The GE WASHER and DRYER as well as the exact Subzero I was interested in were not on the floor but John provided pictures and information on the Subzero. I contacted Pacific Appliance Group because I was in the market for a new fridge after mine went bipolar and stopped working. Of course, 2 weeks after I purchased my new fridge, my old one decided to work again. Anyway, I was assisted by Reba who was instrumental in helping me with my purchase. Because my cabinets were built around the dimensions of my old Samsung fridge, I needed a fridge with the same dimensions that could fit in that space. Reba was kind enough to take the time to research which fridge would be a perfect replacement for the old one. She even took the time to look at all the possibilities to give me several options that I could choose from. That's what I call an EXCELLENT salesperson! The pricing was the exact same as all the other big box stores such as Home Depot and Best Buy. The only thing that sucked, was the time it took to get it shipped here. It was by the grace of God that my new fridge came in 4 weeks instead of 6. As soon as Reba found out that my shipment came in, she immediately contacted me to schedule a delivery date. Thank you Reba for monitoring my purchase!! Unfortunately, the downside of living on a rock in the middle of the Pacific ocean is having to wait for big items such as a fridge to be shipped in. I bought my kitchen setup from this company 6 years ago. I worked with Bob Suguhara on my order. 4-5 years in, I had an ongoing issue with my range, and Bob managed to get me warranty help even though it was past the due date. He responded quickly to my request by email even after all those years. Today, I emailed him about my lights going bad inside my fridge, and he responded immediately with a plan of action. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! BE AWARE THAT IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AND SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH THE ITEM, THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU EVEN IF IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!! Thirteen months ago we bought a kitchenaid refrigerator from this store. While the fridge was under warranty it stopped working. On the 19th January we phoned Pacific Appliances and they told us to get hold of A&E appliances as they were the only company certified to work on kitchenaid Appliances on Oahu. We phoned A&E appliances and they told us that the soonest appointment we could have was in two weeks time. Two weeks later they arrived to make a diagnosis, then order the part, which would take another two weeks!!! A month later they arrived with the part, only to realise that they had made a misdiagnosis! Another two weeks for the new parts to arrive!!! It is now 9th of March and we still do not have a working fridge!! The technician arrived yesterday and supposedly fixed it, but it is completely broken! During this time we have been in touch with Bob and Pacific Appliances from whom we bought the fridge. He has been singularly unhelpful and done little more than directing us back to A&E Appliances! He has refused to take any responsibility in this situation. Be aware, that if you buy an appliance from this store and something goes wrong while it is still under warranty, they will do nothing to help you!!!! read more

Did everything without even stepping into the showroom; online presence and email responses were top notch as well as follow up calls. Products are high quality and installation was timely and very neat. Curtis installed the equipment with an assistant.
