Entree was supposed to be chicken and it was mostly tofu which not normally in that dish nor was it asked for it was like someone else's food was slopped onto the plate and a few extras made to look like an almost normal presentation. The server was nice but Mr. Host got it wrong tonight with a previously made reservation request. He did not apologize for the mistake. We've visited this location since it first opened and it has been good in the past. There is something very off in the kitchen and it should be obvious to all staff members. There seems to be an indifference in attitude with the staff. The food was cold and off in general. Half of the broccoli in my dish was extremely mushy and the other half was barely cooked at all. I could tell the broccoli came from two different places. One old and the other just tossed into it. The beef was the same way. Some tiny little pieces mixed in with a couple normal size pieces. Our spring rolls were served cold and stale. You could tell they had been sitting somewhere for a while. Maybe from lunch? They replaced those with a normal hot order. Why were these dishes put up in the window by the "cook" and furthermore, why were they brought out to our table? They had at least two chances to see there was a problem before they delivered the dishes to our table. Good management should see this and make the changes necessary or maybe they are the issue and it's trickling down. And than the bartender started a huge fight and got in my brother in laws face like he was going to physically assault him that was the end of this!!!! They have a wide selection on their menu. Each dish was very fresh with vibrant colors and flavors! The music and the ambience is perfect for couples, friends and family dining. Their staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to their rewards, especially Ashley, who waited on us. My hubby had the surf and turf and I had the Thai Red Curry, with spare ribs as the appetizers and their small cups for dessert. Everything was yummy! We have no complaints whatsoever! We had the Mongolian beef and sweet and sour shrimp. One of our favs. The beef is not spicy, it has a sweet ginger flavor. The shrimp is breaded but not too heavy. The sauce is tasty. PF Chang's is one of my favorite chain restaurants to eat no matter where I am. The food is always great, nice atmosphere and consistently good service. I always order the lettuce wraps and various entrees, I've never had a bad meal. I LOVE LOVE LOVE PF Changs food!!! My experience today with this particular restaurant was absurd. I did an online order, asked for extra sauce, please bump the heat a little bit from mild and for this to be a car delivery. When placing the order I had to give the make, model and color of our vehicle along with my email & phone number. We arrive on time do the online check in and wait, and wait and wait some more. After over 15 minutes my husband calls and is informed that the phone/online system isn't working very well. No poop Sherlock. Given that they had my phone number and could have, oh I dunno, LOOKED OUT OF THE FREAKING DOOR, there's no reasonable explanation for my husband to have to have called them. A woman comes out & I have the exact amount that the checkout gave. Nice huh? Nope. For whatever reason she informed me I had to go inside to pay. Why offer curbside pickup/payment if you aren't going to follow through on 'your' service offer? I recently had surgery (my husband was unable to get out of the car) and had to hobble with my cane inside to pay & pick up my food. As for the food? Their idea of extra sauce must be 1/8 of a teaspoon. Seriously. It was overly salted as well. Our pickup time was certainly not during a rush time so that's no excuse for this type of service. over all the food would have gotten 3 stars but the FUBAR way they handled the curbside (they bring to you) pick up ruined everything. The non existent apology was the icing on the cake. I guess I'll have to get my PF Chang fix else where. Edited to add the following: I forgot to say there was not even ONE peanut in my Kung Pao Chicken! Seriously. Not one single peanut. We had this amazing waitress named Ashley I believe. She had all the answers to our questions and helped make our decisions a lot easier. She also helped us figure out the menus and payment that we HAD TO DO on our phones. I hope these computer processes don't put her out of work. Anywho we enjoyed her and the food and her service. Stopped in for lunch, was greeted and seated quickly. My waitress, Rylee was great..super attentive and pleasant. I ordered the crab wonton appetizer, it came out quickly and was delicious, the strawberry lemonade (now my fav)! Would like to shout out to this restuarant for its excellent customer service. We had a mix up with our order and didn't realize until we got home. I called the restuarant and spoke to the manager just to alert them of the mistake. It involved a member of our group who has an allergy. Haven't been to a PF Changs for a while so we were looking forward to this visit . We were given some gift cards and decided it was a good night to skip cooking and get out of the house. All the PF Changs have their trademark horses and Terra Cotta warrior statues. I like the decor and general atmosphere with the subdued lighting. The place was hopping and we were told it would be about a 35 minute wait. The greeters were very nice and took down our cell number to call us when a table was available. We got the call (so glad since the smell of the food was killing me). Our server was friendly and efficient. She checked back often and kept our drinks filled. We started with the calamari which came with deep fried vegetables, very good. I had their version of a surf and turf. It t was very tasty with nice chunks of lobster, decent sized shrimp and very tender steak tips. We also had the Sesame chicken which my son devoured. Just keep your hands away from his side of the table to be safe. Overall, it was a delicious meal and we will be back again. Especially since we still have a few more gift cards to use! read more

