Went here for the first time yesterday along with my mom. We were taken right away for our appointment and greeted so pleasantly. We were offered drinks, snacks, water. The salon is bright and beautiful. The perfect environment to relax and unwind. I had a really manicure from my former salon and Vivian was able to repair the damage beautifully. Mom was also very happy with her manicure. They gave us a card for their loyalty program as well. We will absolutely be going back. Had a wonderful experience the first time with Summer. She did exactly what I wanted, so I booked another appointment with her two weeks in advance (today). I arrived and checked in and was told to have a seat. I waited 30 minutes patiently and then went to the desk to check if she would be ready soon. Girl behind the desk asked if someone else could start me and Summer would finish. I said sure no problem. Another tech took me and before you know it he was doing everything. Summer was still working on her client until 5:30... She was working on her before I even checked in at 4. That's not running behind, that's double booking or taking a walk in at the same time. The tech "starting" my nails dug so deep under my natural nail with the small dremel tip and made me bleed. I've never had someone go so rough under the nail before. Since Summer clearly wasn't going to be able to finish my nails, I chose one color instead of the ombré French I wanted (and booked for) originally. After I was done there was no apology or anything. I was charged regular price and paid. I stood and waited to talk to someone and the tech that did my nails got nasty. "You don't like your nails?? What's the problem?" The problem is it's not what I booked and not with who I booked with.... If I would have been called or even told when I got there that Summer was running that behind I would have rescheduled or came back when she was done. He told me "You want ombré French I will do them right now then." No. I literally was just here for two hours and it still wouldn't have been with Summer. His attitude really pissed me off and the lack of apologizing and communication by anyone is unacceptable. It's a shame because the place is so pretty and I did have a good experience in the past, but after the way I was treated and misled I won't be going back. Pacfe, in the future you should tell your loyal clients when someone isn't available for their appointment... And if someone says they're unhappy with a valid reason for feeling that way, offer incentive to make it right. I said I wouldn't be coming back again and got laughed at. I tried this salon over the weekend because my normal nail tech is out for a bit. I am always so nervous to try new places but I liked their Instagram, read some reviews and decided to give it a try! I am so happy that I did! Ling did an absolutely amazing job. She took her time, asked me questions like if the shape was to my liking and was really focused on making sure my nails were done well. There were so many colors to choose from and there wasn't a color on the ring that I had that was similar to the picture I showed her so she even got up and looked for one instead of just telling me to pick a different one! She talked to me the entire time about different things, so I never felt uncomfortable. Everyone around me seemed very happy, which shows that all of the nail techs are good. Let me just preface this by saying I have been going here every 2 weeks for the past 3 years and had mostly positive experiences up until recently. The quality of work can vary as with most salons, with the exception of a few technicians who do a great job. I was consistently going to see Jessica who always gave me a great powder dip manicure & I always tip generously as I value the time and effort it takes. The front desk attendant Kristine is also amazing and always remembers my mom and I when we come in, I always had a great experience making my appointments with her. My first negative experience was about 1 month ago when one of my nails broke and I needed to go in quickly for a new tip/repair. They accommodated me right away and I was seen by one of the male techs (don't know his name but he wears glasses). Now mind you, this was ONE nail that he had to do and he immediately gave me a bad attitude like he was annoyed about doing it. Not only did he put on so many layers of powder that the nail no longer matched the rest of my nails, but he filed it completely crooked. When I asked to fix just the filing, I pointed to which side he should file and he did the opposite, as if he was retaliating just because I asked. It was one nail so I brushed it off and just ended up filing it my self at home. I still tipped him $5 for a free service which I now regret doing. Next, about 3 weeks ago I decided to switch to UV Gel. I made an appointment as I always do and was told that my usual technician Jess doesn't do that service, which was fine and I was seen by Summer who also did a great job. I made an appointment for this week with a male tech instead of Kristine, and told him that I needed a UV Gel manicure and Gel pedicure. I ended up having to cancel this appointment last minute because of a flat tire, but Kristine accommodated me with an appointment for the following day. My pedicure went fine but shortly after I sat down for my nails the male technician that made my appointment (don't know his name but he sits at the front desk a lot and also wears glasses) told me that they could not do my nails because I had not specified it was a fill and claimed when I made the appointment that I just wanted "gel polish". I'm new to UV Gel so I didn't know I had to specify the fill and that very well could be my mistake, but I had told him I wanted UV gel manicure on the phone and assumed they would still allot the appropriate amount of time for that, so I didn't understand why it was such a large issue. I was trying to understand why it was such a big deal so I kept asking him why they couldn't do my nails and he switched up and told me they actually could, but started raising his voice at me that next time I had to tell them it was a fill. I asked him not to raise his voice (at this point we were both yelling and arguing) and he had the audacity to ask me why I was getting upset when he was being aggressive, rude and contradictory. I just wanted clarification on whether they were going to my nails or not. To top it all off, the technician that came in to do my nails was my usual tech, Jessica, who I was told previously didn't do UV Gel? I'm not the only person who has had bad experiences with the male technicians at this salon as my mom had a similar issue months ago with quality and attitude. He only did her nails once and she asked not be seen by him again. There was absolutely no reason for him to speak to me like that over a small misunderstanding. It was extremely unprofessional and despite my previous positive experiences, I will not be returning. The quality is simply not worth dealing with some of the staff here. read more

