My first time at this location. Both the downtown as well as this location are beautiful and rather large restaurants. Big difference is the parking situation. This location has a nice large private lot as opposed to the downtown struggle with parking for which you also have to pay. But I digress... The service was friendly, not exactly efficient or accurate, but we endured. Because the food is great here. Loved every bite of my meal. From the hot and sour soup to the sesame chicken to the Great Wall of Chocolate cake. The portions are generous. The hot and sour soup spot on. The sesame chicken was delicious, but I didn't really enjoy the rice being served family style. You know there is always that one person in your group that loads up their plate and the rest of us have to make due with what is left (In no way the restaurant's fault, just saying why I don't like it). I had a coupon for a free dessert and so I ordered The Great Wall of Chocolate Cake and OMG that thing is huge and very very rich. Nara was very patient, helpful and professional for navigating the menu since this was our first time as a couple here together. I have been here many times. First off, Wednesdays are half price wine so make sure to order bottle service with your menu here on Wednesday. We started out with the very tasteful BBQ ribs appetizer. Presentation and taste was so very fine! I had the shrimp, beef, chicken teriyaki trio and it was spectacular. My husband enjoyed some bites of it as well. It's been a decade since I first reviewed this PF Changs at Keystone. I'm doing something I rarely do: Removing stars. The food quality is still great, and I applaud the efforts to constantly offer new menu items to keep things lively. To the current management, please read this carefully: The flashy advertising and the fresh menu items are all for nothing if there are never any servers working on any given day. This is not a 1-time thing; it's a pattern that I've noticed the last five times I've come here. All the telltale signs of chronic understaffing were present this weekend: * When you notice that every other person in the restaurant is also looking around, wondering where their food is, or where their server is. * When the food comes out, and you never get another visit from the server until it's time for the check. * When drinks run dry and are never refilled. * When you notice several other customers walking up to the check-in desk to complain. * When you notice some people simply getting up and leaving the building in disgust. Guys, I get it - no one wants to work these days, and the ones who do work don't want to be there. But regardless, having two servers trying to service an entire restaurant this size is not a sustainable business model. It's just going to trash your reputation. This is fixable. read more

I was seen social media advertising for the new Tokyo boat and decided to give it a try. The presentation is outstanding. The sushi is pretty good. I wish the roles were a little bit colder, but they do stay cool because of the boat and the dry ice that is inside. We also shared some shrimp fried rice and a newer steak dish. The steak was cooked perfectly and the flavors are quite interesting. Our server was very sweet. She was very friendly and kept waters refilled. It took a minute to get my glass of wine with dinner, but the restaurant is getting pretty busy. PF Changs has always been a favorite but no longer. I'll start with the positive: The restaurant is relatively clean, staff was responsive, and we were seated promptly upon arrival. The rest is just disappointing. The quality and recipes used now are a shadow of what they have been. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps are ok now but they used to be amazing. The Egg Drop Soup I got was borderline disgusting, as it was thick and gelatinous. Nothing like the silky and smooth texture of the past. Rice is dry and terrible texture. Even though P.F. Changs is a chain restaurant, it never disappoints! I love how they always have one or two new things on the menu, and this time I tried the new black pepper chicken. It wasn't my favorite since the black pepper was very strong, and the chicken was coated in very thick breading, but it was still good. Highly recommend the crispy green beans as an appetizer, and the Mongolian beef or Chang's spicy chicken as an entree. Also try one of their soups as well, and make sure to ask for the crispy wontons to add to the soup. Love that the servings are always family style, and service is always phenomenal. read more

I love PF Chang's, which is why I'm writing this like a concerned relative, not a hater. The keystone location looks like it's in the middle of an unexpected interior water feature. Over the bar there are big water spots and bulges in the ceiling--like the roof is holding a secret pool party and forgetting to invite anyone. I genuinely hope someone checks that out soon, because it doesn't look "quirky," it looks "call maintenance." Also... the sweet & sour soup. I don't know if the kitchen is experimenting or if my soup accidentally joined a stir-fry support group, but mine showed up with cooked carrots and green onions. It was so strange it circled back around to being almost impressive. Like: "Wow. I've never had sweet & sour soup cosplay as vegetable medley before." And the egg rolls... bless their hearts. I wish they gave more sauce for the wraps. The sauce for the green beans had a slight kick, but not too spicy. Best of all, there was plenty to share. For my entree, so chose the Mongolian beef with white rice. I was given fried