    GF Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

We decided to try their lunch specials that start at 14.99 and they didn't disappoint. Big plus that some of their dishes can be gluten free. I was able to try their GF spicy chicken and it was very delicious. Also their fried rice was cooked to perfection. The service was great and attentive.

Can eat almost anywhere for $50 a person

Woah this place got expensive, 27 dollars for Mongolian beef. It's the smallest portion of beef I have ever seen. 162 dollars for a dinner for 3. No leftovers and the food was good. Not great, total rip off.

Service was great.. They didn't have any soup bowl clean so we had to wait longer to enjoy that meal. We never received one of our appetizers so we had the waiter take it off the bill. My Lemon Drop was delicious. My family had fun.

Sweet potato dumpling. I didn't like it.

I use to love this place but I'm over it. What I will say is that the cocktails are top tier. Especially the frosted cranberry cosmo and lemon drop. This particular experience was mid. The food was just okay. The service was slow. The ambiance was the ambiance per usual.

Paid a visit with friends to the PF Changs after a long time. Glad we made a reservation as there was a short wait. We were seated right away, service was pretty prompt. The Japanese old fashioned was well made, id recommend the drink ! For mains, we ordered chicken, lettuce wraps, egg drop soup, Mapo tofu and dynamite shrimp. Overall the food was pretty decent, better than what we expected. Would have liked some more flavor and spice.

I had received an email for $20 off a $40 purchase so I figured we hadn't been to a PF Chang's in a while so let's go... I read over their menu online and saw they were offering a Special Chef's Feast Menu for 2 starting at $39.98 and you can combine the offers so that's perfect. The special includes a cup of soup or house side salad, one appetizer to share, and one entree per person w/ a side of steamed white or brown rice. You can do different upgrades at an additional charge. So we went with a cup of hot & sour soup and a cup of egg drop soup. My husband liked his hot & sour soup because he likes spicy food. I had the egg drop. I've actually never had that before because I just didn't like the looks of it. I normally eat wonton but that wasn't one of the options offered. It was actually pretty good. It had a good flavor and I would eat it again. For our appetizer we had the Chicken lettuce wraps. This is one of my favorites and I always get this if I see it on a menu. They were delicious and the chicken was very flavorful topped off with sauce provided. For our entrees we shared the Mongolian Beef $4 up charge, and the Crispy honey shrimp $3 up charge with white rice Both entrees were delicious... We had plenty of leftovers to take home and no room for dessert. You could also add on a dessert for an $8 up charge. I really wanted that Great Wall of Chocolate Cake... maybe next time. It did take a while to get our waters refilled and to get our check because our server was also the bartender even though we were sitting at a table but she was quite busy making drinks. I hope to return soon and try some other selections...

1/27/24: We made a reservation for dinner. Prior to entering the restaurant, you'll see a tall horse standing guard in front of the restaurant. Came at our designated reservation time and seated immediately. Justin was our friendly server. Cocktails: Started out with Lunar Elixir & Coconut Mojito! The Lunar Elixir is on the sweet side. It reminded me of Bazooka Bubble Gum. The Coconut Mojito was definitely the winner. Appetizers: Crab Wontons were just okay. Could've used more crab. Entrees: Salt & Pepper Prawns & Chang's Spicy Chicken. Both entrees were very good. The Prawns were nicely seasoned. However, the Spicy Chicken edged out the Prawns. We had white rice for sides. No dessert. Trying to work off the holiday desserts. Very good customer service from beginning to end. Parking is plentiful for PF Chang's, as it's located in the Willowbrook Mall.

Dessert was this fried bananas with coconut/pineapple ice cream. ABSOLUTELY LOVED this!!

