Never had a worst experience at a restaurant! We were visiting with family and made a reservation on Open Table. When we arrived for our reservation, we were greeted with an ill-tempered hostess and were told we were going to have to wait 45 mins even though we had a booking confirmation for the time we arrived. When we asked to speak with the manager, she was just as rude. if I were working for Corporate, I would be thoroughly investigating the culture at this location and firing the manager and front staff immediately. Been dining at PF Changs for years. Never coming back to this location. Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Appetizer arrived WITH dinner. That's sucks. People don't want their appetizer with their main meal all at once. They used to give extra lettuce cups, now they charge .99cents. Any why tf are restaurants charging $4.50 for a coke?! Food arrived barely warm. The orange chicken was like rubber & left a funky coating/taste in your mouth. The rest of the food tasted like old fridge or dirty dishwater. Just an overall terrible experience right down to the STALE fortune cookies at the end. And paying $100 for the same shhht Panda Express cooks is crazy. Will NEVER be back. read more

Very disappointing experience. Long wait time for food, and once we got out food it was NOT at all the quality I remember from past visits to other PF Changs! The only decent thing we had was the Mongolian beef. We ordered the kids Teriyaki chicken which we all tried and it had a really off taste so we sent it back (and were told the chef agreed). The orange chicken and lo mein tasted worse than Panda Express. The only credit I'll give is the server was nice, though made very few visits to our table. Yes, it's not Mr Chow's in Beverly Hills...but I don't care because I've always liked it here, there and everywhere...and still miss their (closed) locations at the Beverly Center and Santa Monica. But PFC still makes & prepares healthier Chinese food that checks all the boxes. Believe it or not, I dined at their very 1st location nearly 30 years ago in Scottsdale, Arizona with family & friends (wow I feel older than I am ;) I've always been a PFC fan. But it's been several years since I've indulged with them because I mostly eat clean & lean...but I'm thrilled to report that all is still good & great. The service tonight was outstanding -- led by the Manager Rosa...the GM Caesar...and our sweet & lovely waitress Maria. I requested a booth with the resy and seated at the best table in the house -- angled with a view throughout the entire restaurant (and Dodger game on tv in bar area) and the exterior overlooking The River. The Host, Drew and the servers & busboys were all smiles and responsive with dropping off & clearing the plates. My Pink Lotus Cosmo tasted very good and accented with Lychee Liqueur opposed to Cointreau -- fantastico touch. However, I don't drink much alcohol so I'm a lightweight. I haven't had a cocktail/drink in 3 months and didn't even catch a slight buzz so I'm not too sure how much Kettle One was poured into the Cosmo. The party is clearly at P.F. Chang's 7 days a week, but especially on the weekends! Came in around 5ish for dinner and it was a full house. We were hungry and the wait times were growing so we opted to dine at the bar, close to the drinks and the kitchen for prompt service. Andrea I believe was our server and she did her absolute best. We had the Vegetarian (tofu) Lettuce Wraps, Lo Mein, Shrimp with Lobster sauce and some drinks. There was some confusion with the spring rolls on our part so we ended up not doing those. My buddy Art was expecting traditional spring rolls, but they do something more elevated especially with presentation. He doesn't do pork so the egg rolls were not an options. I think poor Andrea didn't realize he just wanted to cancel the order and kept bringing us fresh rolls of different kinds. I had a field day with the Lettuce Wraps. The buddha's feast is typically a go to at any location for me. Always enjoy the vegetarian options (as most are vegan by default). Though we were satisfied the food was lacking a little bit of flavor. I definitely need a touch more marination on the tofu and some extra sauce to kick it up a notch. By the time we paid and left - which they bring the bill over to you after all your food and drinks are in... which I found odd, especially if you wanted to add an item or an adult beverage. We made sure to have the rolls removed as we didn't eat them and they were pretty good about that. I'm grateful for the the service, variety and quantity, but compared to other locations I've been to the flavor, layout and wait times just don't make me want to rush back. We enjoyed a late lunch this past week at P. F. Changs and it was a great experience. Our server was attentive and friendly, my meal was delicious. I had the spicy chicken with fried rice. My table mate had the Asian chicken salad which he said was a little difficult to mainly due to the fact they just put large slices of chicken fanned out on top not mixed into the salad. The ambiance is the same as it was since it was build and really could due with a refresh. Overall a nice dining experience. read more