rice and paid almost an extra $5.00 for it. The beef was okay, but lacking some flavor. I was disappointed in the fried rice. It didn't have any flavor, more did we have soy sauce to season it. I was celebrating my birthday, so they brought out a lava cake with ice cream. I ordered online for pickup. This time I was able to place special instructions. I ordered again Chang's chicken lettuce wraps with their current sauce, but I asked for a sweet chili sauce also just in case and actually did not like it better. I am writing this review more so as I am impressed with the lettuce size making it easier to eat as a bowl for me - filled and not wrapped. I do not remember that it comes with mushrooms, but had little white noodles. It was a delicious entree which included two fortune cookies. Oh, the chicken can come as a gluten-free option. P.S. We had never dined here at this location...I've been to the one downtown many moons ago and he went to the one close to Rochester years ago so it was a first for us together. Taylor was our server and she was very welcoming, attentive, and super sweet. Very lovely young lady. Started with ice cold water for both then decided on espresso martini for myself and he ordered joto yuzu citrus sake. I had to taste the sake and it was very refreshing. I'd love to say my martini was delicious but it wasn't exactly good. I have to ask was it a premade mix from a bottle because it was absolutely terrible...I don't complain or send things back so I just drank it anyway. It just wasn't a true espresso martini. We ordered the 3 course. We both ordered the salad, then the lettuce wraps and I chose the firecracker shrimp and he the 3 Mongolian dish, can't recall exact name. The food was good. It wasn't exactly like something I'd go back for but it wasn't exactly terrible either. Mediocre at best I think. I liked his Mongolian dish more because temperature wise it was hot, my firecracker shrimp wasn't but maybe warm. It definitely didn't exceed my expectations and I'm just disappointed because I really wanted to like it. The salad and lettuce wraps were good. I think for the money it could have been better or better spent at St. Elmos or Benihana's. We never just leave and not tip properly...after all despite the opinion, we still left a good tip for Taylor, its not her fault and I'd like to make sure it's known she was a great server. We are never to blame or punish anyone but it is an opinion so that's all. I'd like to maybe down the road give it another try but not in the near future. It's been a while since I've been to P.F. Chang's and I was craving some Chinese food so we decided to give it a try. I had done reservations through Open Table; we got there a little early, but they sat us right away. While headed to our table, I noticed all of the nice decorations and architecture that gave it an authentic Chinese feel. They sat us at a nice clean table with a booth back. I went to the bathroom while my wife ordered drinks. The bathroom stalls are nice, clean, and roomy. The sink was sort of a trough style sink, but was very clean with a faucet, soap, and paper towel on both ends. I noticed the handicap stall had its own toilet, sink, and trash can and was also very clean. I got back out to the table and saw that my wife had ordered some hot unsweetened green tea. It came in a small cast iron tea kettle on a small cast iron trivet. We were each given a small tea cup. We both also had water and there was lemon in a side dish. I tried the tea, but I'm not much for unsweetened green tea, however, my wife liked it and put some lemon in her cup. While sitting at our table, we noticed the music playing didn't seem to match the location. It was light hip hop and R&B. Despite it not matching the location, it wasn't overwhelming and seemed to go with the overall feel of the place. For food, we started with crab wontons to share and I had a cup of egg drop soup. The crab wontons are similar to crab Rangoon. There's crab meat, cream cheese and some seasoning inside hand wrapped wontons that have been deep fried, then they're placed on a long plate on top of a spicy sweet dim sum sauce that's been spread across it. They were excellent! Some crab Rangoon from other Chinese restaurants are mostly cream cheese. These were mostly crab, the wontons had the perfect crunch, and the sauce was a nice combination of sweet and spicy without being overpowering on either. My egg drop soup was absolutely delicious! It was a sort of chicken broth base with bits of egg whites, small bits of shaved carrot, and a few bits of chopped green onion and it was nice and hot. Perfect for a chilly day! The server accidentally spilled a little bit of soup, but not on me, it was thankfully on a dish of its own, but not much spilled and she was very nice and apologetic about it. For our main entrees, I ordered the pepper steak with steamed white rice and my wife ordered the sesame beef with brown rice. The pepper steak had a nice hot kick to it with the spice. The steak was nice, juicy and tender bite size pieces, there were crunchy bits of brightly colored red and green bell peppers as well as tender slices of white onion all in a nice spicy sauce. I put the white rice in the dish with the pepper steak and mixed it all together before diving right in. It was perfectly spicy, cleared my sinuses...lol! I loved the flavor and texture of all the food stirred together. I got full at one point, so I was unable to finish, but it definitely was good! My wife enjoyed her sesame beef and brown rice very much! I tried a bite of it and it was definitely tasty. It had