We always go to the PF Changs at the Tropicana in Atlantic City and we haven't been there since before Covid. Had lunch there before heading into the mall for some after Christmas shopping. We started with the Crispy Green Beans and the Dynamite Shrimp - both were DELISH!! My son ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken, his girlfriend ordered the Singapore street noodles while I ordered my tried & true order of Salt & Pepper prawns with brown rice Angel was an excellent waiter - attentive and provided great recommendations

I was in the mood for Chinese and ordered from here. I ordered the crispy honey shrimp online. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and went to the back for pick up. A nice man got my food and gave it to me. When I dug in, it was just ok. The flavors were just ok. All in all, I had an ok experience.

We've gotten their mixed platters (for 2 and for 4 in a bigger party) which always includes lamb chops, chicken chops, doner, shish kebab, chicken kebab, Adana and a Turkish meatball alongside rice/bulgur and cheesy bread, red cabbage pickle, and salad. Always fantastic with meats cooked to utter perfection. We've also tried the yogurtlu doner with tomato sauce which is solid, but not my fav. Shepherds salad seems unassuming but is FANTASTIC. Hummus is mid-tier but passable. Adana Kebab is absolute perfection and a little spicy and delivers very well too. We also tried their onion kofte kebab special which I wasn't sure about at first since I'm not a huge fan of lamb that tastes like lamb but it grew on me fast -- a little sweet and sour, tangy, and extremely rich from the fattiness in the meatballs. Truly a perfect plate, though perhaps not everyone's cup of tea. The service is always attentive and not overbearing. The restaurant is massive, clean, and always has patrons -- very cute interior and lots of booth options (yay!) Desserts are solid though I feel they are a touch overpriced. I enjoyed the ice cream and the lava cake. Dervish has become a staple in our comfort food rotation.

Upon arrival at this cozy, inviting, and relaxed BYOB establishment, we were greeted by the owner, Robert, and got a table immediately by the window. The menu featured a variety of Italian, seafood, steak, pork, and veal dishes that change with the seasons, including a full gluten-free option catered especially to those with celiac. Their usage of an iPad shows the rotated specials was a novel idea. For starters, we decided on the Artichoke Hearts and Apple Salad. Our main meal consisted of Linguini and Clams as well as Eggplant Parmesan. The food was constantly fresh and prepared exactly how we had ordered it. The portions were healthy portions. The price was comparable to the area. The staff was attentive and wanted to ensure that we were happy. Our server was Juan. We had a wonderful culinary experience.

I had my back to the bar, but from what I was able to see this is a very cozy place. Service was quick and attentive, and we did not feel rushed and were able to enjoy a pleasant time chatting. Drinks: the black walnut Manhattan, Fig jam old fashioned, wine , beer and port. Drinks were all excellent, i tasted the Manhattan and enjoyed it over the Fig Jam. For apps: Clams oreganato (the couple with us enjoyed this), flat bread (was much more like pizza than flat bread, but still tasty, per my husband), and on the special New England Clam Chowder which was very good, not too thick and decent and fresh clams in it. Entrees: Shrimp Risotto scampi, very flavorful Risotto cooked perfectly. Two of us ordered the Cajun Mahi Mahi, over spinach with mashed, and 2 shrimp. the Cajun sauce was tasty with the perfect amount of heat, shrimp and mahi-mahi fresh and cooked perfectly. Rigatoni Bolognese which my husband enjoyed and said it was almost as good as my Italian mother's (like a good son-in-law) lol Dessert: Crème Brûlée - Brûlée was perfect, the crème was a little too thick for me. I ate it and enjoyed it, but not the best I've had. My husband ordered the key Lime Pie happy that it did not include nuts in the crust as some do, he thought it was good. Overall we had an enjoyable albeit pricy meal with good service. I would come back if other's wanted to go but it would not be my go to place.

