I always gave this place 5 stars . I referred many people/ clients here . For the first time since coming to them for over a year now I was not happy ! I pay well over 100 for nail feet and of course I can't forget my massage . I still recommen this place ! It's beautiful the atmosphere is amazing and almost everybody there is super friendly and kind . Unfortunate for me. I got stuck with the one person who's not ! I have seen his nasty attitude before but never been the person effected by it well this past weekend I was .... Stay clear of ryan he has the worst attitude will rush as fast as he can to get you in and out with not great results... all my nails were different sizes ... then I asked him to fix them he got loud and then I said you don't have to do my nails if you don't want to and he said ok and got up and walked away beyond unprofessional! Lucky my girl brandy stayed late to fix my nail the way they should look. She has done my nails a few times now and I will be going to her only from now on I have seen just about everyone and their everybody excluding Ryan does do a beautiful job. I feel that he needs to be addressed and that his actions should be taken seriously being that I walked out spending $185 on my nails feet design and massage again my nails look beautiful I don't mind paying that price because you pay for what you get, but I don't think I should have to subdue to somebody's nasty attitude when I'm paying a lot of money for service. I will be going back and only seeing brandy from now on. I feel that Ryan's actions need to be handled bc he is the bad apple in the bunch ! read more

I've been to this salon before for pedicures with Maggie and she's excellent. But I went there this morning to get my powder gel soaked off and just a regular manicure. I've never been more rushed at a salon in my entire life. I sat down and Vivian took a Metro Card and attempted to pry my gel off my nails. She took the edge of the card, slipped it under where my polish was starting to lift and popped it off. Surely this can't be healthy for the nails? Not to mention... gross? I didn't even know what to do, I was baffled. Once she realized that wasn't going to work, she took the drill and removed the gel normally. She was extremely rough with my hands to the point where it was extremely uncomfortable, grabbing at my fingers/hands and contorting them in weird positions. Once she was done she just put her equipment down, mumbled "enjoy your massage" and walked away and disappeared. It was just a really weird experience. For a gel soak off, regular manicure and a 10 minute massage it cost $30, not including tip. Such a shame because it is a beautiful salon and close to my house but I'd gladly make the trip elsewhere from now on. read more

I wanted to find a nail salon nearby Stony Brook campus that did great work, while being affordable and Pacfe is definitely the place for me! The place is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with social distancing protocols observed at all stations. They are pretty serious about COVID, where there have hand sanitizer and temperature checks before getting serviced. The staff is very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail to ensure that clients get the best service. I got my spa pedicure and eyebrows waxed by Ivy and she made me feel so luxurious and pampered! I can't wait to come here again!!! I've been trying to find a good nail salon ever since moving to Suffolk county and I've heard great reviews about this place. The salon is absolutely beautiful and clean! Only thing is, I'm not really feeling the whole set up with sharing the UV gel light with the person less than arms length away from me. The first time I went there, I got a fill in and the nail tech Summer was very good! I would definitely recommend her. She did a cute design and asked questions about what I'm looking for. Shape, color, length, everything. Nails came out great. I get a pedicure from Gary and he was not gentle at all! He was super rough and I found him to be rude. Never asked if I wanted my nails clipped or filed, nothing! Clipped my nails way too short, that hurt. On top of that, his polishing skills needs some polishing. I went back to get another coat because it was so streaky. At the end of the day, I was willing to give the place another chance. I go yesterday and this is where I decided that I won't be returning. I get scheduled with Cherry to do my fill in, she was okay. Overall the work was sloppy and when I got home the gel nail polish started to raise and began to peel. Zoey who did my pedicures was an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART! and she did a wonderful job. I can't afford to keep coming back to get my nails fixed on top of that they're pretty pricey! Went in for a pedicure and dip powder manicure! First I would like to talk about the pedicure cocoons!! Amazing massage and the cocoon was so comfy and cool to sit in! Best pedicure I've had in a while! Tools were taking out of either a sanitizing envelope or new packaging. Gel dip power looks amazing I have wanted marble nails for a while but everywhere I go I've been told it can't be done! Well they did it and it looks beautiful! Decided to try this salon because my usual salon is by appointment only and didn't have openings the day I wanted to go. I've been following them for a while on Instagram and although I don't usually get nail designs, I was in the mood to get them that day. I showed the Pinterest photo to the nail tech and he did a great job with the design, almost exactly like the photo. The only problem I had with my visit is that I also got a simple pedicure and not only did he not trim my cuticles correctly, they charged me $28. I usually pay $18 at my regular place. My toes looked like they have grown out already and it was the first day I got my pedicure. He also did not trim the cuticles on my hands. I wish I would have caught it, I would have told him something. I'll probably come back to get another nail design on my hands, but the pedicures are way too expensive! read more

