The food at P.F. Chang's was good overall and the staff was accommodating--they were able to modify the California roll into an avocado cucumber roll for me since I don't like imitation crab, which I appreciated. However, the service was very slow. We waited almost an hour for our entrée, had to ask for water, soy sauce, a small plate for the soy sauce, and even napkins. It also took so long to get our payment that I ended up just standing up and paying at the front reception. The food was decent, but the slow service made the experience less enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious. There was not one thing that we ordered that we did not like. And we ordered a lot of food! But most of all our server, Natalie, was absolutely marvelous. She was one of the best servers I have ever had anywhere. She remembered everything she was efficient. She was friendly and professional, checked on her tables. The service was very attentive and polite. A couple of times they brought us out the wrong order, but hey, that happens. They also never refilled drinks or took dishes away until it was absolutely necessary, but they were very polite about it. The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean. Our bench chair was somehow broken, a spring or something missing, but hey, that happens too. Even though I'm almost a foot taller than my wife, sitting made me sink in enough that we were now equals. The food though, that was terrible. Everything felt overcooked but at the same time it was cold. The beef in one dish was more like beef jerky but more like accidentally beef jerky without the flavor, just really cooked. I have memories of eating at this chain in the past and thinking it was an ok chain but I don't think, with this food quality, this chain can last. We also did the happy hour deal that was $22 per person (2 adults, 2 kids) and after a couple upgrades, a couple of boba teas and a couple of ice teas the final was $135. I feel had I picked any Chinese restaurant, absolutely any restaurant at all, I would have gotten a much better dinner at half that price. On the plus side, lots of parking. read more

I've never been to PF Chang's before. This visit made me wish that I didn't take the chance to give them a try. Our waiter was polite and respectful. As for the one of the managers? I ordered a few kids meals tonight for my kids (delivery) and their friends and they all got a good laugh at how pathetic their meals looked. The food we got was no where near what the pictures looked like from the menu. 3 thin slices of oranges is a huge rip off for a side of fruit. The broccoli was hard as a rock. The kids teriyaki chicken was on the spicier side, which is a little confusing considering it's a kids meal and it's pictured with pineapple? The rice came in two pints on the side, which of course one of them broke open on the ride. I wish it would have just came in the meals. Went for an evening dinner and was reminded why we stopped going. The steamed shrimp dumplings were fair at best. The beef and broccoli had a good flavor but there were very few pieces of crunchy bits of steak. The sesame chicken had an adequate amount of sauce but again the meat was in bits. My vegetables and tofu arrived as mush. They brought me a new one, but there were very few pieces of tiny tofu inside. At the end we had a great wall of chocolate cake. It was gigantic. This location is in a mall. It's pretty big and quiet besides the traditional music playing through the sound system. The food was good and a pretty decent size. About $20 a plate. Also, the service was pretty fast. They have a huge section in the back that looks like it's for large groups. Went to this restaurant with my wife and when we first waked in was not greeted. we went straight to the bar and the bartender did not say hi gave us menus silverware nothing. We had to call for them a few times to get there attention. Whats worse he had one airpod in his ear. We had to do that because he was paying attention to us at all. When we were ready to get the check the bartenders left and haven't came back we had to ask someone else to get the check. Before we left we let the waitress know we didn't get the items we ordered with was a salad so she said ok we will get it for u to go. So we waited waited and waited. I've not been fortunate enough to have been in PFChangs in a long long while, but from the moment we checked in until the moment we left, everything was a great experience and we look forward to coming back. Our meal started with a nearby carnival on a rainy Sunday and the desire for a hot bowl of soup. While my wife and daughter were on their way from the festivities, I went on ahead of them looking for a cold beer and to secure a table. The girls at the front desk assured me that for a table of three I could go ahead have a beer and there would be not wait. While I was doing just that, the hostess came and said we could have a nice seat right alongside the bar and that our bartender would also serve us. Our table was in an excellent spot to see all of the action and still receive good service from our friend at the bar. A spacious table gave us enough room to put all of the soups, appetizers and the crayons that our daughter used to occupy her time while the food was being prepared. If I could change anything, I would have them bring the kids food out before anything else save the kids drinks and the adult beverages. Serving the children first is an insurance policy of having a good meal. Feed them first and you have a shot of a great meal and an adult conversation. Other than that, everything was a tremendous success that didn't break the bank. Food and service were terrific and we look forward to our next trip in. read more

Went here for dinner on Easter. I do not know where to start. Service was HORRIBLE! Portion sizes (like everywhere else) have shrunk. Menu is the same, however they have changed the ingredients. For example, the Lettuce wedges were completely different. Not only was the lettuce slices half the size they used to be, it Was like they cut them in half. But they now just give you one Bland dipping sauce and do not offer the add ins like they used to. We ordered the Korean Fried Chicken, on the menu it states that it includes "our flight sauce flight". When we asked where was the sauce, the waiter stated that they no longer offer that! The Buddhas Feast Stir Fry was beyond bland with absolutely no flavor, I left without even eating it. It's been a while since I've been at a PF Changs and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Darius was our server and gave excellent service and represented the brand well. The shashito peppers were blistered to perfection, ribs were great and had a little smoke show (literally they had smoke in a glass bubble on them upon delivering at the table) - the meat was tender and snappy. I like my ribs a little more fall off the bone but these were really good. And for lunch I got the Mongolian beef bowl- it was delicious! I didn't like the long cut scallions though, they were raw and without being cooked very "oniony". This PF Changs experience was great. I'd definitely come back when I'm at the mall. read more

can't go wrong with PF Chang it's so good perfect portions. it was my first time here and it's hands down a great american chinese restaurant. the staff was pretty ratchet they were being loud and obnoxious despite guests around so that's the only reason i'm putting 3 stars. they would argue amongst eachother and say rude things so that really put off the ambiance the food was good i got kung pao chicken and crab rangoon. personally the crab rangoon sucks and i had much better but the king pao chicken was a hit. i wont come here again it was a bucket list thing and my american chinese food local restaurant is better read more

I like PF Changs. I just do...yeah, yeah I know this is a chain, but I think they do a really good job. They keep refreshing the menu so that items are new and inventive. My friend and I went there for dinner on Sat night Dec. 9. While our servers Gabriel and Mario were excellent, our food was not so good. We used to go to the Westbury location before it closed. I have always ordered the Buddha's Feast entree as I am vegetarian. It used to be full of spiced tofu, plus carrots, broccoli, asparagus, green beans, and onions, and tasted delicious with brown rice on the side. However, this time the Buddha's Feast I was served was awful: very little tofu, no broccoli, no asparagus or onions; instead it contained a lot of bok choy and sugar snap pea pods which are stringy, hard to chew, and did not taste good. I think they ruined this entree trying to cut corners and save money using cheap ingredients. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering this entree again at this location. read more

He was out. Left to get more came back and they were room temperature but he gave me a frosted glass. Lol. I didn't drink it. Ordered Mongolian Beef and Brown rice and Hot and Sour soup. Soup was good but my meal came out a minute after the soup. Terrible timing. The brown rice was old, cold and dry. Didn't eat it. The Mongolian beef was dry and cold as well.
