This place was very crowded on Friday night. Luckily we found some seats at the bar where we could eat and still make it to our movie in time. Excellent service at the bar. Drinks were good, food was quick, and they were always checking up on us to make sure we were ok. The fried crab wontons were delis, but the fried rice with everything and the sweet and sour pork were better. More than enough for 2 people to stuff their faces. Amazing food and great service. Did not see much of the decor. ENVIRONMENT: My girlfriend was ahead of me and wanted to sit in a booth. Unfortunately the only one available was in a corner right next to the door. So we could not see much of the restaurant. This is no fault of the restaurant but merely because of our preferences and availability. Other than that, the restaurant was not quiet nor noisy. It did have some ambiance music but the place was mostly filled with diners chatting and enjoying their meals. SERVICE: Our waitress was very friendly and polite. My girlfriend is pregnant and very picky, and mother can be very ignorant. The waitress took it all in stride and was very patient answering our questions and helping us pick our meals. FOOD: My first order was the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Very delicious, has a mild kick, but my mother and pregnant girlfriend that can not handle spicy food were able to enjoy it. We literally cleaned the plate. Next was a hot and sour soup. I normally do not eat soup so this was the first time I had hot and sour soup. It was very good. I really *try* to avoid chain restaurants, but I was kind of forced to come here to celebrate the chinese new year. I've been to the one in The Falls (long time ago) but it must not have been memorable. Anyway, last week I came here, and had the honey chicken with steamed rice. It was sooooooo good. Not greasy at all. Actually, nothing was greasy like usual chinese place are. For appetizer we had the crab rangoon (awesome), my mom and my sister shared a special fried rice which I tried and also loved. Our waiter was possibly the best waiter I have ever had EVER. Last night we decided to go to celebrate my wife's birthday, and from the beginning the attention was not what we were expecting. First we asked for a table for four and we got a very small table, immediately realizing that was not a suitable table they moved us to a more comfortable, which is not all bad. And here begins the worst experience, price one client should receive the best possible care. No waiter approached the table to offer anything to drink at least ten minutes after that came one of the receptionists and took the drinks order and told us that an article had drinks while not at the table next us is served. Then the waiter came and took the order, everything was normal, but the main courses arrived after a long wait and not get hot, it seems they were waiting for that will lead to the table and cooled slightly. I never had a refill of water, never asked if I wanted another drink. Then for dessert, it came so late and totally cold. This is the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in the last twelve months. Shame. read more

This chain has changed for the better since it started some years back. More selections, more and better food. This restaurant is situated near the Dolphin Mall and hotels, so you get a mix of locals and tourists alike. The staff is professional and the service is pretty fast. Keep in mind that since it's near the mall, it gets packed pretty quickly. This is also a good family restaurant. I ordered the beef and broccoli and a side of Edamame. The Edamame I got was orange Edamame, and a bit spicy, so if you are sensitive, order the regular one. The portions were pretty big, even for me. Come with an appetite! Came to this location on Wednesday got here at 5....we sat at the bar and ordered our food, 2 orders of fried rice and 1 chicken low mein. 30 minutes later still no food. When the server brought it out finally everything was wrong. The chicken low mein had everything in it we asked for it NOT to have AND it was made SUPER spicy we asked for NOT SPICY. Both fried rice where wrong, neither had chicken both covered in onions and one was only rice with shaved carrots and both SUPER SUPER spicy, made your eyes water just from the fumes. By the time they brought us our order we had to run out the door and rush back to work and couldn't talk to a manager. So the food was thrown out ! I rarely give any restaurant 5 stars but the food's consistency, ambiance and service is so amazing that I could not give them anything less. I made a reservation for 8 people for 8pm. We were seated right away. Our lettuce wraps, fried wontons and veggie tempura were absolutely delicious. The food was as always delicious and just perfect. The best part of our visit was our server. On the ticket it says his name was James. He was attending other tables as well because I was watching him but never did he ignore any of his customers. Our drinks were filled constantly and we never felt abandoned. This guy was professional, efficient and just flat out a great employee. I wish all restaurants would have service like I had yesterday. A group of my coworkers and I gathered here for a colleague's farewell and had a nice time. We made reservations at 12:30PM, but were seated a little later (about 10 minute delay); as you know, typically I wouldn't complain, but when you work, you're on a tight lunch schedule. We ordered some lettuce wraps and crab wontons as appetizers, and also sampled the Tuna Tartare for the first time here. Bad idea with the Tuna :( It was rather spicy and not very good, but it was all right. The lettuce wraps and crab wontons were up to par as always. For our main course, we ordered a combination fried rice and some beef plates. My favorite thing, however, was the Sweet and Sour Pork, which was amazing from the sauce to the meat and even including the spectacular fruit garnish. For dessert we split the mini chocolate dome and ordered some vanilla ice cream to accompany it. Again, even the garnish was delicious (strawberries and blueberries). Great meal for a great price (including treating our friend). Would love to say I will be back, but it's rather far from our office, so I doubt it will be a lunch-time favorite around here. read more

