We love coming to PF Chang but I have notices service and quality has dropped significantly. I order "hot" green tea and barely was warm. The server said it was the hottest water they had. The wonton soup took almost 30 minutes and was not even warm. Only had one shrimp. The Mongolian beef was good, however the white rice was undercooked. The staff were friendly enough, although I am not sure of the point of having a waiter take the order and never see him again until the bill is ready, food runners bring food and the bus boy does everything else. Perhaps they were just over worked. The food it self was okay. We tried the $40 menu as well, but 1/2 of what we wanted was not available and they said that they would not substitute, so it was $100 for an average experience. I haven't been to a P.F.Chang's in years but from what I remembered, the food was really great. My favorite dish was the always the crispy honey shrimp. When I got my food, it was NOT crispy at all. It was more soggy and swimming in a "honey sauce" and my boyfriend got the crispy honey chicken and it was the same has mine. The fried rice didn't taste like anything and it was undercooked. The food overall was just GROSS!!! So yeah, I will NEVER be eating here again. And to make matters worse, we were surround by toddlers running around and crying. read more

Have dined at the Doral,FL location numerous times and never been disappointed. The food is excellent and promptly served. I am especially fond of the Singapore noodles and my gluten free guests receive attentive service regarding their dietary needs. The kitchen even serves gf meals on specially dedicated plates to avoid any mixup or contamination! My guests and myself have always been pleased with selections. The staff is very informed of meal selections and always there to please. I feel their attitudes reflect they are happy to be part of Changs team. I've always been a sucker for mall chain restaurants... There are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans here. The veggie spring rolls come with chili plum sauce, you can get 2 or 4. There's edamame, salads, and side noodles. There's a vegetarian entree section- I like Buddha's feast (broccoli, carrot, peas, asparagus, mushrooms, tofu with brown sauce) with brown rice. Ask your server about what's in each sauce to be sure. The fried rice he egg in it- you can order without. They also have a nice wine selection. The bathroom was not very clean. read more

I ordered a catering order for my clients and overall the food was good, the only negative I must say was that when they came to delvier the food, they only delivered the meats and forgot the side (both white and brown rice) and delivered that an hour earlier so by that time people had gone out and bought sides on their own, which defeated the purpose of having catering. Got in for a friend's bday party dinner for 7pm on a Saturday night. I almost never go to any places like this where dinner is supremely glorified that it takes away from the good while.going off on a theme. This place in stay away from. But since I'm here, seeing as it is semi packed, it took 35 minutes to order and get the food. My gf and I requested mango iced tea to drink and it was not it. He goes and checks and tells us that it is their mango flavor. I said ohkay and still drank it cause it's tea and u like tea. I ordered the Buddha fest with tofu and stir fry vegetables and she ordered the hand folded crab wontons. Other ages were the Thai lettuce wraps, egg noodles with shrimp, beef with sorry fry, honey chicken and sushi. All these dishes you can proly just get in the frozen section in the supermarket cause that's how's they taste. It took even longer to get dessert and especially telling the waiter that there was a a birthday I'm at the table. Portion to prices are kind of a robbery. And coming from the hood in the Bronx, the corner store chinese food place tastes way better than this any day of the week. Sorry even though it's Americanized chinese food it's not worth sitting here and eating all this stuff knowing I can make better from from my own kitchen. The deserts are the same. Worst experience so far in a PF Chang's restaurant. We went to the dolphin mall location on Monday at 12.45 for lunch. The place was half empty with no more than 7 tables busy and at least 15 or more available. The hostess told us the average waiting time was 25 minutes (with 15 tables empty) and we could have our meals at the bar.... I can't believe you treat your customers that way... what's the point of having a place empty? Don't you want to make money? read more

Probably the worst dining experience I ever had! I went to have dinner with my girlfriend, pretty excited because the two of us haven't had PF Chang's in a while and it's usually a great experience. It took over 10 minutes for a hostess to even take our name, mind you it's 10:00pm so it wasn't their dinner rush. Finally, the hostess comes back to the host stand and seats us pretty promptly. But, then it took 15 minutes for a server to even greet us. So, that's twice now it takes over 10 minutes for someone to come greet me. Obviously by the time the server greeted us we were ready to order. Food was good and I came out in a timely manner but, the server left the serving stand and tray right in front of my table during the whole meal! Talk about lazy and an eye sore when I'm trying to have dinner with my girlfriend. Honestly, I would not recommend for anyone to go to the PF Chang's in Dolphin Mall, unless you're looking to have the worst service ever. Worst experience I've ever encountered. When I got there it took approximately 10-15 minutes to be seen by the waiter when the restaurant only had three guest. Once the waitress arrived she took our order and hesitated us to order our appetizers and meal all at the same time when we asked for more time since we didn't know what we wanted to order yet as it was our first time here. Once she took our order our food arrived very quickly, she never once checked on us until I waved her over to ask for water. The food was horrible. Everything was undercooked, soggy and unpleasant. We asked for the check, where the waitress asked us to pay through our phone. We were seated towards the back end of the restaurant where I didn't have signal. While I was trying to pay, it wouldn't load so I decided to head towards the Hostest stand to pay. Without any hesitation the waitress ran towards to me, to accuse me of walking out without paying. I explained I had no service where she continued to yell to me to pay while i calmly was still trying to pay. I asked to speak to the manager where he walked towards me, asked the hostest if I was the one who needed assistance, looked me dead in the eye, and walked away from me. I kept calm the whole time, and was polite through the whole experience. I feel slighted as a customer, and will never come again. Worst service & worst quality of food I have ever seen. I used to come here often, but I hadn't been in a couple of years. Came this past Sunday and I noticed the quality has gone down a lot. Service was okay. The utensils I received were dirty so I asked for a new set. The extra plates they brought were also dirty. When my dessert came they brought us new utensils, guess what? They were dirty. Something like that just grosses me out especially when your about to eat. The meat portion was smaller and dry compared to what I've had in the past. They also took the mini desserts off the menu. We first had spring rolls which were great, we had ordered calamari at the same time as an appetizer & great; it finally came out with my entrees with hair in it. Of course they had to comp my order & I was offered a free dessert. I requested my free dessert & was told it wasn't on the free dessert options. After this I then had to wait another 15 minutes for my check because my waiter was nowhere to be found. A manager finally came by & I was able to request my check. Unfortunately, I give this restaurant only 2 stars. I hate giving bad reviews but here it goes: The food was yummy. Lots of menu items including vegetarian and gluten free options. I probably would've given this restaurant 3 or 4 stars if it wasn't for the bad service. I can understand if the restaurant is full and the server is "in the weeds", but the restaurant was almost empty and our server was nowhere to be found during 95% of our visit. He took our order and later brought us the check with an already included 18% gratuity. We all had empty drinks and had to flag him down for refills which took forever. We stacked the empty glasses for him in the middle of the table to make his life easier but he never picked them up so we had a giant statue of dirty glassware in the center of the table the whole meal. The food runner brought the food and couldn't put our shared appetizers in the middle of the table because all the dirty stuff was there. No one checked if everything was okay, no one pre-bussed the table, nor kept our drinks filled, etc. felt completely ignored. It's a shame that when gratuity is already included, servers feel like they don't need to try at all. read more

The food here is great the dry rub ribs are a must try. don't be fooled though I used to order lettuce wraps thinking it was "the healthier" alternative, NOT!
