Henderson NV location has the best Manager, Mara. A couple weeks ago had a not too good experience with a waitress that we never had before. Wrote about it and Mara contacted me and invited me back. There is a Waiter there named Christian (at lunch request him) and he waited on us and was a terrific waiter and young man too. He was so nice and knew his job. Stopped by for a quick lunch at the bar. There were only two other people dining there. They offer a lunch menu with most items under $11 except the sushi. I opted for the Mongolian beef bowl which was delicious and came with your choice of white or brown rice. I added a Mandarin Crunch side salad for an extra $2.50. I have been a long time fan (over 20 years) of this chain. I am so sorry & disappointed that this longtime favorite is not on the "again" list. It's clearly evident they have not only changed up some of their recipes, likely cutting down on some costs, but they definitely cut down on the quality & quantity of their ingredients. The chicken was of poor quality, taste & not prepared well. That was consistent in 2 separate chicken dishes, sweet & sour as well as their signature spicy chicken. Small & chewy pieces of poor quality meat. I paid extra for added veggies to the spicy chicken. It was pitiful to be up charged for just a minuscule amount of additional veggies. But the main concern was the overall flavor profile. Definitely not same PFChang's quality & flavor that we were expecting. Lastly, I placed my order over 1 hour prior to my requested pickup time. I arrived 4 minutes early thinking I would pay for my purchase in advance & ready to go with fresh, hot food. I waited 15 minutes before my order finally came out & when the order did arrive, it was incomplete. Luckily I checked before leaving. As a side note this was prior to the dinner rush since my order was requested for pickup by 4:30pm. The restaurant was relatively empty at the time I entered. read more

I ordered a bowl of wonton soup that was the color of a dark beef broth based soup and was told this is a normal color for a chicken based broth soup and it was so SALTY that it was inedible. As far a ambiance goes inside the restaurant is horrible literally they turn the lights out on us and we were the only people in the back area and when the food finally came, I couldn't even see the food. It was so dark when I asked the waitress to the lights be turned back on she said no corporate controls it, and they like to make an ambience for dining experience. As far as the food goes they do everything basically fried and don't explain that on the menu, nor does the waitress tell you when you ask how is prepared !!!! I've not been here for a while and I was reminded why last night. I made a reservation for 6:45. I arrived at 6:30 and the hostess said it would be closer to 6:45 before the table is ready. A party who had a reservation for 6:30 finally got seated around 7:05 and we did not get seated until 7:30....what's the pint of having a reservation if they are still going to make you wait 45 minutes to an hour for a table? Our server Galyna was not able to handle all the tables she had. Teamwork and helping each other out only exists for getting people seated then you are ignored. We sat for a while before anyone came to take our drink orders, then when we ordered, she got our order wrong and brought dishes to the table we did not order. Then my Neice had to get up and go ask someone for more to go containers because our server disappeared. When the guy brought the containers my Neice asked him to let the manager know how poorly she treated us and how she never came back. As for the Manager, he came by and apologized when we were still waiting to be seated however once seated, he never came back to check on us. At the end of the meal I asked if they gave a military discount and not only did our server say no, she said, "we gave you dishes you did not order which we did not charge you for so there is your discount". This place lacks in Management and Leadership and for a server to give me the response she gave me along with the lack of manager presence, is reason enough to not recommend this location. They are always packed so this review will have little impact on how they do business and treat customers. Went in for lunch today to celebrate my birthday, it's tomorrow and since I am off today, we decided to begin the festivities one day early. We were helped by Taralynn who was very sweet, attentive and lively. She had a ready smile for us. The place required all their patrons to wear masks due to the Covid 19 protocol. They also made sure that they were following the proper 6 feet social distancing and not all the tables were so very close to each other. The food was delivered fresh to our table and newly cooked. The Lettuce wrap was to die for. It has a crunch in every bite and the way the flavor of that dish makes me feel is heaven! The dressing on the Mandarin Crunch Salad was well balanced and it did not taste to tangy nor too sweet. It was done magnificently. I highly recommend those two dishes for every one to try. You will not go wrong with those two. The Stir fry Egg plant is good too but it may not be a very good choice for the meat lovers out there but if you find yourself craving to eat a Vegetarian dish, this is an amazing tasting dish. The main dish came with a bowl of steamed rice and it was enough to share with two people. Over all, my lunch at PF Chang's was very pleasant. We went to eat last Sunday evening. We were seated at the invisible table. No waiter, no service, not even any eye contact from the staff waiting around. We asked a bus boy for water, which he brought. We had to ask another waiter to order food and he got on his radio to ask who had us. Thank goodness the manager showed up. He took our order and we had appetizers right away. He saved our dinner. The food at Changs is always excellent although a little pricey for the potion sizes. I love the food so we will be back but some communication from the hostess and the server might need some work read more

P.F. chang's is one of my favorites. Everyone may not relate to my review but I'm 58 and since I hit 50 I have found it increasingly more difficult to keep weight off. I can eat great for two weeks and in one meal at most restaurants I'll gain weight. Not here. They have great food, good size portions and the calories are perfect! read more

First time to P.F Changs and I honestly say wasn't to impressed my rating is mostly based off the food. Our server was friendly and seems like he tried to do his best but it was a busy Saturday night so I understand but he forgot to put in certain orders or not sure if it got misplaced when he put in orders. The place itself is big and spacious good for big groups or small. They also have a private room we learned its $50 to reserve which it ok but they set a $40 minimum to each person. My boyfriend order the Mongolian beef which was $26 but very disappointing it was way more green onions then beef the price wouldn't matter if the portion and flavor were there . I myself order the korean glass noodles with chicken and the flavor wasn't there and portions were just small. We got one bloom alcoholic drink very tasty and one cucumber strawberry lemonade which was also very tasty but I do think for that type of drink maybe they should provide wider straws then the normal it had so much fruit it kept getting stuck but the drink was delicious. Overall food was ok nothing special and for the price it was just not worth it. read more

