I recently purchased a car through a dealership that had a crack in the windshield & was to be replaced. The dealership works with Paces to complete the repairs & I had a great experience working with them. The first time my windshield was replaced, the employee Christian was extremely kind and efficient. Once the replacement was done, he let me know that there was an issue with the windshield (to no fault of paces) and that he would let his manager know so the car dealership could provide a solution for me. While I was unable to get any information from the dealership on the next steps, I was able to reach out to Paces & got immediate answers and updates. I was really grateful that I could rely on them to provide me with quick & accurate information. My new windshield came in & a different repairman was able to come to my house the same day & do the replacement. I had another great experience with Brandon who was also very kind and efficient throughout the process. Overall, everyone I came into contact with while working with Paces was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Called yesterday, because my new window was ready at the dealership and I needed it installed, and the dealership recommended I call this guy. He was nice on the phone and said he could come out next day, just text him my address, and he'd even pick it up at the dealership for me. Great. I said I was available any time before 11am for sure, and if he needed to come later than that just give me a time. He said okay. 11am rolls around, nothing. Texted at 11:15, called at 11:30, no response. Called the dealership at 12 to ask if anyone had even picked up the window - nope. Texted him never mind I'll go elsewhere and went and picked it up myself and got in last minute at another auto glass place. Had to waste my entire day dealing with this because I showed up unexpectedly and it was a complicated window to replace. He finally texted me just "sorry" at like 4pm. Seriously? I know I scheduled last minute but I wasn't expecting a next-day appointment, if that's not something you can do don't offer it. Not showing up or answering the phone and then barely apologizing 5 hours later is beyond unprofessional. read more

Called MARCUS for a small chip on my Lexus windshield. Marcus was polite, asked me to send him a photo of the chip and said that the repair could be done. We scheduled a time for him to come out to me at my work and do the repair. It was simple , fast, and he did what he said he would do. I was pleased with the results and would not hesitate in using him again if and or when I get another chip. Price was $40 . While his work is on point, Marcus called about payment that was set up through the Future Ford, our trucks windshields are under warranty, we do not pay him directly. As a business person we understand the importance of payment however, bill the correct person and wait of payment. Do not call people who have nothing to do with the payment and harass them. As it turns out, leaving an aerosol can in a car on a 106 Degree day isn't a good idea. My pictures show the aftermath of one of the bigger bonehead moves I've made in awhile. Thankfully I found Pace and they were able to minimize the pain of my ordeal. I started off by looking at Safelite just because they're well known and in theory would have been able to respond quickly. As it turns out, their first available appointment (mobile or at their shop) was a week away which did not work considering I was trying to leave town. Remembering I had previously bookmarked Pace back when I had a chip in my windshield that I was thinking of getting repaired, I looked them up. Funny, how having half the windshield practically blown out put the previous issue of the chip into perspective. Marcus, the Owner, answered my call and was able to provide a quote over the phone in less than a minute. I asked about availability and he said he could do it the next morning. The price was 40% less than Safelite and the turnaround was less than 24 hours. How can you beat that? I was told the tech would be at my house between 8 and 9. I can't even begin to count the number of times that I've had a service type company fail to show up when they say they will. I couldn't even get people to show up when they said for a free lawnmower I was giving away on Craigslist. Needles to say, I was skeptical of having Pace show up on time. It was a pleasant reassurance in customer service to find the tech setting up at 8:30 just as promised. The tech was very friendly and professional. Within an hour the windshield was replaced and looked as though nothing had ever happened. I also appreciated the tech thoroughly explaining the precautions to take until the new windshield could permanently set. Based on the experience I just had, I highly recommend calling Pace for your next automotive glass repair or replacement need. read more

Although his website his minimum fee is $149, that was not the case for my repair. I had a chip from a rock on my front winshield, smaller than a dime. He quoted me a price of $40. It was also reimbursable from the insurance company with no deductible. I did not know that until he told me.