Awful! I have no idea what has happened in the kitchen, but the last two times I've ordered out, my husband and I have been disappointed. This was once on the top of my list for good Chinese food. I always order the Salt and Pepper Shrimp, and he gets the Mongolian Beef. My shrimp were burned and inedible. They used to be Golden. I'm seriously shocked the chef let the dish out of the kitchen. Mine was blackened. Not just a little. Seriously burned!!!! I support local restaurants during COVID19, but not this one. They took advantage once too many times. For $63. I have never been disappointed when I go to P.F. Chang's! Their food tops every single Chinese take out of chain in the Myrtle Beach area. I would never recommend any other Chinese place besides this one. My favorite dish is their Kung Pao chicken, they are the only Chinese place that knows how to make it right, perfect spiciness, chicken isn't overly breaded, and the peanuts are cooked to perfection. Food good but sequence snd accuracy of order sorely lacking. 2 appetizers came out 10 minutes apart, mine coming out followed by main course soon after. Request for refill of tea took over 10+minutes and came out wrong (mine was supposed to be sweet tea and got unsweet). Didn't dare request again expecting another 10 minute wait. But imagine getting your Pad Thai to go, as I did, and discovering that somewhere between 8-12% of your peanut bits get caught up within these grooves and ridges. Imagine you've paid a fair sum for this meal and that you would like every single piece, down to the last small sliver of green onion. Imagine that you have three options: 1) throw away a box filled with tiny bits of food, 2) fill the box with a thimbleful of water and swish it around to get it down your gullet, or 3) pick out each bit, fork time by fork tine In conclusion, the food is good but the to go boxes must, well, GO! read more

I made reservations on Saturday, February 25th for 4:15pm at Market Commons to celebrate on of our adult daughters birthday. I was absolutely % pleased from start to finish. I had brought a little cake, flowers in a vase and a ballon and arrived earlier than the others in our party. The manager , ( Shara) immediately took them and went ahead and set the table for my birthday daughter's "place of honor." There was a beautiful gold flower like place mat and gold chop sticks at her place. As soon as we were seated our waiter we were blessed with (Matt) was at our side taking our drink & appetizer orders. ( 2 bottles of Prosecco, roasted Brussels sprouts and lettuce wraps). From then on I felt like we were royalty. The manager ( Shara) dropped by several times throughout our meal to check on us and Matt was always ready to see if we had any further needs. The temperature in the restaurant is cold enough to hang meat. When asked about the temps in the dining room, the food delivery person acted indifferent. I'm sorry, this is the second bad experience. That might just be the way the dish normally is, but I was underwhelmed. That and our server was a bit pushy. He said he had a bet going with another server of which table would order three beers. Second lunch time visit having loved it the first time! However, today the soup was not hot! I called the server over and told her! She looked annoyed but kindly got it heated up for me. At the same time though it was served with the main course! My partner was still eating her starter and obviously I hadn't started my soup at this point. I observed this to be the norm at the other tables who were also eating starters whilst their main course sat idly at their table. Consequently the main course is also cold by the time you get around to eating it. This establishment advertises an express lunch but in my view this is at the expense of eating your food at less than optimal temperature. Such a shame as the food is delicious and presented very nicely. Sadly however I will not be eating there again as my preference is to eat my food when it is freshly out of the kitchen and still hot. Whilst they may cater for a largely tourist trade if they wish to keep locals returning then they need to up their game and resolve this easily tweaked service process. I understand it's covid season....but we arrive and are told we may not be seated because we do not have a reservation. Only reservations get tables...meanwhile...5 tables out of 40? Are taken. We sat at the bar and had our meal there...food was good...not great but good to very good...bartender was nice. We watched as others went through the same degradation as we did, even though nothing of this policy is posted and STILL there were empty tables. And no..they weren't empty for covid spacing as other tables that were taken were next to each other. Food is overpriced, even tho it is good, you.can easily find same quality for far cheaper with better protocols than pf changs...i tried it, they didn't blow my doors off, on to better things. Ordered carry-out this past Friday night. First of all, they don't have curbside anymore because according to the cashier, the city took their curbside parking spaces. They need to take that off the website because I was definitely not dressed to go inside. But anyway, I ordered Ma Po Tofu, Shrimp Lo Mein, and Hot and Sour soup. The soup was great but the Tofu dish was very dry and the tofu was just okay. The wonderful spicy sauce that usually is poured on top was nonexistent. The Lo Mein noodles were cold, sticky and bland. I'm not sure if just the carry-out orders are rushed and awful but I was totally disappointed. I'll be going to Golden Kitchen from now on.