I came here for my appointment as a new customer and the second i walked in I felt very uncomfortable as i told the girl i wanted ombre nails and the girl kept checking her watch and saying they close in an hour. I asked the guy who did my nails if i can do ombre he said he didnt have time to do it. I get off work at 5:30 PM and i hit traffic so it was impossible for me to get there earlier, as they asked me 3 times to get there at 5 instead of 5:45.. then i asked the guy who did my nails since he doesnt have time to do ombre if he can add rhinestones on my nails. He said he needs to see when he is done, then he never asked me again if I wanted rhinestones. I asked for a design as my nails were for a special vacation that I was going away for the next day and my design looks nothing like the picture I showed. He dipped my nails in the powder about 6 times making them way too thick that now on my vacation my nails have bubbles in them!!!! He also cut my cuticles AFTER my powder was already on and finished with the clear coating. Ive never been to any salon where they cut your cuticles after your nails are completely finished... i could also tell he was rushing so much through my nails. Overpriced too I paid $52 plus tip for basic color nails when this isnt even what I wanted AT ALL. I came to this salon as it was recommended to me to be really good at designs and crazy nails. If I knew i could only get basic color nails I would have just went to my original salon where I pay $35. I will never come back here again even with a coupon, i would only give this place a second chance if they gave me my 2nd appointment for free. This is NOT how you treat a new customer. I was outraged and upset and my nails look terrible now for my vacation. The only positive thing I can say is my shape came out okay. read more

I started coming to this salon as soon as they opened, most of the time I get a spa pedicure and a acrylic set with gel color. It's a beautiful atmosphere and for the most part the girls know what they are doing. Until my last visit. I made a appointment for a spa pedicure and gel powder. I started with the pedicure and Cindy was friendly and great at what she did. Then after my pedicure was finished I was taken to sit so I can get my nails done. A guy sat down and I explained that I no longer wanted to maintain the acrylic and I would want them filed down as much as possible and then powder put on. What remained of the acrylic would eventually grow out. Well the man gave me such an attitude and the owner as well. At that point I was very upset that they were making it out to be more then it was. So they said they would have to take the acrylic off and there would be a possibility that my nail would be too brittle. I hoped he would be careful when removing my nails. No he took a clipper and practically clipped the entire nail off . At that point I got up and was so upset that I had to leave. Then the man up at the front was like no don't leave we will give you someone else to do your nails. As they smirked at me and started talking amongst each other. I spend thousands a year on nails they need to remember there are nail salons on every corner here on Long Island and customer service would be one of the most important things in running a business. read more

David is the only person I will ever let do my nails! He is the BEST!!! A little pricy for my budget but always worth it

Not only is this place gorgeous & clean but the staff is so nice & professional. Such a nice vibe every time I go there to get my nails done. I recently got the dip powder done on my nails & LOVED how they came out. I got them done on a Monday but then that following Tuesday one of them broke. I called Pacfe to see if they can fix it since I was just there the day before, they remembered who I was (which is always a good feeling when you're remembered) said not a problem come on down & we'll fix the nail. They did that free of charge & I went on my merry way. Fast forward to Thursday, another nail broke. I called again to see if they can fix it, they told me absolutely come when you can. That is when I met Ling. Ling is amazing, her personality is one of a kind & is so personable. She remembered me from the first time my nail broke because my ring matched my nail color. That felt really good. The nails were originally too thin & that's why I was having so many issues with them breaking. She fixed the nail, did an amazing job, she didn't want me to tip her but I did anyway. She deserved it. Now, I am almost embarrassed to say this but as I'm walking out of the salon and into my car, a third nail broke. I couldn't believe it. I then went back into Pacfe, told them what happened & right away Ling helped me with my nails. Not only did she fix the 3rd one that broke but also applied a 3rd layer to all of my nails so they wouldn't break anymore. She went above & beyond to help me and my breaking nails. I was so appreciative. Because Ling did so much for me in such a small amount of time, I will be a forever customer of Pacfe nails. I highly recommend coming here, it's a beautiful salon & they have so many options for nail polish colors. read more

I love this place. Their equipment is the best of any salon I've ever been to. Always clean and they use the best products. They're gentle and do an excellent job. Please note that I'm usually doing a solid color powder manicure and a regular pedi; I'm pretty easy to please in general but this is the first time I've remained loyal to a nail place and had no wandering eye. The ambiance is very cozy and clean, too. They also offer really great deals - if you have the loyalty card and spend over $50 (easy to do with a mani pedi), they'll stamp you and eventually you'll have a $300 gift card. PLUS they give you $10 off for your loyalty. On my birthday yesterday I got a free $25 pedi gift card in addition to the 10 bucks off. The best bday gift I got all day! Lol read more

