Haven't been in years definitely not what I remember. Unfortunately, not for the better. The menu was downsized drastically. Of the limited options they do have, none that we tried were anything to rave about. I had the Singapore noodles and it was certainly underwhelming. Not to mention, we had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes despite having a reservation. On the plus side, the service was quick and the portion was plenty. What a wonderful dinner! The portions were huge. We ordered one lettuce wrap appetizer, a tuna appetizer and two entrees for three of us. There is enough for two lunches for my daughter! Since this is an Americanized Chinese food restaurant, I'm writing this review with the mindset that it's not a "real" Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere is great, casual or "nicer", and there are great dishes to choose from, with variety. Given that they have decently priced Yeunglings, and a happy hour menu, it's not as expensive as it looks. This particular location has the best Chicken Noodle Soup! I've tried it at other PF Changs locations, but it's not as good. read more

My wife and I visited this location on a Saturday. It was very crowded when we got there which was around 7:20 PM. We had a 7:30 PM reservation which took about 20 mins or so to get seated at a seat that seem to be the only seat probably available which people still waiting outside. For an appetizer we had the bbq pork spare ribs, it was very well flavored, it had a flavor to the bbq sauce that seemed familiar but I couldn't make out. For our entrees I had the Mongolian beef (spicy) and my wife had the signature lo mein, we also ordered the chicken fried rice to share which was amazing. The chicken was crispy, different than most chicken fried rice. We really enjoyed all our entrees along with the Chang's Apple Crunch we had for dessert which were these apple pies in a crispy wrap like an egg roll with ice cream and cinnamon sprinkles over it and caramel around it. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because our waiter was not the most personable waiter, he didn't seem friendly or welcoming when we asked for his opinion or asked about items on the menu but aside from that he was on top of his job bringing out refills, to go bags etc. I plan to visit again soon. read more

The food here is okay, but the prices and portion sizes are definitely not the best. We ordered the kung pao chicken and most of what we received was just chilies. Wish there was wayyyy more chicken--especially for the price. We also got the pad Thai, which was almost $20. It was okay, but not that great. It was actually pretty sour. We also ordered calamari, which was good. No complaints there. Lastly, we got the ribs. Flavor was good, but meat was a bit dry. I still ate the whole thing, though. read more

We (my wife & I) visited P.F. Chang's in Princeton NJ the other night. To say the least, it was a wonderful meal (as it has always been before Covid...) We had the opportunity to grab a couple seats at the bar, which felt incredibly good sitting there. Our bartender (Jeffery) & other staff were organized, professional & friendly. We ordered a couple drinks, Mango tea & I also ordered a Moon Asian Pear Sake (yum). We ordered the Vegetable Spring Rolls to start, the Sesame Chicken, Chili-garlic Green Beans & the Dynamite Roll for our mains... The Veggie rolls had a flaky wonton crust, with a good flavor & you could taste the freshness of the veggies. Her Sesame Chicken was so tender, with a tempura coating & fresh vegetables. The Chili-garlic Green Beans were perfectly seasoned, & had that nice crunch & heat to them, making them quite delicious... My Dynamite Roll was excellent (I usually get the Kung Pao Dragon Roll, but I wanted to try this dish). It was delicious. You can tell everything is made fresh and made with care. We love the ambiance, it is just wonderful, very cozy atmosphere for dining & visit Chang's maybe once every 5-6 weeks, and the food we order is very consistent, every time. I cannot express enough how welcome we are made to feel. The staff really takes care of their patrons. We have never been disappointed when we go. During this pandemic, we support the smaller food establishments when we could finally dine out, but a spot like P.F. Chang's is usually our 'go to place' for Asian fusion fare... I am really not a fan of chain restaurants, but my mom wanted to go so we went here for Mother's Day. We sat at the bar because we did not want to wait for a table. The bartender was very nice and the food came out in a timely fashion. The prices were reasonable (Check menu for prices). For appetizers, we ordered Kung Pao Chicken Tacos (received 3), steamed pork dumplings (order of 6), and ahi tuna sushi. The tacos were okay. I did not think there was enough chicken, but they did have a nice kick to it. The tortilla was too soft. The pork dumplings were outstanding. They were some of the best dumplings I had. They were not too crunchy or soft. The pork was very tender too. The sushi was a little odd. It was buried under a good amount of greens. The tuna was fresh and cut very small. It was different and tasteful. For an entrée, I ordered the Hunan-Style Hot Fish. I wanted to try something different, and this was a poor choice. I was expecting a spicy dish, but it was not to be. The fish was a cod and was occupied with a bunch of vegetables. The portion was a good size, but the taste was not. I was not a fan of the sauce. Everything was cooked okay, but I was just not a fan of the taste. They gave my mom a complimentary dessert. The complimentary dessert was some type of peanut butter crunch. I did not taste any because I did not want to order milk!! Will I go back? I prefer not to. read more