***2 1/2 stars***…read more I've driven past this place on 23 a gazillion times, and...there's a reason it's never occurred to me before now to stop in. It honestly looks pretty shady/decrepit (though looks CAN be deceiving) and has an equally suspect hotel next to it that could easily find itself the centerpiece of a true crime doc. But it WAS open on Jan 1, we needed a lunch spot after the First of the Year hike, and one chum in particular had a hibachi hankering. So off we went. I'm trying to be as diplomatic as I can, but it's honestly in massive need of upgrades throughout the establishment. Beyond the outdated decor (the bar was ROUGH looking), it smelled like cleaning products in most areas, and that was pretty obviously because they decided to do their cleaning during normal business hours. There were literal buckets and bottles of bleach on the floor. When my chum and I went to use the restroom shortly after arriving, we couldn't immediately go in - the bathroom was temporarily shuttered for cleaning, despite the fact that the restaurant had opened within the hour. That flat-out shouldn't happen. I don't know if the staffer in charge was late but this is basic upkeep that should be done before or after customers are on the premises. That's all to say the vibes aren't great, and some of that is easily fixable. I can't say we really built up an appetite navigating a bike path for an hour in the snow and ice, but we did get two apps to split - the chicken katsu at my request, and rock shrimp. The rock shrimp were very good; decent portion/large shrimp, but the katsu was a miss. This is the second time I've been burned by this particular dish, I think because I keep deciding it's going to be chicken katsu curry but without the curry it's a very, very dry, flavorless item. Both times this has happened, the chicken katsu was accompanied by a watery tonkatsu sauce that was overly sweet and not great. But again, this isn't the first time this has happened so this may not be an issue specific to Izumi - maybe this is just a crappy app? Anyway. If you're katsu curious, I would recommend only ordering it in the context of the curry. Despite initially eyeing up the chicken katsu option on the lunch menu (which I was told wasn't applicable for a holiday), I succumbed to peer pressure and joined the hibachi bandwagon, opting for the chicken. A few chums got steak, and I think at least one got shrimp. Honestly, the chicken is a miss and I'd avoid it if you can. It's super dry (at least they're consistent in that regard with the poultry), and the teriyaki they're using for it is super salty. Just not a good dish. I tried the steak, which was significantly better, as was the shrimp, which was my favorite. Very tasty. The star of the hibachi meal though was the fried rice and the noodles. I initially asked for white rice, thinking there'd be a ton of shizzle in the fried rice (like onions, peppers, etc.) but it was literally just rice and egg from what I could tell. The noodles were delicious and widely acclaimed in our party. So ultimately uneven but the hibachi had some highlights. I'd say the service was pretty decent. A lot of the hibachi experience comes with a bit of showmanship from the chef, by definition. I haven't been to a ton of hibachi places but the fellow we had was pleasant and...skilled at hurling zucchini into people's mouths? I guess that's an endorsement? We had tons of food and I don't recall any complaints about the meat prep or anything involving the actual cooking. I feel like I've seen "flashier" performances but it's certainly not something I care a ton about - I'm in it for the food and can watch an exciting portrayal on the Criterion Channel from the comfort of my home. Honestly, this would have been a neutral or slightly positive experience if the fumes from the cleaning products nearby weren't a constant presence; it was like eating a meal in the hall of a hospital wing. I think you can do quite a bit better than this place, for your tastebuds and sinuses.