This is my first ever review. Long story short 1. I didn't end up getting the nail tech I requested & confirmed with the woman who made the apt, 2. The person who did my nails was nice, and it's no offense to them, I'm just not in love with my nails like I was last time. 3. I go to the counter to pay and ask for change of a $20. I pay my bill and tip my nail tech a typical tip ($5), the woman behind the desk looks at me and says "we usually tip more than that, would you like to give them more money?"- I was very taken back & won't be returning there ever again. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. There were 3 people in my party, and in total $320 was spent, not including tip. First off, all of the chairs are broken. The foot rest is completely unhinged, so the entire time my foot was uncomfortable. None of the massage chairs work, including the part of the chair that pushes you closer to the nail technician. For the price I'm paying to do my nails, I didn't expect to be so uncomfortable while getting my work done. Next, not every worker there knows how to do nails. One person in my party got an acrylic set with designs, and her nails came out nice. I wanted a gel manicure with a design and jewels. My nails look nothing like the picture that I showed, and there is WAY too much glue on the nail that has the jewel. I could tell that the person doing my nails has never done jewels before because she just kept adding more and more glue until my REAL nail looks like a glob of glue. The next person in my party wanted a regular manicure. Her nails looked like they were done by a 2 year old. It was all over her fingers, and the person doing her nails did not even file them down to the same shape. Unfortunately I don't have the pictures to show how horrible her nails looked because we immediately had to go to another nail salon to get them removed and changed. Now onto the attitudes of the staff. They are absolutely horrendous. Based off the price of the establishment, I didn't expect to be treated so horribly, and feel so uncomfortable while getting my services done. The lady doing my nails was so rude to me. While doing my gel manicure, she literally threw the item that has the nail colors at me because the color she painted on my nail was not the color I wanted. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn't even choose the color I actually wanted to do. When the other person in my party was giving a worker their tip, they huffed and rolled their eyes (it was a $10 tip). Then, when a part of my party went to go pay for their nails, the receptionist said that they recommend giving a $17 tip!! Mind you, this is the worker that did the nails like a 2 year old. I believe that a $10 tip for work we didn't even like was very fair, and asking for more is very nasty and rude. Please take my review seriously. I never leave a review and this place was so bad that I felt so moved to leave a review. I feel like I just $320 in the garbage (again not including the tip). First time I went to Pacfe Nail and it will 100% be the last time. To start the prices are too high for the work they do. The results are okay at best. My nails are uneven, and very thick. I also got a pedicure that they decided to do after my nails. I waited for them to dry but they were ruined. I had to go back to get them fixed. I waited 45 mins and still not dry. DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I made an appointment for 2pm. When I got there I was told I had to wait. After 45 mins I was finally seated for my pedicure. Why even make an appt just to wait?? The man who did my nails was extremely rough and had an extreme lack of awareness. He started using sharp tools on my toes and when I told him he was hurting me he just said ok and kept going. HE CUT ME TWICE WITH NO REMORSE. The outcome was eh, not crazy about how she shaped them. The girl next to her was doing a young girls nails and was SO RUDE. I couldn't believe it. I was really satisfied the first time I went here and got my nails done. I got them done by Luci and she did an amazing job, my gel manicure lasted for 4 weeks with no chipping (just major grow out). I returned for a second time with a different tech and it was alright. I waited about an hour (I had an appointment) for someone to help me. She was kinda rough and did my polish really rushed and sloppy. The polish started chipping in 3 days and all my nails started to break and split so I had to return to get them done again in a week and a half. I returned yesterday at 10am for my appointment and I waited an hour and a half for a tech to help me. Half of the techs were late and didn't get there until 10:45 due to traffic. The man who did them this time finished them in 15 minutes. He didn't file off all the previous polish on my nails so the color I previously had is peaking through the new color. My nails are all different lengths and shapes. The polish is all bubbly and there's 3 pieces of hair trapped under the polish on 3 different nails. It's been 24 hours and the polish is already starting to lift and chip. This visit will unfortunately be my last because For how expensive they are, I don't believe it is worth it for me to keep going there especially with how long the wait is despite having appointments and for the work to be hit or miss. read more

My girlfriend and I have been here twice. The place is very nice and clean. We had a spa pedicure first time and were there today for a spa pedicure. I was happy with everything until it was time for the 20 minute massage. A 20 minute massage should be a massage for 20 minutes, not losing almost half the time to have a paraffin treatment. The girl set the timer and then walked over to get paraffin in the baggie, waited for it to cool and applied to my foot. The massage on my first leg and foot was 5 minutes, not 10! I questioned it immediately and was told that's part of the massage. Um, it was not the first time I was there. I've been to many salons over 25 years and whatever time massage is what you get. No other place does this. You need to give your customers what they are paying for. There's a nail salon In every shopping center in this area, you'll quickly lose pedicure customers over this. read more
