I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this restaurant delivers to my area; when calling I wasn't very hopeful as I'm in a small village a few miles away. I ordered for three people and the price was comparable to other local places. The portion sizes are definitely on the large side, and delivery prompt. The fried rice and spare ribs are by far the best in the city, while the beef teriyaki and chicken fingers were very tasty. I personally ordered the Egg Foo Young and Hawaiian lo mein; the former was decent, but was slightly overshadowed by the noodles, of which I ended up having multiple servings. We've ordered take out from here a bunch of times... most of the time the food is very good and super hot when we get it. Super quick delivery. Our go-to dishes are chicken and broccoli, chicken lo mein, chicken or veggie chow fun, general's chicken and crab rangoon. Overall, better than many of the Chinese restaurants we've ordered from. My only complaint is that the chow fun as way too many scallions and bean sprouts maybe? I like more chow fun/ less green stuff. Well, after reading a few reviews, I got buffaloed into trying this place. Fantastic people, very nice. But it ends there. The fried shrimp on the PO-PO plater were pounded flat and deep fried to the consistency of wood, along with the chicken wings, that had absolutely no seasoning at all. What they call an egg roll, also no taste and nothing inside except some bean sprouts. Spare ribs good. Now the "House Special Chow Fun". Certainly no FUN eating it. A tasteless mass of blob. Should have known this place was a no go, when at the bottom of each page on line shows a portly Italian chef with a mustache carry two pizzas. What's with that ?? read more

I ordered SHRIMP WITH GARLIC SAUCE .. so tell me why my sauce looks like brown shit sauce ? My second order was sesame chicken , so why is my chicken MUSHY & uncooked ? I'm literally nauseous. So , I decided to call them. Not sure who they recently hired as the phone person but she was a complete asshole towards not only me but my boyfriend. We did not come at her in any type of disrespect & she gave continuous attitude like it was my fault that they messed up on my order ? Lol like okay. All I asked was why my order came like this & she continued to say it was garlic sauce. Why does this taste AND look like lobster sauce then ? I taste nooo garlic what so ever. Nasty. Chicken finger tasted like crap and were oily and soggy. Rice was burnt tasting. Lo mein was mushy and over cooked. Scallion pancakes would have been good if the drained the oil off them and there wasn't enough sauce had we eaten them. They also have the orange "duck sauce" which I don't like. Pacific Asian Cuisine is my favorite restaurant. Vicky Lin and her staff are true culinary experts. I love their General Tso's Chicken with vegetable fried rice. The general tso's is sweet and slightly spicy. The vegetable fried rice always has plenty of vegetables and seasoned just right. Today, I also ordered the Won Ton Soup. It was light and comforting. I also like the fact that my friend and I was able to have a great conversation. Service is always with a smile. Other menu items I truly love are their carb ragoons and egg rolls. read more

This was an unfortunate turn from a place that once was good and fast. Ordered food for takeout was told it would be half an hour. Asked them to please call so we could be sure dogs were secured. An hour later phone rings, I answer they hang up. Wait at the end of the driveway trying to flag the guy down as I watch him drive back and forth. Call them back, clarify location, okay fine. Wait another 20 minutes, nothing, call back to cancel the order and told "Oh yea we already did that" So thanks for cancelling the order without letting us know. The ribs were rubbery/chewy, the breading on the chicken didn't seemed like it was cooked all the way through and the crab rangoons were soggy. On top of all that, the service was terrible.