The place is very pretty and very comfortable, with music at a tolerable level. I would have preferred listening to ethnic music rather than generic current pop music, but that's me. My gripe, not only here, is if I'm in an Italian restaurant for dinner, why play Springsteen? My suggestion to any restaurant that serves ethnic food is to play ethnic music. Keep the music soft so people don't hear it, yet they hear it. This rant is from the musician part of me. That is absolutely not true. My wife, my daughter, and I got another dinner out of what each of us could not finish. Whether the prices are fair or not, well, everyone has to make that decision. She said that she would definitely go back. Sac Kavurma (beef)... my wife had this and loved it. She is also looking forward to going back. Old Fashioned Oven Brick Sauté...I had this. OMG! This is a very interesting preparation. The spices are so darn good. Be certain to ask the server to show you how to slice open the "Oven Brick". Yes, yes, yes, I'll be going back. Having had Turkish food and Mediterranean food many times, I know that bread is often a highlight and a real treat. The bread was just okay here. I am referring to the bread that's presented to you when you sit down at your table. I'm not referring to specialty Flat Breads that you might order off the menu. We didn't order any of those. Dessert: We ended up ordering the Pistachio Cake, but we took it home since all three of us were stuffed and could not eat anything else at that time. On the other hand, the female waiter was very sweet, pleasant, and courteous. The service was also extremely slow. It took about 20-25 minutes just to receive the pita bread and olive oil. About 20 minutes later, we were given more pita bread while the olive oil was never refilled. We also weren't given any update about our entrees. We then waited another 25-30 minutes before our food finally arrived, we weren't provided with water at all nor asked if we wanted a drink refill while we were waiting. The restaurant wasn't packed (over 50% of the tables were empty) so we didn't understand the slow pace. By that point, we were honestly considering getting up and leaving. We decided to stay because we hoped the food would make up for the long wait, but unfortunately, it did not. We ordered hummus, cheese phyllo rolls, the Mega Mix, Falafel Platter, and a Shrimp platter (which NEVER arrived and we were charged for/NO REFUND!). The cheese rolls were disappointing as it's a favorite of ours, but we couldn't taste the cheese, the falafel platter did not taste good at all, and 95% of the plate was left untouched. The meat on the Mega Mix was also disappointing. We eat a lot of Middle Eastern food, both at restaurants and at home, and all of us felt that the seasoning was off. The rice tasted oily and didn't have the flavor we would expect from Middle Eastern rice. Even the mint lemonade, which we have often both at restaurants and at home, tasted off. We didn't bother with dessert and just wanted to pay the check and leave. Overall, it was a negative experience for our family.

Parking: Plenty of parking available…read more Service: There was about a 20 minute wait when we went at 6:30pm on a Saturday. My husband put our name in for a party of four and gave his phone number for the text notification but the hostess accidentally entered us as a party of two. Thankfully, the table that was ready was large enough for four but it could have caused an issue. As a note, she remembered and realized she mistyped it and apologized immediately. Our waiter was friendly, though the service had a few hiccups. My chicken quesadilla (which I ordered as my entrée) came out well before everyone else's meals. When boxing leftovers, he asked whether I wanted the sides, sour cream, and salsa included. I said no, but when I opened the container the next day, everything had been packed together anyway. Food: The chicken quesadilla was delicious and generously filled with shredded chicken. Drinks: The frozen strawberry margarita was excellent. It was filled to the brim and stronger than what you typically get at a restaurant. Overall, I'm chalking the service issues up to it being a busy Saturday night. We'd still happily return to Jose Tejas whenever we're in the area.

Went there for a late lunch as it has been three years since our last visit and truthfully will…read morebe our last. When we say the table even though was wiped down was sticky and damp. The food is the reason I'm writing this review. Ordered the Cajun popcorn shrimp for appetizer and it was beyond salty. The sauce helped but the salt was the extent of the taste. My wife had the fish fajitas and I had the pulled chicken tacos for lunch with fries. The fries were over fried like chips but the pulled chicken tacos was downright not right there was a chicken pot outlets chicken with a taste to the chicken. I had one bite put it down and pushed the plate away. I was done. My wife ate some of her fajita with her comment being that it's was really spicy. I asked for the check. The waiter asked us for boxes. Seeing that we didn't eat the food we said we weren't taking anything. I told him to have someone check the chicken as it's not right and he said he would let them know. He came back with the check I paid the full check and again mentioned to the waiter that someone should really look into the chicken as someone will get sick and we left. My wife was upset as she was upset I paid the sill receipt but my point is the following. Reputable locations who take their businesses serious pay attention and monitor their patrons. Ultimately without them they don't have a business. Your representative taking care of us saw we barely touched the food if at all. This is not normal at an eating establishment and your only concern was that we didn't want to take the food home. Following my warning on the food there was no concern just collect your check and rip. Enjoy the hundred bucks we will never be back. Left a star as I couldn't post with none.
