gone before I could explain the problem. Our server was nice and got our order accurate. However, he was not very attentive. Our drinks ran out, never an offer to refill. And our app had just come out when our food came out so our food was cold by the time we ate it. The food was pretty good, but the whole experience felt rushed and very impersonal. There was no reason for that at all. There were plenty of servers and they were slow for a Friday night. We were given a card to scan for feedback, and apparently the company is only concerned with cocktail and food quality--not one question about the appearance of the restaurant or quality of service. No wonder that on a busy, beautiful Friday night they were not busy at all. read more

The food was delicious. The service was perfect and the interior was clean and elegant but again the food was delicious.

Stopped by here for lunch and I must say the food didn't disappoint! Nice clean atmosphere and the server was very knowledgeable and friendly. I do think it was a little pricey for lettuce wrap, two egg rolls and tea for $33 but I'd still go back read more
