Here's a quick rundown: Location: they need more signage, it's somewhat hard to find, right next to a liquor store, and I mean, like a duplex, same building kind of thing. Vibe: Modern and open interior, chairs don't match, maybe too large, but lots of seating. Brown tones, concrete stained floor. Service: we were one of two tables at 6:30 on Monday. Not a large crowd. Seated quickly, ordered and food arrived timely. After that, not so much attention. Since we were the only table, after a while, I think the staff just got caught up talking to each other. We did want an extra plate to serve our dishes on, ala family style. We did get one water refill. But had to interrupt conversation to get any to go boxes or our bill. One disturbing thing was the water refill pitcher was placed on a nearby table after we got the refill and then it was placed on the second shelf of the cart they were using to bus the only other table that had departed. It was right next to some all purpose squirt bottle cleaner and right under the dirty dishes bin on the top shelf. Yikes! Food: the food was very good. The Spicy Basil was medium hot, as requested, savory, lots of fresh vegetables and a good chili Thai style sauce that was thick enough to hold and not be runny but not too thick as to be gloppy. The fried rice was okay. The Happy Family was similarly tasty and had a similar thickness/texture. The hot and sour soup was good, a little out of balance on the sour side, but plenty of vegetables as well and served with the crunchy noodles on the side. This may be a better lunch spot? It certainly wasn't crowded for dinner and I didn't see any to go orders hustling out, maybe one or two? I think the food can stand up to being a good sit down restaurant. The staff needs to be more in tune with serving and waiting the tables. I'm concerned about that water pitcher. The large dining area made the restaurant feel even more empty and less intimate or romantic than had they closed off some area and created sections. I understand it has been open for over one year, which is surprising based on what we witnessed, but it may be a lunch thing? Bottom line, the food is very good, but I'm not sure we would journey here again unless we were in the area. read more

Stars are based on the entire experience. The food was good, so no problem there. Ambiance was nice but could use some music overhead. Service was okay, communication was challenging with non-English speaking server. Very few people in the restaurant at lunchtime, possibly because there's no sign outside, and the exterior looks a bit rough. Not sure how they've been open a year. Our family went here for a mid-week dinner and enjoyed it a lot! The service was great. The ambiance was nice. The restaurant was spacious and clean. Presentation was good. Food was delightful. It's a little pricey, but the were more than enough! Everyone had leftovers to take home. I would highly recommend trying this establishment if you're ever craving Asian cuisine. We ordered delivery last evening, winding down from a very busy week. First off, the order arrived 10 min earlier than they estimated-amazing! Second, the Mongolian Beef was the best I have ever had; beef obviously cut thinly and marinated perfectly so that it was extremely tender and flavorful! I called in a to-go order at Wok N Spice and asked for vegetable fried rice, but when I picked up my food and got back to work, I realized I had been given pork fried rice and was also charged for it. I don't eat pork, so this was really disappointing. It's my fault for not checking before I left, but when I called to let them know, the person who took my order was rude and defensive, repeating that he "confirmed" the order over the phone. He even said vegetable on the call. I understand that with his strong accent it's possible there was a misunderstanding, but instead of being apologetic or helpful, he chose to argue. Mistakes happen, but good customer service makes all the difference. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back or recommending this restaurant to others. read more

The food was fantastic as well as the service. They have a really long menu with some great sounding menu options. To have only been open three(ish) months they're doing a great job. The only ding is this place is very loud with both costumer noises and kitchen noises. When we were there there was a family with a two to three year old screaming, ear piercing screaming. We had such a great experience at this newly opened restaurant. The food was so flavorful and fresh. We love that everything can be ordered with customized spice levels. Shrimp & scallops dish was cooked perfectly. The shrimp had a snap to them. Chicken fried rice had plenty of veggies and eggs. Portions are very generous. I just got a to go order from here and it was GREAT! Huge portions that will last me for days. The outside is under construction, but the inside is very inviting. There are many tables to eat here so next time I will do that. I thought it was one of those places that doesn't have any seating so didn't come prepared to dine in.
