Reservations were made for a booth. Said it was a birthday. We were seated at round table. Waited 15 minutes before we caught a server passing by and asked for service. Our waitress when she came gave us great service. Food was a 5/6 portions small. Rangoon's and dumplings were not good. Floors had a lot of food on them. Got there at 4:00. Told us it would be 15 minutes. Lots of empty tables but servers didn't come in until 4:30. Finally got seated and server said she had a big party but she knew we were there. Waited another 25 minutes for her to take our order and waited another 40 for food which wasn't edible. Never came back to our table. Empty water glasses and had to ask twice for a to go box. We always sit at the bar and are pleased if it is a Tuesday because we will see Taylor. She is so competent and so nice. I get my dinner, usually a chicken dish, "velveted," which is sort of like steaming and is much better. My husband gets two bowls of wonton soup. He has them put the contents in a bowl with just enough broth to cover it. Excellent! We go to P.F. Chang's about once per week. Service and food are now excellent. It wasn't good. Actually it was definitely bad! I think the price and the convenience of Panda Express would have been just as good. This was just over priced and under good, except for the lettuce wraps. The lettuce was good. The chicken filling was lacking in quantity but was piled on a nest of cheap rice straw. Basically tasteless hay like straw that resembles styrofoam. We arrived at 5pm and the two hostesses and manager seemed to be fixated on whether we had a reservation in a restaurant that had hardly anyone there at that hour. I promised we would eat quick. To summarize the experience, the food lacked imagination and passion. Truth be told, it's gotten worse since the last time we were there a couple years ago. Now they focus on cooking convenience while neglecting taste and quality. It was obvious the soup was reheated in large vats and the entres were just variants of slopped sauces on the same beef or breaded chicken. Not one yum escaped anyone's lips. On the 11th I ordered chicken fried rice. With extra chicken the only thing. I order from here with the cheesecake. The meal had a burnt taste to it. What your sending out to them. Online order are charged a prep fee. All that needs to be refunded to me. I have pics to show the condition. Of the meat can't send on their site either. Very disappointed waited an hour. For a meal that should have been trashed. Not served to anyone at all. I'll call them tomorrow to ask for. A manager it was almost closing time. By the time I got my meal. To ensure this complaint is received. I'll keep trying on their site also. No dinner for me today. Since I went with them for it today. Beyond disappointed about this. My family and I dined at P.F. Chang's for lunch the other day, and it was just okay. I had gone to another location a number of years ago and remembered it being great. I should have held that memory tight because this experience was not the best. The hostesses were not friendly but not mean either. Almost robotic, but at least we were seated right away. The restaurant was empty, and it appeared to be an older crowd. I would get blasted with a mildewy smell at the table every so often, as though it was cleaned with a dirty rag. Nobody else in my party complained about it, so I decided to grit and bear it. The food and drink was fine. Nothing special but nothing terrible. I had the orange chicken with white rice. I thought that it came with crispy noodles, but they may have changed up the menu over the years. Service was sweet but on the slower side. The waitress got our order correct, so that was a plus! This is the first three-star review I've left because the experience was just "meh". I think we all know at this point you come to P.F. Chang's for the lettuce wraps! I typically get it as my main meal since it's a pretty good sized portion. I did notice they changed up the lettuce and it makes it a little bit more difficult to eat now that they are smaller. I do miss being able to mix the sauce together yourself but I haven't been in years so that may be long gone. We also got an appetizer of the rangoons which are always a hit. Went to grab early dinner with wife. We got the dynamite shrimp sushi roll as app. It was the best tasting item of all items we ordered. Pf Changs is a nice treat. I like the atmosphere, the food and wine. For the cost you don't get a well rounded meal, but it is rather yummy. I just wish a vegetable would come with the meal for what it cost. $18 for the kung pao shrimp and brown rice. Hardly any vegetables included so you're going to have ti order those separately. It was hard to eat here and be calorie conscious. Overall the service was fine. It took over 8 minutes for someone to ask for drink orders for the table. The drinks took another 8-10 minutes to come out after ordering. Our reservation was at 645 but we didn't get food until 815/820 pm. I was starving! The waitress never filled up my water either, so I was disappointed. Food was pretty good, it's worth trying once. Service was ok. Came in like maybe an hour after they opened, service wasn't bad at all! The food was absolutely HORRIFIC. I took my boyfriend here to try for the first time and he said he will not be back. We both got the honey crispy chicken, it was pretty dry and didn't have much sauce... we asked for extra sauce and we poured it on our chicken and I kid you not, it tasted like we were eating chicken covered in rubbing alcohol. I went to P. F. Chang's with my parents on Wednesday evening June 15th out at Keystone Crossing. It was actually my 1st time at the