tender bits of juicy beef, and bright, colorful pieces of green broccoli, bright red strips of pepper, and chunky slices of white onion. It looked delicious! I was almost jealous of her dish! Our server was Angela and she was nice, friendly, professional, and very attentive. She checked on us often and made sure our waters were always topped off. While we were eating, I wondered why the place seemed so slow with very few customers. It was a Friday night, in a normally very busy part of town, and they have great food. This is really not a restaurant you should miss! We were given our check with a couple of lightly sweet and crunchy fortune cookies as soon as we were done eating and we left right after paying. If I could I'd make this a 3.5. Just a bit above average. My beautiful wife has loved PF for years & I had never been so I made reservations to take her. According to her this location used to be jam packed & you couldn't find a parking spot much less a table. That is not the case now. We were seated right away at a table that got a very big hit of cold air every time the door opened. Our waitress was nice & even though she didn't seem to be in the weeds she wasn't the most attentive. My wife's fork was dirty so she told her it fell on the floor so we wouldn't start out on the wrong foot. Didn't help that when my wife needed a refill on her Sprite she poured water into it. ‍ As I said she was nice but. I think she had worked a double & it was showing. We had the dynamite shrimp as an appetizer & it was decent. My wife liked the tempura on it. I had their new orange chicken ( with extra chicken) & my wife had their crispy honey chicken. We shared a big bowl of white rice. Both chickens were very tasty. I benefited as the orange chicken had sauce but the crispy honey chicken did not. This became an issue because the white rice was incredibly dry. Per my wife they used to bring out sauces for the rice. They apparently don't do that anymore but it definitely needed it. On a side note we were both amazed but by the end of our meal not surprised that there were many empty tables& booths on a Saturday night between 6-7. Came here, and the place was oddly empty. The place was very nice and very clean. Food was eh (tasted the same as the frozen version you can get at Target) and wasn't very hot. We ordered the dynamite shrimp, spare ribs, sesame chicken, the Brussel sprouts, kung pao chicken, and egg rolls. Flavors weren't bad, but again, food wasn't that hot, so it could have been better. On a positive note, our waiter was great! He was attentive, funny, and just great all around. (He gave us a free app, birthday dessert, and ice cream (coconut pineapple), so that was a nice touch. I stopped by PF Chang's on Thursday, March 26, 2026, around 2:15 p.m. to pick up a ToGo order of fried rice with shrimp, chicken, and broccoli. My order was quite tasty when I got home, except I noticed there was no scrambled egg in the fried rice. The restaurant was not crowded so I don't think the cook was rushed and every ingredient listed on the website for fried rice should have been included. Worst food I've had at a restaurant in recent memory, worst meal at a PF ever. It took 5 times correcting our server to get the order right. When the food started arriving, we didn't get plates, and the appetizers and soups all arrived maybe 10 minutes apart, and we had to ask for our egg rolls. The egg rolls were dry and inedible. The soup was luke warm. They kept trying to give us another serving of lettuce wraps and ultimately tried to charge us for same. We ordered one. My children would not eat the kids honey chicken, which was overcooked and gross. The kids noodles were gross and disgusting. The Buddhist featured vegetables in nasty bitter-flavored oil with no spices, and featured fried tofu despite request for steamed. Lettuce wraps were edible. 3 mains were not. Came here for dinner on a business meeting. The place is pretty empty at dinner time, but that makes for a quick seating and quick service. The facilities are clean, and grounds feel well kept. The service is quick and refills are responsive. I had the egg drop soup, Lao mien, and Mongolian tofu. So the food left a bit more to be desired. The soup is blend, not much flavor. The stir fry Lao mien has good wok flavor with the soy sauce, but it's literally all noodles...there are no typical veggies that come with a stir fry dish. The Mongolian tofu is good, crispy, good flavor of sweet and savory. Not sure why it's called Mongolian though, but it's good. A decent PF Chang experience. read more

We were very disappointed with this visit, we stopped in about a month or two ago, around lunch time and had a very nice experience but this time around, not worth the $67 we spent - we decided it will be a long time before we come back. Where we were sat, we were constantly hit by the cold breeze from the front door being opened constantly. The tables and chairs were actually dirty, our server Angela seemed off her game (a bit forgetful) and the entrees were a bit disappointing. I can see why this location has 3 stars. AVOID NARA AT ALL COSTS!!! I firmly believe that the only job Nara could properly execute would be delivering bad news to families in the hospital. This is single handedly the worst service I have ever seen. For starters, she was so incredibly rude and showed serious attitude toward us when we ordered waters. Then, after only a couple minutes, she came up and sat her notebook and arms on our table and rudely motioned us to order. We told her we needed a few minutes and she just walked off, visibly annoyed.
