Girl said she had my order, asked if I needed utensils and soy sauce, I said yes and said my order would be right out. 20 more minutes go by. One girl who is bringing orders out proceeds to bring orders to cars that came after me and THEN I got my food. Got home it was barely warm, no utensils or sauce. Never doing that again. read more

Get to the restaurant and they say we are at the top of the list and it will be 30 minutes so naturally we walk around the mall waiting for the text. We get back to the restaurant at 7:45 thinking our table has to be ready by now. They have given our table away. They said they texted us but we never received it and the hostess looked dumbfounded like it wasn't her fault and there was nothing they could do after showing her the phone. This is unacceptable. If your system doesn't work, don't use it, and don't punish the people who are trying to support your restaurant. Don't trust this place. And they have a 94 health rating... my local sheets gas station has a 96. Will never return unless I am contacted by management. read more

I ordered take out from here a few days ago. I was excited because I have not had PF Chang's in quite some time but can generally depend on the consistency of their food. Boy was I wrong!!! I ordered the mongolian beef dish, honey chicken, wonton soup, lettuce wraps, and chicken fried rice to share with my kids. Everything was ok EXCEPT the mongolian beef. I ate a portion immediately and it tastes gummy, and not so fresh. I decided to come back to it the next day, thinking it just needed a good heating. Nothing changed. Ordered via Yelp actually, for GrubHub. It was NOT an overall good experience. The girl answering the phone was nice. We ordered two nights in a row, since it was the only thing open at that time. The first night we specifically asked for silverware, napkins and soy sauce. I even called since the order I placed was via an online ordering system in Yelp. Didn't get any of that. At all. They did drive it out to us but by then our food was already cold. The second night we wanted spare ribs, which are oddly not on their Yelp ordering menu. I had to get the manager to help and it was too late to put the order in through their website too. So he ended up sending them free of charge. That was the best part of the meal. The fried rice was terrible. We ordered extra meat because the night prior it was actually good. Bad decision. Every piece of meat was dry. Like leather dry. Delivery took the max time both times. Not sure if that had anything at all to do with them, just mentioning it so you all know. If it's your only option, then at least you won't be hungry. Restaurant was very clean and decor was perfect for an intimate setting. Our waitress was decent. Not as attentive and somewhat forgetful. We had to ask several times for the "heat". The dumplings were amazing (pork and shrimp). The crab wantons were okay a little dry for my taste. We also ordered Mongolian beef (spicy) and Szechuan shrimp (spicy). I have a long history with P.F. Changs. As a teenager it was one of my first experiences with "nice" dining. I lived in cities for 13 years where I had to go to a metro area to dine at P.F. Changs and always loved going there. Even having lived by Southpoint and occasionally dining was still a good experience. However, the experience at Crabtree Valley Mall is lackluster on many levels. For starters...the parking. It is ridiculous. I can appreciate the valet service, however, we are not handing over our car to someone else in that sea of madness. The sheer volume of traffic this location endures decreases the experience. The food is subpar and overpriced, the atmosphere is LOUD, and the furniture is worn. If you are dying for P.F. Changs, get it to go. I wish this company would branch out and have freestanding restaurants versus being attached to mall areas. Oh well, I can get mongolian beef from other places with less hassle. read more

Just picked up chicken lettuce wraps & spicy chicken. Must admit, Pei Wei's chicken lettuce wraps are SO MUCH BETTER! I literally only ate 2 bites & threw the rest away! May be the same or similar recipe but I've never had a complaint about the wraps from Pei Wei! Spicy chicken was mediocre at best & we would've been more satisfied with ordering from Wangs! Love the food here. Server tonight was a bit lacking. Had to track her down to refill beverages and she seemed out of sorts. Food was served hot, but we weren't offered the little seasoning plate they used to have sitting on the tables when they first opened years ago. AC must have been on because I felt it down my back about every 10 min to the point I kept my scarf on during the meal. Even my date noted it was 'breezy'. They no longer bring the "make your own sauce" pots to the table, which is incredibly disappointing. We had to ask for hot chili sauce and our waiter looked at us like we were from Mars, she had no idea what it was. The service was SO slow. We went at 2:30pm, after the lunch rush and the place was not busy. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive. The food tasted good, it was just slow to get to us and again, see above for my disappointment. Also, when did PF Changs raise their prices? We didn't order drinks, ordered 2 meals and an appetizer and ended up paying over $50 with tip. And the meals were some of the most inexpensive on the menu. We didn't order from the kids menu and didn't order dessert because we weren't planning on spending $80 for a late, random lunch. Last night, we ordered takeout from P.F. Chang's. When the delivery person left, we realized we had the wrong order. I called the restaurant and spoke to Eric Brown. Eric bent over backwards to fix the problem. After I called, he had our order re-made, then called me to say that he was having someone bring it to our house post haste. He called again to say that she was on her way and then she called when she was close to our house so that we would know our food was coming. Plus, Eric sent a $25 gift certificate to make up for any inconvenience. Above and beyond! I truly appreciate Eric's professionalism and exemplary customer service. We are loyal P.F. We have been to this location a few times and time may be our last. We got in on a Saturday night without much of a wait, which was probably the only thing that went right. We waited a long time for someone to get our drink order and the server that finally took it was not our server. We ordered the crispy avocado rolls. The edamame gave them a weird texture. Hubby ordered sweet tea. It was unsweet. Hubby ordered the Korean steak dish and it was so well done he couldn't eat it. While waiting for a new dish, the server brought more sweet tea. Once again, it was unsweet. The walnut shrimp I ordered was a different recipe than before. Still it was good.