The gluten free menu is not truly gluten free as I was Glutened from my dinner here last weekend. I have been sick with extreme nausea and severe stomach cramps. I have thrown up everyday since ingesting the gluten free orange spicy chicken. I am still sick and it is going on day 7. I do not recommend this place for those with celiac disease as they do not understand the severity of how gluten can make us sick. read more

Don't typically rate chains but figured I could share my thoughts at least to help the indecisive. The crispy honey chicken is bomb here. It's a mix between sweet and sour and honey. Its tangy and vinegary but so good! We also ordered the Bulgogi lettuce wraps. Both are good quality cuts of meat. I feel like I received what I paid for, which was pricey but it hit the spot for us in ways oily Chinese food can't. Wraps are a tiny spicy for the average tastebuds but yummy and flavorful. The fried rice is good even with a $3 upcharge. Though next time I'll live without it. The Great Wall of Chocolate is great for folks who love a moist cake with icing between the layers and some texture on the back. Super basic but HUGE for 9.50. Loved it. When the server brought it out, immediately I could see how they spread the rice out really thin to barely cover the bottom of the bowl. When I get hungry and don't feel like cooking at home, I usually make arrangements to pick up food here at this PF Chang's. It's the one closest to my house and it's settled next to the District. We ordered delivery through Door Dash, the order was 100% correct and still hot when we received it. We got the Kung Pai Shrimp dinner and it really was enough for two. The flavor was delicious and the white rice was nice and hot. We also ordered the pot stickers and they were great, the sauce that they sent was amazing and spicy. Our Pham Thai Noodles with Shrimp were perfect they had made sure to separate the nuts. Absolutely delicious and every quick delivery. I've always been a fan of PF Changs, and each time I go they only secure their place in my heart. Recently I've been trying to go Gluten and Dairy free to see if it helps some health issues. I really appreciate a restaurant that has a dedicated Gluten Free menu. It makes things so much easier. I hate feeling like I'm being high maintenance for needing special requests. Tonight's meal was perfect. I started with a cup of GF Egg Drop soup $3.50, for my entrée I ordered GF Changs Spicy Chicken $14.95 and GF Half Spinach with Garlic $3.95. Everything was so good. The Gluten free food is only about $1 or so more than the regular food and it was seriously so good. Plus I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Double yay! Make sure you ask for GF soy sauce. They need to bring it from the back. The stuff on the table is not gluten free. We sat at the bar and the staff was great, especially Philip (I think that was his name - on the receipt) Our drinks were always full. At first, my friend ordered the regular entrée Orange Beef. After the first bite, she didn't like it and they took it back and got her the Honey Chicken without any issue. She liked the Honey Chicken much better. She also ordered the pan fried dumplings. She gets this every time and they are her favorite. I tried to talk her into ordering off the gluten free menu... but she said she wanted extra gluten on her food. She's funny. I witnessed an Uber eats lady come to this PF Chang's to pick up a big order going to lake Las Vegas. It would of been a nice tip for her and the manager refused to give her the order and wouldn't come out to explain himself to her. She waited and watched other people getting their orders. She realized the manager took the order to Lake Las Vegas himself. What manager goes out of his way to take an order that far!? Oh wait... the NFL teams are staying there. Go figure. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the manager was and he wouldn't even explain himself or cancel the Uber eats order for her. So unprofessional.. I have gone to this location several times but this last visit was by far such a great experience, I had to leave a local's review. Some friends and I were hurrying to a show on the strip so we only had about an hour for dinner. It was my birthday stop, so we ran in. We were seated immediately and accommodated so well because we informed the host that we were short on time. Jose did NOT disappoint. He was a great server; he was kind, fast, friendly, and made sure we never had to ask for anything twice. I don't know where he has been, but I will surely ask for him in the future. 2 stars because everything I ordered was there - which is always nice. I picked my food up to go- arrived to the minute of what I was told over the phone when I placed the order. When I arrived I noticed 2 shelves floor to ceiling full of to go bags.... This is a dark corner with absolutely no warming bin or light of any kind... When I got home (10 min drive), everything was soggy from when it was warm with condensation - everything was just really gross. I was excited to have this for dinner since it had been nearly 3 years and I had nothing but good memories. The sauces were all watery, chicken was soggy, crab Rangoon was not creamy inside..(I dunno what to say about this)... at least the beef was cooked all the way but was practically tasteless. What's not to love about P.F. Chang's the food is always spot on and the service is amazing. Food-staples I always get that I can get enough of are the Hot N Sour soup (wish chicken soup was still available cuz I loved it) And lettuce wraps TO start. Enter wise I can't get enough of the Mongolian beer with brown rice and sweet and sour chicken extra pineapple and bell peppers. Onto the service. Our server Mikaela, couldn't have been more attentive to our table. She executed our order perfectly, even with the curve balls my wife adds with extra pineapple and bell peppers. We normally get white wine when we go out and our server made a recommendation on a Cabernet that paired perfectly with the Mongolian beef. She checked on us several times through out the night, and made sure we always had plenty of wine. Will need to make sure Mikaela is our server next time. All in all you can never go wrong with P.F. Chang's. Consistent great food and great service are a winning combo. read more

We had nice dinner here with my cousin. The lettuce wraps never disappoint! I enjoyed the combination Lo Mein. It was loaded with beef, chicken and shrimp. Very tasty! We enjoyed the atmosphere here at the Green Valley location. They are always very friendly and accommodating when we dine there. My wife enjoyed the honey shrimp. I had a bite and it was very good. This is a great place for a nice dinner. read more