P.F. Chang's used to be the greatest until they got sold. It seems like they're trying to get things back to the old style, but ordered Ace Asian Caesar salad. It looked amazing in the photo and when it showed up the piece of farmed raised salmon, which I thought it was wild was absolutely small and horrible to the taste buds Salad was so so but wasn't cheap and think I am taking this P.F. Chang's off one of my old favorites, they are going downhill and when you see Farm raise salmon, you were getting no benefits from the omega-3 fats that people need. It was hard to eat. It was so dry and tasteless. When I asked the waitress Farm raised or wild I sort of knew the answer before checking with the Chef. We tried this spot for the first time in this area and let me tell you we weren't disappointed at all. Our waitress Isabel was amazing she was friendly and attentive with us along with her manager. We ordered our food and appetizer and my husbands food was made with an item that he asked not to have and the plate was taken and fixed right away. Service was on point. Our food taste delicious my honey shrimp was delicious and his chicken chow mein was also delicious. Our only small complaint would be our appetizer we got the chicken lettuce wraps and the lettuce was in half pieces and we would of enjoyed fuller pieces and a little more sauce but the chicken was cooked perfectly. Placed an order last week for delivery. $27 for Mongolian Beef that was dry, gamey flavor, and the portion was so small it was a joke. $20 for Sesame Chicken which was also not great. The Tempura Battered Green Beans appetizer was truly the only thing that was good. What I was also bummed about is that PF Chang's did NOTHING to secure our food, knowing that it was a delivery order. In other words, seal the containers, or seal the bags. When you know a delivery driver is coming to pick up an order... SECURE IT! Staple the bag closed. Wrap tape around the bag. Tie it. Lots of possibilities! Most other places do this to protect their customers. It's wild to me that PF Changs doesn't. Disappointing. Never again. I usually love pf Changs but this location is so understaffed and each time we come here it's a mess. This will be our last visit. They messed up several of our dishes, forgot to bring the soup and appetizers and worst of all 20 min after ordering the waitress came back to tell us the they ran out of tofu which multiple people had ordered, so then there were basically no vegetarian options for us. And the dishes we had to substitute with came out much later than the rest of our party who had already finished their dishes. The last time we came the customer service was terrible, but the food is always good. When you get the right servers it's great. We were able to be seated right away last night at the bar, even though it was the evening of Valentine's Day. The bar actually had more attentive service so it was perfect. On our receipt it said Joel was our server My boyfriend and I ordered the kung pao chicken and Ma po tofu with white rice for each entree. You can also get fried rice with it for a $5 up charge. I actually prefer kung pao chicken at Panda Express more. Here at P.F. Chang's it tasted pretty good when it was hot, but seemed to lose its flavor as it cooled down. I was also expecting more of a kick and spiciness to it, but it did not deliver. The Ma pi tofu was perfection, it has such a yummy taste to it. The texture is great as well it's not too hard or soft, but a nice firm feel. The sauce is fantastic too so you can keep dipping the broccoli in the dish with it. We ordered some drinks. I was interested in the Midnight Tokyo due to the butterfly pea extract. However I was worried since I'm not partial to sour or bitter drinks. Our waiter suggested his favorite, the Asian Pear Mojito. It did taste very crisp and refreshing, it was very tasty before we squeezed the lime into it. We did still order the Midnight Tokyo after our dinner. It's an interactive and fun experience. It starts off a beautiful dark blue. After you add the lemon juice in and mix it with the rock candy stick, the hue settles on a pretty violet hue. The taste is contrasting to the presentation and look of this drink. It went down very rough for me, it was still very bitter for me even after having some of the candy in my mouth. Hendrick's gin was quite strong and I probably will not order it again. read more

