For sure a keeper and deserves a raise for his above and beyond customer service, kind and hard working, plus entertaining attitude! I always have delicious meals. This location is located 10 minutes from my home and 1 minute from the Pilates studio I attend multiple times a week! Because of the nice vibe of this restaurant I plan on becoming a regular. The menu is not what it used to be to be. The menu does not offer pork dishes. Their signature spicy chicken was OK but the vegetable fried rice lacked flavor. Was craving some chinese so figured I would swing by and check them out. I ordered online and was able to pick up my order exactly at the estimated time given to me. The hostess and person who brought the food to my car were extremely friendly and helpful. Prcies here are on the higher end, but manageable if you can share with friends or plan for many meals. I was able to split up three dishes into three separate meals so it was totally worth it for me! Mongolian beef is a classic here that you really can't go wrong with, and the garlic chilli green beans are hadd to find elsewhere. What is most significant about our visit is that is we got to the restaurant 20 min before it closed, and the food and service was AMAZING! Disappointed to say the least. Been to another PF elsewhere couple times and always a great experience. But this one mainly because of the gnats. I was swapping my napkin the entire time till decided to get to leave The Chicken Lettuce Wraps was just ok. The Sea-bass I would definitely recommend. Comes on a bed of spinach in a ginger sauce. But the gnats did not make it pleasant to eat in peace. And Chang's Spicy Chicken- sweet-spicy chili sauce, green onion. And rice combo for side dish. Once the gnats were making themselves known. I asked for to go containers and paid my check. Eric was a great waitress. Attentive with suggestions. Not sure what they can do about the gnats. But I hope they fix the issue. Ambiance: I got take out but the line to check out was fast. There was no one there and our food was hot and ready. Taste test: Pf Chang's never disappoints. I got the Kung Pao style tofu and it was soo good. Full of flavor and the tofu had the perfect texture , wasn't too soft or chewy. The eggplant was good too and full of flavor. This is a great PF Changs for efficient delivery! I ordered from here last night for delivery since I was staying at a hotel right near by. Even with the snow, they delivered the food quickly and it was super fresh when I got it. I ordered the sesame chicken and the fried green beans app. The sesame chicken was good, but I felt like it lacked some flavor compared to times I've had it at other PF Chang's locations. However, the green beans were incredible! Super crispy with a great tempura coating. The spicy mayo-like sauce it came with was so tasty. Definitely a must try! The one negative was that I didn't get any utensils/napkins, even though I requested it. I didn't realize it till I got back to my room. Luckily, the front desk at the hotel had some, but I was disappointed that this wasn't included, especially for a hotel delivery. Other than that, the food was great on a snowy night! read more

Firstly, they told us to wait 40 minutes which we did patiently and then they let us know that they were behind and it would take another 15 minutes in which we still waited patiently. I received my crispy honey chicken meal and unfortunately the batter was not completely fried on some pieces of the chicken. Since the chicken was not completely cooked thoroughly, I am giving this place one star. I wanted to enjoy this meal especially after waiting for such a long time, but I could not even finish the whole meal and wasted close to $20 since the main portion was not cooked. I love lettuce raps and these didn't disappoint also the cauliflower tempura was so tasty with the sweet and spicy gochujang sauce, we loved it. For the mains we got 2 dishes to share... The Mongolian beef which is flank steak with sweet soy glaze, garlic and green onions... The beef was very tender and delicious. We also had the long life noodles and prawns which are crispy prawns with garlic egg noodles, roasted chili peppers and chopped black beans. The prawns were cooked perfectly and were so light and crispy and went great with the egg noodles... I almost forgot we had the most delicious pot of tea... I sometimes want to eat fast Chinese food and PF Chang never fails. I like how everything is prepared already and I get to see what they have throughout the day. I got the family meal for two which I have the options of entrees and a choice of noodle or rice. I got the chicken with string beans, a meat dish, lo mein, and fried rice. P.F. Chang's in Princeton was a great spot to celebrate a birthday. The ambiance is higher scale than other chain spots and the food is always great. It had been a while since I came here or to another but everything was so flavorful, the crispy items were perfectly crispy, and the sauces all were so tasty. I especially liked the dynamite shrimp, crispy honey shrimp and sesame chicken but I tried other dishes and all were great. Our server was attentive and they were kind enough to allow us to bring a birthday cake & store it in the fridge to celebrate with, and they even brought it out with a sparkler! This place is on par with your local sit down chinese restaurant! The food was really good and the service was amazing! Ny boyfriend pointed out that the servings were pretty small, which I have to agree with especially since this is supposed to be a 'family style' restaurant. What made my experience here so wonderful was the employees and the service we got. Although they didnt communicate with eachother very well, everyone made sure we had everything we needed. Now I see why they have a 3 star rating, 12/16/23 out Christmas shopping with my husband and our 4month old. We got hungry and decided to stop at this pf chang location. From the moment we walked in the door with our son in a stroller we felt negative energy from the hostess who initially tried to sit us right in front of the door , when I asked for a booth the hostess replied in a very dismissive and condescending tone "we can not roll that thing (the stroller) through the dining room" I replied "no problem we can put it in the car". Once seated we noticed another couple with their stroller in the dining room (picture included) at this point we felt very discriminated against. We ordered tempura calamari, crab wontons, shrimp dumplings and dynamite roll for appetizers. We specifically ordered the dynamite roll because another table had them and the presentation was great (smoked tableside) once our rolls came out no presentation was presented they were not smoked tableside as the menu described and when I mentioned it to the waitress she said she could take it back I declined. Although she tried to rectify the situation I just felt like it should have been done right the first time. I felt very rushed literally 5minutes after entree orders were placed they came out. I frequent other pfchangs locations often but after this encounter I will not be returning to any of them. This location deserves less than 3 stars the service does not match the prices they are charging. Also they state they are a family friendly restaurant with no changing table in the bathroom. Went here for the first time yesterday for a quick date night with my husband and I must say from moment I walked in they were pleasant and on top of things.. We had a 8pm reservation showed up at 745 and was seated right away by the two hostess .. Our waiter Nick was busy but made sure to let us know he would be with us in a moment .. Nick was super sweet and on top of things he didn't even write one thing down when he took our order but made sure when the food came out not one thing was messed up .. The food was delicious!!! My husband is super picky so he ordered the sweet and sour chicken with sauce on side and plain lo mein it was delicious and I ordered the sesame chicken and that was amazing .. we had pork dumplings as an app and omg soooooo freaking good !!!
