Had my jeep smogged here about three weeks ago. When I called they were the best deal around so I went straight there. After arriving I was greeted immediately by a smiling women that was ready to get my vehicle started. The owner promptly came out and got my jeep into the shop and started the smog. This place is quick, reasonable (be sure to get the $10 discount on Yelp), and I believe very honest and ethical. I don't know too much about the smog inspection process in California, being somewhat of a new resident. But I have heard some places charge you if your car fails, and this place does not. The receptionist and the guy doing the inspection were both really friendly. The results were automatically sent to the DMV via online service. Only thing I'll note is that older vehicles (over 30 years old) can't use the online coupon. That's understandable after seeing how much work goes into inspecting an older car. Smog checks aren't really a fun thing one looks forward to doing, but these folks make it pretty darn easy. The staff is very professional and courteous. The waiting area, if you don't feel like standing outside in the cold, is thoughtfully stocked with various reading material, a TV, coffee, and even a space heater.