I liked it but if you don't like tart I wouldn't recommend it. The patio is closed although it doesn't look torn up, I was told due to storm they were working on it. We got the chicken lettuce wraps, the shrimp steamed dumplings and the miso salmon. The salmon was slightly over cooked but everything else was great. The dumplings had a lot of shrimp in them and they were so light and pillowy. The sauces, if you've ever been to a Pf Changs are the stars. The sauce was so good, you wanted to drink it. The chicken lettuce wraps came with fresh, cold and crispy lettuce. The chicken was nice, and not too salty. Great flavor. The hot sake I'd pass on. It was terrible. They do have a full bar too so you could get anything. We order the egg drop soup which was on point and delicious, the wonton soup was not on point, the taste did not taste good, the crispy honey was not on point, the chicken was not crispy plus there was not enough honey sauce over it, the kung pao chicken was not on point it could have been seasoned more to taste good, but what was on point and delicious Asian pear mojito, this was so refreshing in this 113 degrees hot heat. So when the bill came my sister told the waitress exactly how she felt, she apologized a few times, then went to talk to the manger, she came back with a New Yook style cheesecake, and comped her meal, that was a wonderful gesture on P.F.Chang's hospitality, Oh I did tip her well not because she was super cute, because she was friendly and did her job. read more

PF Chang's doesn't know how not to be so greedy that their in-restaurant food quality and service don't suffer. We order from the restaurant almost weekly at home, with usually satisfactory results, so we were unpleasantly surprised to have our WORST PF Changs starting with dining-in starting at 5 pm on Christmas Eve day, which is always a particularly busy day for all Chinese restaurants that offer dine-in or delivery. Now we have tried to order from PF Changs in the past when they cut off delivery service early, like on some busy weekend days, which is smart - but they didn't but it off on Dec. 31! Entrees were taking over an hour to deliver in-restaurant and two out of three of our meals arrived badly overcooked. There was a light with a blinding and hot bulb over our table that was only remedied by the waiter TAPING a cloth napkin over the shade and us waiting half-expecting it to catch fire and flutter down to the table. I politely reported all of this to a manager at the front desk who came to our table and promised to "take care of the meal for you." We all heard that as "we're going to comp you for the remaining food and take the bad stuff off the bill." No, they just took off the charges for the two bad meals and just gave us 25% off the remaining meal and drinks, we still paid a total of around $80. By then, around 7 pm, the place was SO jammed and noisy we just gave up - but they just lost a regular customer for both delivery and in-person dining! read more

The restaurant is in a fun location and prices are decent. Now, the positivity ends. We were there during the memorial weekend. They were busy but not all tables were filled. They seemed very short staffed, there were about 3 waiters serving 20 tables. They would take your order and pour your water and then disappear till the food comes. Then a quick delivery of food and gone again til they bring your check. The food was so salty that I couldn't even touch the shrimp. The other food was extremely salty as well.. Absolutely horrible. Pretty much inedible. Had the rubbed ribs. Tasteless! Vegetable fried rice, tasteless! Chicken lettuce wraps were the same, no flavor. Crispy honey shrimp were very good. 1/2 price bottle of wine was good. We ordered extra cold martinis when we sat down, by the time they came to us, they were warm......server was nice and funny but he couldn't deliver. Terrible seating system. We arrived at 6:15 with no reservation. The host told us it would be just a couple of minutes. Then all the reservation guests started streaming through the doors and we kept being moved down the queue. We assumed that we had a place in the queue but instead they basically put us on standby. If we had been told this at the outset we would have found another restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes the host told us it would be another 20. We called around trying to find another restaurant and at that point it was too late to get in anywhere in a reasonable time. After 20 more waiting minutes we finally left.