The service was super fast and the waiter was so kind. The food came as fast as rockets. This is a huge, formal restaurant. But the exterior and interior decorations are phenomenal. The ambience really feels like my family and I are actually in China. Besides the Decour, the food was pretty good. I ordered the fried rice and Kung pow shrimp. Both were really bland and the shrimp required more gravy. The veg spring rolls were good (nothing too special). The poppers were delectable as well as the spicy chicken soup (Both are a must have). The tempura shrimp was, again, not that amazing. The dessert (banana spring rolls) were okay but the ice cream was next level. We had reservations for four people for one month for Christmas Eve at 6 pm so we could make our our church service at 8 pm. We arrived and checked in with the hostess at 5:30. We all had one drink at the bar and seated at 6 pm. At 6:40 we still had at not even had a waiter at our table. Once we saw two tables on each side of us being served we knew there was a problem. Second time in two weeks that we came for lunch and it's nightclub loud. We noticed a loud group on one side and asked the hostess twice to be seated in a quiet area. No problem, she moved us one table closer to the loud party. The food was just ok and we endured but will not come back. Our waitress told us there is always a loud party nearby. To the group that was loud we wish you many unhappy meals in the future. May karma be your waitress in the future. To the two female execs chatting loudly about how you manage your difficult families on our last visit- good for you. Who cares. While I generally despise chain restaurants of just about all sorts, PF Changs does a great job of not being TGI Fridays like. From the days where my knowledge of Chinese food didn't extend beyond pork fried rice, to the present day, I love Chinese cuisine. PF Changs does a great job of providing relatively good food, but with an American tilt to it. This specific location is always packed. Whether happy hour, lunch or dinner, be prepared to wait for a table/seat. It's a very upbeat vibe that is great for all kinds of dining experiences. Foodwise, I've had the eggplant which is pretty good, the Szechuan style asparagus which is good, but a little too salty and the vegetarian lettuce cups which are delicious. It's probably the only tofu based dish on earth that actually tastes delicious. However they mix in the sauce and whatever else is added, is done perfectly. The Mongolian beed is also very good. This is not an easy review for me to write about. I practically had to drag my husband to come here. You see, I love P.F. Chang's and he doesn't. We have been coming here to dine for the last 10 years but not often. Hubby thinks the prices are high for mediocre food. I, on the other hand find the dishes here satisfying. We have tried many of the items on the menu. Two of my favorite apps are their Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Cauliflower Tempura. They also have some creative dim sum dishes. I enjoy the classic beef and broccoli and I think P.F. Chang's makes a tasty one. They deep fry the beef first before sautéing it in the brown sauce. It's my go to dish here. Love pouring the sauce over my white rice. Many of their fried rice dishes are very tasty as well. Today my husband ordered the Ahi Poke Bowl and he thought it was only okay and he complained about the portion. I said, aren't you on a diet anyway? Service is always friendly although I have to say the food takes awhile to come out. When you order, the staff always ask if anyone in your party has any food allergies. Let me know if you enjoy dining at P.F. Chang's or not. If not, it's better if you keep it to yourself if you want to keep our Yelp friendship on good terms, (j.k.). I ordered take out from here and it was disgusting. Firstly the service sucks I had to stand at the desk with multiple employees walking by and never asking if I needed help. I literally had to start yelling Hellooooo as if to say do y'all see me standing here. Secondly the girl who finally comes to help me gets my very simple order wrong so when I walk back in to change my wrong order for the right one. I had to stand there again for over 15 minutes til she appeared again. She put in my order which was cheaper but didn't give me back my difference in change which was maybe $5-6 dollars or so. But whatever when I finally get to eat the food was just terrible. Never again and the worst part is I paid over $50 for this lunch. SMH read more

Made a reservation for dinner Friday nite. The restaurant was very crowded. Our waiter was covering too many tables that the service was very slow. We ordered Chinese oolong tea but had to ask three times to get it. Since the PF Chang's food is very salty, we asked for a less sauce. We had spicy tuna roll and California roll but they were not good. The rice was undercooked. Asian style BBQ ribs were sweet and fell off the bones. Some part of Sautéed spinach was too salty, Lomein noodles were overcooked and general tso chicken was ok. The atmosphere is nice but the food is so so. read more

My wife was at Penn Medicine and being the hospital cafeteria is closed, while she was there I figured I would grab a bite to eat and then return. I went to P.F. Chang's, as it was about the closet place to go. I arrived 20 minutes before 12, they seat you and then forget you, waited an hour and never was served after I gave my order to the waitress, 20 minutes after 12 and still no food, and I left. As I sat there, I watched the help touch the tables, bus the dirty dishes, touch the same handles the customers used on the doors, and adjust their masks while passing dishes for customers back and forth to each other. There is no hand washing in between, they wore no gloves, there was no sanitizing, they just passed and exchanged dirty dishes and food orders back and forth amongst themselves. As the orders came out of the kitchen the same hands that were cleaning the tables with the dirty dishes from the last customers, were used to grab those food plates coming out of the kitchen and serve them to the new customers. You are mandated to wear a mask but everything else is touched with their bare hands The chairs aren't sanitized but the tables are spritzed down and cleaned with the same cloth. The whole mask thing is a joke, when the surfaces and dishes are handled multiple times. Ridiculous mandate wearing a mask but yet there are no sanitizing rules in effect to protect the customers. An older gentlemen came out of the single men/women bathroom and asked for towels, the manager brings a roll out from the kitchen and tells him to tear off some sheets, while he holds the roll. Forty minutes later I used the restroom before I left and still no towels, I used my jeans to dry my hands. I asked the manager what is taking so long for sausage and eggs. He looks at me and says no charge for the coffee. Big Deal! I had plenty of time to watch as there is nothing else to do as I waited and waited, for an order that never came. I also observed a customer walk across the floor from the bathroom with his fingers halfway up his nostrils digging for something. I'm glad I wasn't the next customer at that table, but who knows who sat at my table before I arrived. I'm sure if they play the tape they will see me sitting waiting and the guy picking his nose. I don't care one way or the other about wearing a mask, I will wear it out of courtesy . . . but when a business has a sign on the door that a mask is required, but the the health of the customer doesn't work in reverse, it is hypocritical. I left and went to the Princeton Diner, where I was waited on and served a great breakfast by a pleasant waitress in a short amount of time. I left a 30% tip, Chang's will never get my business again. read more

Got lunch takeout for me and my coworkers and ordered pickup 2 hours ahead. When I arrived at the takeout counter, I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. There was no buzz or bell so I had to wave to get someone's attention in the kitchen, who then informed the host. Food was salty and sweet in general.
