Sorry this isn't better, because a few years ago I loved what I ordered. After a long day traveling, we felt that stopping at PF Chang's in Princeton was a good choice. My husband and I arrived around 9:00 pm. I ordered Buddha's Feast Stir Fried and he ordered Short Rib Fried Rice. His was good. My Buddha feast was tasteless. The sauce tasted like dishwashing water. The Broccoli was to hard to cut with a fork and too big to eat well with chopsticks. The snow peas were stringy and when I chewed on it I had to literally removed it from my mouth and put it aside. I ordered the meal primarily for the 5 season tofu. If there was a 1/4 cup of tofu, I would be surprised. The pieces were the size of a thumb nail and very thin. There was really no flavor or spice. The brown rice was good. When I told our nice waitress, she recommended the special sauce to add flavor. It seemed like a liquid maybe soy with what looked like red pepper flakes It was cold and it helped a little . Sorry for the bad review, but I expected better. read more

A popular American/Asian chain. If you've been to one, you've seen them all. There is a truly gluten free kitchen and a pretty good selection from it. The environment has a nice ambiance with the decor and seating. I'm not a fan of the egg drop soup, I think it has this weird mucus-like texture, it's a little too thick. But I love the lettuce Wraps, and those are gluten free too! They'd it a full bar, because apparently alcohol makes everything better. The main atrium can be a little loud, but the side room can be very bright at sunset if you go for happy hour. Just keep that in mind. read more

This PF Changs is really a hit or a complete miss. I ordered online and picked up my food at the recommended time. At no fault of PF Changs but the Door Dashers and other pick up service have to parking lot almost unmanageable. You can barely get out of the space without hitting someone's car. I called and stated what parking space I was in and waited almost 15 minutes. I call back and the gentleman says oh your food just came up and it will be brought out. Get home and the extra sauce I asked for look like this in the bag. My food was cold and the rice was hard. This is not an easy review for me to write about. I practically had to drag my husband to come here. You see, I love P.F. Chang's and he doesn't. We have been coming here to dine for the last 10 years but not often. Hubby thinks the prices are high for mediocre food. I, on the other hand find the dishes here satisfying. We have tried many of the items on the menu. Two of my favorite apps are their Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Cauliflower Tempura. They also have some creative dim sum dishes. I enjoy the classic beef and broccoli and I think P.F. Chang's makes a tasty one. They deep fry the beef first before sautéing it in the brown sauce. It's my go to dish here. Love pouring the sauce over my white rice. Many of their fried rice dishes are very tasty as well. Today my husband ordered the Ahi Poke Bowl and he thought it was only okay and he complained about the portion. I said, aren't you on a diet anyway? Service is always friendly although I have to say the food takes awhile to come out. When you order, the staff always ask if anyone in your party has any food allergies. Let me know if you enjoy dining at P.F. Chang's or not. If not, it's better if you keep it to yourself if you want to keep our Yelp friendship on good terms, (j.k.). This is a pretty populated location. Seems like it's always busy. Location is cool- right on Rt 1 south and in the market fair complex with a ton of other restaurants I don't go to PF Changs frequently but when I do there are a few dishes that are ordered . I like to share them with someone so you get the best of everything :) Drinks are ok... better depending on bartender ( as far as strength) . I rather have a decent drink that several weak ones or else I'll rather have wine . Service at this location has been good the times I've gone. I've had no issues Ok - food... Extremely expensive entrees. This is not an accurate taste of American Chinese food, but I'm a big fan of the Mongolian Beef; just not fond of the overly sweet and flavorful taste. For the price per entree they should add real vegetables on the side not scallions. It's overpriced for the value and taste (it's loaded with sugar and taste so it was difficult to know whether the meat was fresh or not). During covid-19, they decided to cancel any happy hour or promos. I can't ever describe how disappointing this meal was, and the fact that it was so expensive made it ever WORSE. My wife and I first went to a P.F. Chang's ten years ago and we remembered liking the food so we decided to go to this location since it was close to our home. We ordered the lettuce wraps, crispy green beans and pork dumplings for the appetizers and for our mains we had the Mongolian beef bowl and beef and broccoli. Unfortunately, the best part of this entire meal was the crispy green beans. It all just tasted like it has the same base, soy sauce and sweeteners... we ended up just dumping out the leftovers. The worst part of this super disappointment meal was the fact that it was over $100 and we literally could've got WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAYYYYYYY (it really was that bad) better food from our local Chinese place. So I guess we just paid for the vibe of the restaurant cuz the food was trash . The service was decent but the place was empty (now we know why). It was my twins birthday and we all had gone to PF Chang's last night. I told the server twice that it's was my boys milestone 16th birthday. After dinner we waited for something special especially since I have seen them celebrating and serving free dessert on the house especially for birthdays . I love going to PF Changs. Skipped my regular favorite there and we ordered off the happy hour menu! About 10-12 things to choose from including their famous for s good reason lettuce wraps. Our server was great the food came quickly. I did notice that they are now serving a premade dipping sauce instead of the make you own. It was way to spicy for me. Fortunately you can still ask for the old sauce that has lots of flavor without the heat. read more

The food wasn't bad, but the service was pretty mediocre. Our server was kind of monotone and seemed very indifferent about anything. Not that he was rude or anything he just seemed completely serious and emotionless. Maybe it is just me, but when I go out to eat it is for the experience. A good plus of this place is that they have a separate gluten free menu. My partner eats gluten free so this was helpful when she was picking food out. Prices were fair and the parking was pretty empty when we went. I like that there is a Barnes and Noble right next door since my partner and I love to read. While the experience was not bad here, it also was not that good either. Maybe I will give it another try and update my review but for now I leave it at 3 stars. read more

I ordered the dinner for 2 option via delivery through the PF Chang's app. When I received my order, there was an item that was missing, the noodles in the lo mein dish included in the order, was like mush and the broccolli looked like it had been sitting in the cooler for a while. I called PF Chang's and spoke with the manager, Ivan regarding the issues. Ivan gave me the option to either refund my entire order, or to have my order re-delivered immediately. My daughter and I came here for the first time. We really enjoyed ourselves. For appetisers we had the brussel sprouts and an order of ribs. They were delicious! The knives were sharp! The waitress was very apologetic. That is about the only good things about PF Chang's today. Of course there was a wait to be seated but that was not that long ( supposedly 15-20 mins) But we were still excited to check out the reataurant. After being seated, we ordered the lettuce wraps and chicken and dumplings. The chicken in the wrap was greasy. Again we were served rather quickly. The entrees were SLOW in coming out. Think it felt like waiting for another NY Eve Ball drop. Our server was very good and she came over to inform us that she would inquire what was taking the food so long to come out. Since this is an Americanized Chinese food restaurant, I'm writing this review with the mindset that it's not a "real" Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere is great, casual or "nicer", and there are great dishes to choose from, with variety. Given that they have decently priced Yeunglings, and a happy hour menu, it's not as expensive as it looks. This particular location has the best Chicken Noodle Soup! Of the limited options they do have, none that we tried were anything to rave about. I had the Singapore noodles and it was certainly underwhelming. Not to mention, we had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes despite having a reservation. On the plus side, the service was quick and the portion was plenty.
