We are a couple with a toddler, we were seated at 5:45pm. Ordered 2 drinks, wontons, lettuce wraps, tuna roll and kids meal. By 6:20 we had received the drinks and wontons. Roll arrived at 6:25 and we waited until 6:45 to get soy sauce. We also asked for the check at that point, waited again. Went up front, asked for a manager, waitress appears and goes to check us out. Food we never received is on the bill. Still no manager. As I'm walking out the door with my family the manager shows up and tells us we've received the value of our food and he can adjust the bill; but he knows that's not what we're looking for. I tried to order food on their website for delivery as I have before. Website kicks me off because it is not taking their gift cards and claims I tried too many times. I call in. Lady tells me to down load the app. I do. It does not recognize my address. I call back. They WON'T let me order food for delivery over the phone. I guess business is too good for them through this pandemic. I fear we are only going to have corporate restaurants left. I am now ordering from Shame on the Moon. Better food anyway. read more

We have been loyal chang's and pei wei patrons for years, all over the U.S. Two days ago, my wife and I visited the pf chang's in Rancho Mirage, CA. The service was dismal. A shift change occurred and we were hustled off to another waiter who seemed to cover the entire restaurant. After asking repeatedly, we finally got our bill and departed with our "take-home" of Mongolian Beef, which was the worst meat we've eaten. I just threw it away. Deciding to write a nice little review for two of your employees because I received such GREAT service. I'm cautious when going out to eat due to my food allergies. I had asked to speak to a manager to ensure my food met my specifications. Trenton was so delightful, attentive, and caring when it came to my allergy. I have never been so disappointed in P.F. Chang's before. It is my last day at Rancho Mirage and I wanted to enjoy the night with my family. I had gotten an reservation at a different restaurant in case we wanted to try something new, but my children wanted P.F. Chang's. So my daughter called and asked for the wait time was and if we were allowed to walk in and as we were told that we can walk in. We canceled are reservation at another restaurant. When we got there, my daughter walked in to get us a table. The reception had the audacity to tell my daughter they don't allow walk in's even though they told my daughter that walk ins were allowed. When I walked in all I saw was 5-6 employees just talking in a group and when I told them that I canceled my reservation because of their stupidity. All they responded with was a sorry and that's it. They took advantage of their paychecks and didn't even care to the fact that they were gonna get a bad review for that. Maybe if they actually were taking their jobs seriously I wouldn't be writing this review. They should be happy I didn't ask for the person in charge, or they would see the end of their paychecks. read more

Oh Boy! There was not much good I can say. We came here around 8-ish. Our server tried the best he could, but I am unsure if he was new or not. Looking around it was obvious the crew was ending their night and didn't care what was going on around. From my table I saw the management team sitting between the bar and a corner table. From the looks of it, they may have been doing server check-outs. The Chef/cook was making jokes with the bar staff. My server, was struggling from the beginning. I ordered the lobster sushi roll for an appetizer, and Seafood Lo Mein for dinner. My wife ordered edamame for an appetizer and Soup for dinner. Our edamame came out cold, so we sent it back. My wife's dinner, (the soup), came. The server said he was sorry, and he doesn't know what happened, as he typed in, "as entree" for the soup. My appetizer still hadn't come out. As my wife and I ate the 2nd edamame, the roll finally came out, she started on her dinner without me. Time passing, the server comes back and informs me my dinner went out to another table, and it be a little longer for my entree. Looking around, continuing to see everyone getting ready to end their shift, I can't help but wonder where the management, and any support staff are to help this poor server struggling with every course served?! How come he didn't tell anyone he needed help, or did he? Regardless, where was the management team to check on table service? It wasn't even 9pm yet, and the entire restaurant could care less about guests! I have to say, I was very disappointed in this location. The food was good. My kids and i decided for Mother's day, since I was not with them; we order from the restaurant. It was done online.I asked for a 6:15 delivery. The delivery man called at 6:15. Said it would take a long time. Finally got it at 8:22. It was tasty. I ordered a lot. Enough for at least two dinners and two lunches. Tomorrow, I will enjoy it more. The Delivery man was very nice. I ordered about $90 worth of takeout and was pretty disappointed. The floor staff and bartender were great--working hard and very kind. My issue is when I order an entree with shrimp and they use the shrimps that are the size of a grape, that's a problem. I don't even buy those creepy little shrimps at Ralph's so why would I want them in a nice takeout dish? They even used them on the dynamite sushi roll--! When I order a battered honey chicken dish, I know there will be some batter but I don't expect to bite into it and find so many pieces that are mostly batter. I almost feel like the kitchen is doing everything to slash food cost at the expense of the patrons. I can not recommend this chain. I've actually had higher quality dishes at some of the local Asian restaurants around the valley. They got me for $90 today but never again. I should have followed my instinct when I walked in and I noticed it was not very busy. Sorry to say this because PF used to be a decent option for a good meal. read more

The food was good, the service was horrible. So bad, that my tip reflected the service. It was crappy. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. We ordered our appetizer that took forever to get to our table. It arrived AFTER our dinner. The waitress never came around to refill our drinks the whole hour and a half we were there. She left the dessert menu, but didn't come back for about 20 minutes. By that time, we just wanted to get out of there. We came for happy hour and figured you couldn't go wrong with staples like spicy tuna roll or chicken wings. Well, we were wrong. The spicy tuna rolls were not spicy at all. I couldn't even taste a hint of hot sauce. That's probably because the vinegar taste was too overwhelming. The chicken wings had a nice flavor but was too salty.