The nail salon is gorgeous and clean but the service was awful! Literally the worst and most rushed pedicure I've ever got. Then the nail tech started doing my hands at the same time that my pedicure was being done and I was twisted in my pedicure chair .. not relaxing AT ALL. Not to mention the lady doing my pedicure was using a nail drill on my toes and it was hurting me so bad! When I told her it was hurting me she rolled her eyes and was actionably annoyed! I admit I'm definitely a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, but rightfully so! If I'm paying $100 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure I don't want a rushed job that left me going to another nail salon 2 days later to re-do everything. I just left this place and got home and took a good look at my nails and to say I am disappointed is an understatement! First of all they aren't even filed nicely there are rugged edges and powder polish sticking out in weird places. Secondly my hands are a mess I know I have short fingers but come on be neat when you're doing a service. Lastly, this nail salon is a complete and utter rip off I can't believe the nerve they have at some of the prices they are charging for the stuff I literally got four little tiny flowers on my fingernails and they charged me 15 extra dollars to do it. I've been here 3 times. I love the way my nails come out always beautiful color no chipping or breaking. I do the dip powder every time and they stay on no issues for Atleast 3 weeks. However, every time I go, and I've had different people each time, they burn and cut my cuticles so badly. I went yesterday and all but 2 fingers have cuts and burns all over them. It is super painful and annoying. Maybe if the nail technicians slowed down and acknowledged my concerns when I verbalize them I wouldn't have this issue. read more

I've been here a few times and like others have said, it's a hit or miss. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and clean. I've gone about 3 times and each time my nails were uneven which is annoying but I'm not too picky so I didn't point it out. Think, one hand longer than the other. The very last time I went, the man who was doing my nails took my powder nails off with a METRO CARD. I was horrified and it hurt so badly. He actually broke my real nail in half and it started bleeding. He literally put his finger to his lips as in to keep it a secret and glued my actual nail back together! I was so shocked I couldn't even say anything and couldn't help the few tears coming out from the pain of having my nail slit in half. I will not be going back here again. I hope they have updated their practices and aren't using metro cards anymore. read more

Good for nails only, extremely poor quality service with lashes! I came here in April with my friend and we both got the lash lift and tint. Both of us experienced fried lash tips so bad that we had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I would recommend getting lash lifts at a business that is specializes in it instead of coming here. My lashes are very short and the tips are crimped. DO NOT GET LASH LIFTS HERE! read more

My first visit there I thought went well, got a powder dip manicure. My nails were filed unevenly but I dealt with it. When I went back the second time to get it removed and redone, the person doing my nails told me powder dip isn't good for my nails and that they were very weak, and I should do gel instead. She was using clippers to cut off parts of the powder dip left on my nails after filing and soaking them. I have never had this happen before. I asked if it had been a bad job originally and she said yes. I told her that they were done at Pacfe three weeks prior. I have never had a problem with powder dip and have been doing it consistently for the last 7 months, every 3 weeks, at another place until I moved. The person who did my nails this last time did a great job, but I'm super disappointed with my first visit. I'm hopeful that there is no long lasting damage to my nails because of the poor job done the first time around. read more

Worst experience ever today. I certainly didn't enjoy getting a chunk of skin ripped out of my finger. I have never bled like I did today during a manicure. To top it off, the girl doing my nails was dripping sweat the entire time. Throughout my visit she continued to wipe her forehead with her hand then go right back to touching me. DISGUSTING!!!! Hi, Hola Azul, soooooooooooo... the pedicures here are really amazing. However I had a issue with the waxing. They burned my arm quite a bit. The wax was somehow stuck to my arm in their attempts to rip the hair out. The wax was extremely hot gripping my skin for minute after minute. This is kind of concerning . Please look at attached photos . In addition to this uncomfortable experience they attempted to give me a lousy 25$ gift card. Didn't even take my service off the bill... the space is very clean and very beautifully decorated. it wasn't my first time getting my nails done here but it was my first time with ryan. i wanted to get my nails done as i was going to the eras tour and wanted to do a nail for each album. i got gel powder so i wanted to get a color for each nail, 10 colors in total. i felt quite bad for it but i didn't think it was going to be very hard. i did feel like he was complaining to his coworkers about doing it. one of the colors that i chose was not done but that could have been my fault. my left pointer finger though was crooked but overall i was okay with it. read more

This place SUCKS!!! I went in for blue ombre acrylic nails with an appointment and they gave me to Brandy. She drilled into my fingers, hurt me, was rude, and was arguing with me the entire time. At the end she up charged me and gave me black French tips and she didn't even do a good job at that. There were bubbles in the nails, and they were SUPER thick. Like tying cinderblocks onto my nails. I called that same night and told them I would appreciate some type of compensation, they gave me a free nail set coupon to use and I set an appointment in the same phone call. When I came back for my appointment I called the day before to be sure I had the coupon and they said I did and that I would be able to use it. When I got there they told me they had no record of it. They were rude and unhelpful. The girl at the front desk said the coupon does not exist because she "didn't answer the phone." They ended up telling me I can get the fill in for free but I would have to pay for any color or design which defeats the whole purpose of getting nails done. The colors still would have came to $50 without the fill in charge or any design which makes no sense. Do NOT go here. read more

