Lol I was picking up an order and gave one worker the name and sat down in the waiting area. They gave no updates after giving him the name. Another patron came in to pick up an order about 15 minutes after I got there. The original person "helping me" comes out with two bags, asks the new patron who she's picking up for and says "oh I've got that right here. And sets her up with utensils and everything. He then places the other bag he had on the to go order shelf (which we cannot grab as it is behind and employee desk) and walks back to the kitchen. There is another employee helping a different patron at the to-go desk. I check the new bag and see the pick up name on it that I am picking up for, and have been waiting 20 minutes. I stand next to the patron checking out. It takes about 5 more minutes, until that patron is all checked out and then I am finally acknowledged. Took about 25 minutes to pick up a to-go order, and the helping of another customer that arrived way after me, while not then giving me my order immediately after helping that patron and placing it on the shelf so I had to wait even longer was more than a little annoying. read more

We were smart enough to stop and make a reservation so when we got back we didn't have to wait at all and our server was very prompt bringing us water and taking drink orders. However, when you pay that much for an entree, it should be really good and this was just ok. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and seriously it was just barely enough for one person, the portion sizes have really decreased. We did order some garlic spinach which tasted good but had so much oil from the stir fry that it felt greasy in your mouth. My friend ordered Pad thai and said it was just ok. Easy to follow menu order any dummy can do it. Food was warm and meet the expectation my two kids so are picky eater really likes the appetizers. My mother in law like everything. Amazed with the delivery guy who communicated with me through the process and it was a walking distance from our hotel. We were at the pool and the door dash guy was able to locate us. PF used to be so so good, the lettuce wraps were amazing and the orange chicken was crispy and spicy. That was back in the day. Now with the new chef and management the food sucks. Like literally sucks. When you go somewhere you know you expect how something is going to taste. They changed the lettuce wraps. They do not offer the tofu lettuce wraps anymore. That is a bummer because I try to not eat chicken, beef, or pork. They also changed the sauce that comes with the lettuce wraps. That sauce is literally god awful. It is burnt tasting and bitter. Why change something good? I usually get orange shrimp extra spicy. The shrimp were over breaded and soggy with absolutely no spice. This meal used to be such a treat and I genuinely looked forward to it. I think the best decision for this restaurant is to take it back to what it originally was. I think that would bring in a lot of old and new customers. When people want Chinese food they want tangy, spicy, and umami flavors. Not sweet and candied flavored meat. Ordered through Door Dash; food was 45 minutes late and cold! After the original delivery time passed I called the restaurant directly, I was spoken to condescendingly. I told them I didn't want cold food and he said well we just finished it and the driver will be here in 30 minutes. Really????? The order was ridiculous please see photo. We will NEVER repeat this experience with either Door dash or PF Chang's. $30 in fees and tip which you have to pay upfront.... choosing your tip amount before you even know how good your service will be? I thought the hostess might spread out the guest more due to Covid still happening, but we were sat in booths one right after the other as guests arrived for lunch. The booths were all pre-set with white napkins. I kindly asked if they had a black napkin and was told no. I was wearing black and hate to lay a white napkin over my lap. You just never get all they white fuzz off of your black clothing. Many restaurants offer the black napkin courtesy and will often swap you for a black napkin if when they see you are wearing black. I ordered the orange chicken. It was a little spicy for me. I selected it because it did not have a spicy emblem next to the dish on the menu. The restroom was clean. The server did a pretty good job. The restaurant was not crowded at all and there was still a little bit of a wait for server provided items. It was OK but could've been better! read more

I haven't been to PF Chang's since before COVID and I won't ever be going back. Stopped tonight for take out. Ordered the Singapore Street Noodles, Pork Fried Rice and Mongolian Beef. All were our favorites years ago. Beef was completely dried out and had zero flavor. Fried rice had no flavor although the small pieces of pork did have some. The Singapore Street Noodles were just so overly spicy (peppery) it was difficult to eat. To say we were disappointed doesn't cover it. Especially since those three dishes totaled over $70. I ordered Kung pao chicken with steam rice cost $16.50 plus I paid $2.50 total with tax $20.73 for extra chicken meat online to go. I thought the employee made a mistake. I asked her is this mine? She replied yes. I still couldn't Believe it. I told her the portion is so small this can't be worth $21. I asked for the manager. When he came I opened the lid off & showed him the portion and ask him the same thing, is this the correct portion for $21? He told me you got even bigger portion then usual. I told him it's because I paid extra $2.50 for extra meat. I asked him you mean to tell me it's even smaller then it already is without extra meat if I didn't pay? He said yes. I told him this is highway robbery. I told them you know how many places I could have gone and got three times as much food for $21? I said I could've dined at Olive Garden and ate till I was stuffed & still pay less then $21.or any other Chinese restaurant I would have gotten much more food portion. PF chain is robbing customers. I wish I can upload photo of how small the food portion is so you can see for yourself. What was even worse, I tasted the chicken it was so dry not even a drop of sauce was in the container Very dry. Things didn't start out great. Made a reservation online (per instructions by auto attendant when calling). Arrived and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. Actual wait was around 35-40 minutes. There were a bunch of empty tables up front, but the perimeter & back were packed. Our server, Sam (Samantha) was amazing!!! Took our drink order and brought them quickly. Food came out hot and was really tasty. Sam checked back, brought a second round of drinks all while hustling to serve several other tables. Check was promptly delivered. Normally good but ordered veggie fried rice and they gave me a disproportionate amount of broccoli, like 1/4 of the meal was broccoli, half of it was partially discolored and just big huge clumps. Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen in any restaurant. You will stand at the take out stand by the entrance forever as staff pass you by and ignore you. I waited one day for 10 minutes as I stood and stared at my to go order behind the desk, the hostesses just standing there chit chatting amongst themselves, looking at you from time to time, but not offering any help at all whatsoever. Got seated right away on the patio- very clean and comfortable- Started with a Rising dragon (A Pomegranite Margarita!! yummmmm!!! ) The Food was delicious as always- We enjoyed two main meals- Spicy Chicken and and added cashews - it was delicious!