On the downside because its the only PF Changs so far west the wait is a little long, but for that i have a workaround go straight to the bar, and order there, (this only works if it is you +1). Came here this weekend with some fellow Yelp Elite's (one of my bff's and le bf) after a quick shopping trip at Dolphin Mall. My friend ordered the crispy green beans as an appetizer, which I thought were delicious with the spicy sauce they're accompanied with. My dinner mates found the one's at Friday's to be better. :/ Le bf and I took advantage of the 2 for $20 fixed price menu where you each get to choose a soup, one appetizer, two entrees, and two of their menu dessert shots. I got the egg drop soup, the bf got the hot and sour soup. Both delish. We ordered the pork dumplings as the appetizer, and that was great as well. I got the sweet and sour chicken with brown rice for my entree, and it was the perfect size. Like baby bear's porridge, it wasn't too big or too small, it was juuuuuust right. As my dessert shot, I went for their lemon one. It tasted like a key lime pie infused with lemon sorbet in a tall chilled shot glass. Tasted good to me. It has been a while since I've been to a P.F. Chang's, but I'm always treated with excellent service! I had a great customer service experience on my last visit, and I wanted to use a $20 gift card to P.F. Chang's that I had received. All of the food we ordered was served fresh and quickly, except for the kung pao chicken. However, the staff brought out a whole new entree "on the house", and were very generous in fulfilling all of our requests. I wanted to make special mention of our waitress, who works at this particular P.F. Chang's - her name is Ariel and she was one of the best waitresses I have met in years. So sweet, with a great memory and attentive like no other. She really made this experience at P.F. Chang's a memorable one, rather than just another dinner at just another restaurant chain. read more

AVOID THIS NASTY place NOT only that they don't properly make their fried rice with lots of uncooked chunks of white rice. But all of the sudden they allow cats as a service animal to be in a table right next to you. In my particular case my husband is allergic to cats hair and develops asthma attacks from it. Next thing you know , your food will have a turn I taste cause it could be full of cats hair or having dinner next to an EAS snake, hamster or God knows what animal. If they're going to allow that in the interior dining room then they might as well change the name of the restaurant to PF ANIMALS. I understand that people with emotional and mental disabilities use animals for support but they need to be accommodated in a designated area outside or inside but for only people who bring these animals not the rest of us that are allergic or don't even have a pet. Mongolian beef makes you fall in love every time. I recently went for a birthday. Very friendly waiter. He was not hovering. But anytime we need a refill he was there. We brought our own cake for dessert and they didn't seem to mind it which I personally thought was very nice of them. They didn't make any comment or say a thing about it. they just let us enjoy our party of 12. And that has nothing to do with the food they make. The food here is usually pretty good. When I go for supper I try to get there early before it gets busy. I like to take advantage of their Happy Hour If I'm there on a weekday during Happy Hour. They have a Happy Hour bar menu with discounted drinks and food. I especially like that you can sit anywhere in the restaurant and order Happy Hour. My favorite order is the spicy chicken noodle soup. It comes in a large bowl and it's large enough for four people to share. I also like the honey chicken for an entree. If you sign up for their rewards program you'll get points toward free food. They also send special promotions. read more

My wife and I have been true and faithful consumers at P.F Chang's China bistro for over 10 years. We were regulars at the Dolphin Mall location @ 11401 NW 12th St Miami, FL 33172. After multiple complaints we decided to ban that location from our visits. Some of the complaints included: * Food being out of temperature (Rice, meat, and soups used to come out cold and even uncooked) * Dirty glassware (food from previous consumers still crusted on the glass) * Dirty silverware (food from previous consumers still crusted on the forks and knives) * Wait times to be seated (we would wait to be seated 30-40 minutes even when there would be more than 10 tables dirty tables to be cleaned and some empty tables) * Outrages serving times (On our last visit we sat 25 minutes before getting up and requesting to speak to a manager regarding the wait) manager confirmed the time we were seated versus the time we complained. She apologized as she knows that we are regulars. With all our other complaints we spoke to other managers. One of them did not even apologize and when about his day. The other manager that did in fact do something about several complaints. Finally decided to ignore our las complaint. Which was a dirty cup. I approached him and let him know what happened. He told me to wait. We ended our dinner and he completely went about his day and waved us out. We decided to go to another location yesterday at Brickell 901 S Miami Ave Miami, FL 33130 hoping that the Dolphins Mall location was just under horrible management. Sure enough it wasn't. We were shown to our seats. As soon as we settle, I look at my silverware and find 1 of the forks to have a crusted rice and a piece of red pepper stuck to it. I had already ordered drinks and when my coke glass arrived sure enough another crusted piece of food on the glass. I requested the manager and showed him all the dirty utensils. I explained that we moved location due to the same issue and that I now knew that it's a problem at all P.F. Chang's locations and that we would not be dining with the franchise any longer. It really sucks because it use to be our favorite restaurant. We rather give our money to another company that is not disgusting like this one has become. read more