I absolutely love PACFE nails and I cannot say enough about them! The salon itself is huge...immaculate and beautiful. Everything is decorated in pink, details with fur, with beautiful crystal chandeliers and 2 big screen TV's!! They even have a really nice wicker swing in the lobby area! Honestly the most beautiful salon I have ever seen. I feel very safe here during the current pandemic as every tech sprays down each station prior to taking any clients. There are dividers between you and your tech as well as distance and a divider between you and another customer. My tech is Ling and she is the sweetest person and very talented. Show her any picture and she can easily duplicate it. I love intricate designs and she's always made my nails look beautiful! When Ling is not available I have had Daymen as my nail tech who is equally as talented. To be quite honest all the techs here are very artistic and everyone leaves happy with a smile and beautiful nails/toes. Ling also does the BEST brow waxing I have ever had! However, this was the worst powder gel I have ever had in my life. Within 24 hours it was cracking. Within 48 hours there were chipped pieces missing. A week later and 50% of my gel has chipped off. This salon looks beautiful but by far the worst service I have ever received. I went in for dip powder and a pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre and the polish started chipping two days later. Now for the real reason for the review- the dip powder. I had to return to the salon 3 times for the same set. The man who did my nails (Gary) only did 2 coats. They were so thin that 2 of them broke the next day. I called and asked if they could be fixed, they told me to come in and when the woman was fixing them she made a comment on how they were very thin (she did a great job on the 2 nails she fixed but I did not get her name). A few days later- another 3 nails break. I call again and the woman on the phone told me that I can come in and they will fix the broken ones AND also add another layer to the rest so they stop breaking so easily. Well, when I go in I get a nail tech that was extremely rude and unprofessional (unfortunately did not get her name, she wasn't wearing a name tag). She started off by trying to remove the broken nails by shoving a nail tip underneath. I asked her if she could please soak them instead because I don't want my nails to be ruined. She got annoyed, shook her head and even at one point raised her voice saying "let me do my job I know how to do nails". She proceeded to do my nails and all she did is fix the 3 nails (only doing 2 coats, making them thin again) and did not do the rest of the nails as I was told on the phone. I got up when she was done, and she was speaking very loudly with her friends/coworkers obviously talking about me. I told the woman at the front desk what happened and that my nails were still thin because she did not do what was told on the phone and she told me she could get someone else to do it. I told her no I just wanted to leave as soon as possible because I was extremely uncomfortable. Well, no surprise here that FOUR nails broke again after this visit and I ended up soaking them all off at home. Complete waste of time and money. I spent $90 and drove there multiple times just to have to soak everything off within a week. read more

On a whim after googling nail salons I was hesitant to try a new salon, I thought I would give Pacfe a try. I had no choice since I just found out earlier my normal nail salon closed their doors for good. I took a chance as a walk in and was told 15 minutes. And 15 minutes it was. Jerry came over to greet me and escort me to his chair. He helped me choose a color, navy blue. He cut and filed my nails just as I asked him and I love my snowflake designs. I was so pleased with how nice my nails came out. We chatted a bit (small talk) as well as with the girls on either side of him and also with the customers. Even had a few laughs. Everyone was so friendly. It was awkward at first being in a new place but by the time I left I felt very comfortable. My original plan was to nail salon hop for a bit until I found the right fit for me. But Pacfe gave me reason to come back and be pampered again. Great first experience! Wow wow wow!! What an amazing salon. From the decor, staff, cleanliness, color selection and more. This place is a 10/10. I made an appointment for an acrylic fill with gel polish, I was running 15 minutes late but they were so accommodating. Instead of taking someone in place of my original appointment, they waited for me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and acknowledged for having an appointment. Nico did a FANTASTIC job on my nails, they were exactly what I wanted. I'm so picky when it comes to the length, thickness and shape of my nails and she nailed it (no pun intended!) I haven't had nails in about 4 or 5 years so I had no idea where to go but I knew I wanted my nails back. So I went to the place I used to go not to far from here and it didn't work out because they kept telling me 10 minutes for 45 minutes. My friend recommended this place, so I came here on a Sunday, the Sunday before Christmas, at 4pm and I couldn't be happier. I came in pretty hesitant because they looked packed, I waited maybe 5 minutes. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and they gave me exactly that. I even changed my mind on the color and wanted it darker after one nail was painted and it was no problem at all. The place itself is soooo pretty and cozy. I'm so used to going to two different places for my nails and my pedicures but I'm going to try them next time for a pedicure and I can't wait ! read more

Went here for the first time yesterday along with my mom. We were taken right away for our appointment and greeted so pleasantly. We were offered drinks, snacks, water. The salon is bright and beautiful. The perfect environment to relax and unwind. I had a really manicure from my former salon and Vivian was able to repair the damage beautifully. Mom was also very happy with her manicure. They gave us a card for their loyalty program as well. We will absolutely be going back.