restaurant, entering the restaurant there are a few stairs, and that evening I went you didn't need a reservation at all. Since, I had dumplings at another restaurant before I thought I'll try it out at P. F. Chang's. Well, I ordered two steamed pork dumplings, and one order of shrimp dumplings. The pork dumplings had left a bad nasty after taste in my mouth, I didn't even eat anything before trying the pork dumplings. The shrimp dumplings wasn't bad at all, but the pork dumplings I wasn't a fan of the pork dumplings, and more than likely it's how it's made like the seasonings. I got to choose a restaurant for my B-day. Never been to P F Chang's before. One reason being my husband doesn't like Asian food. But I looked on the menu and found two items he would eat. Got Open Table Reservations. We were sat almost immediately. Our server Christopher was really good. He was friendly and kept drinks filled. We started with BBQ Spare Ribs-Slow-braised pork ribs wok-seared with a tangy Asian barbecue sauce. They were tuff, fatty and we didn't have a knife to eat them with. Neither of us cared for the sauce. I did like the slaw that came on the side. I asked about the Crab Wontons. It listed bell pepper as an ingredient. I hate bell peppers. Our server told us no there weren't bell peppers then he stepped back and asked if it was an allergy. I said no I just really hate the taste. So an order of Crab Wontons was delivered to the table. If they had any bell pepper it was so little I didn't taste them. I thought their soy sauce was super watery. Husband got a Asian Ceasar Salad. It was ok. There were more crispy wonton squares then lettuce though. My entree was Beef Broccoli. Not the best I've ever had not the worst. Husbands entree was Mongolian Beef with snipped green onions. The green onion was in nice big pieces so he could eat around them. He said the beef was ok, bit chewy. We got dessert to go. A piece of chocolate cake and bananas wrapped in Wonton deep fried. Our server went above and beyond with the iceceam. He put it in a container and put that container in a bag of ice. Our iceceam was still frozen when we got home about 30 to 45 min later. Husband said the chocolate cake was ok but wouldn't go back for it. I actually loved the Bananna In Wonton, I'd go back for those. We recently visited this location, we had not been for a few years. When we pulled in the parking lot in a Friday night we were surprised that the lot was basically EMPTY. The entrance doors were noticeably dirty; by that I mean SO dirty...it was apparent that they had not been cleaned for several days. When we entered the restaurant and were shocked by how dirty it was. Tables were not bussed, several tables had full trays of dirty glasses with napkins stacked sky high. The floor was an absolute mess; straws, papers, food, utensils and more covered the floor. The place did not appear to be short staffed at all, they had an ample amount of staff but they were moving at a snails pace. We decided to have an appetizer and one drink and move on. My wife who was my motivation to go here said the same thing - we spent 100 bux for 2 people eating and zero alcoholic beverages. The ribs meal I got was not what I would have hoped for - 36 dollars for rice and 10 small slices of meat and a lot of pineapple rice. No veggies at all. Same for my wife. Main dish was chicken and rice and not a single vegetable? Just stunned. Was this a joke? So for meat and rice and 2 drinks...ice tea and water - we paid 100 bux with tip - because honestly - the young lady service was not the issue. I wanted some good chinese food. None found at PF Changs. The have lost their way and seem to be living on past reputation. I plan to spend 100 bux a week for date night - sometimes less and sometimes more. After guiding him through in taking our orders, the food had arrived with some errors (meat in our vegetarian dishes) for which we had exuberantly explain how it was incorrect. The comfort of PF Chang's is the lettuce wrap appetizer, which tasted good. The mains were Korean Glass Noodles (veggie, but accidentally came with beef) and Veggie Pad Thai, which left you wanting more - there was not much flavor in the dishes at all. I have had the lettuce chicken wraps before as well through Uber Eats, and they are just as fresh and delicious as the salad! The Keystone location of P.F. Chang's is in a good spot, and I personally have not been inside the location, but will visit the location very soon. I'm sure it is just as beautiful as the downtown Indy location. HUGE fan of their wonton soup and Chicken lettuce wraps! I decided to do their curbside takeout. I called and it prompts you when you call in. I called ahead and when I pulled into the area with signs and parking for it I called the number on the sign to let them know I have arrived. Someone comes out to get payment and they go back in to finalize payment and. I'm a little disappointed that they took the shishito peppers off the menu. I loved those! Came here with a friend for a quick bite after many years and it was good! I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and she ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps. However, I forgot how big the appetizers were and could only finish half. But nonetheless it was delicious. We also ordered the chocolate soufflé for dessert and it was HEAVENLY. Our server was quite friendly and quick to service us. Docking one star because I would suggest perhaps making the appetizers a bit more portioned size and bringing back the mini desserts! But our overall experience was great and we were also pleasantly surprised when the manager Stan came around to our table to ask us how everything was.
