I brought my car to PAB to have the front bumper, drivers side door and right rear quarter panel repainted. They took a little longer than I expected to do the work, but the car looked great after they were done. Some of the paint came off of the front bumper within about 72 hours, but they had me bring the car back to look it over. It took a little convincing to have them repaint the bumper, but they did repaint it at no cost to me. The owner of PAB is a good guy and I can tell he takes pride in his work, and he wants to do the right thing for his customers. Short version: I would give Pacific Auto Body a 4-star review for a number of reasons but I'm knocking off two stars mostly for their terrible, recommended in-house Hertz car rental. Long version: Pros: - Friendly, up-front, communicative. Barrett was the one who talked to me and was very easy-going and professional - Good bumper work Cons: - Maintenance guys scuffed/dirtied the side of the driver's side door with their shoes when they were getting in/out. It's still scratched but I was able to clean up the dirt. - The work (replace the back bumper) took longer than expected because they needed to order parts but they kept me in the loop. The last day I had to call. To be clear, Barrett recommended Hertz. Normally I would post over on the Hertz Yelp site but I think this needs to be communicated to Pacific Auto Body customers if they are recommending going with Hertz. Also, Hertz on Yelp already has terrible reviews. To put the Hertz issues in perspective, here's how Enterprise treated me: 1. Asked me to pick any car I wanted off the lot. I picked what I wanted. 2. Then they realized Geico was giving me 50 bucks a day so they upgraded my car to a Mercedes they had. 3. Asked me briefly during the walk-around of the car if I wanted extra insurance. Their extra insurance was 10 dollars a day. 4. When I returned the car, checked it with me to see if I left anything. Here's what I had to deal with at Hertz: 1. First thing they asked me was about extra insurance. Except they had split it up into three groups, each of which was 11-22 dollars a day. If you went with the full insurance it would have been something like 50 bucks a day. I picked 33 dollars a day. I also decided to go with their gas plan. I left feeling a little nickel-and-dimed. 2. I asked what car I was getting, they gave me a Nissan Altima that was about 27 bucks a day. 3. When we went to go look at the car, the engine was running. Hertz rep was surprised. After she left, I walked around the lot and noticed there were 3 other cars that were turned on. Wasting gas that is going towards mine and future customers' gas bill. 4. Car smelled terrible and it was generally unclean inside (sticky stuff in the cup holders, etc.). 5. I returned the car after 6 days (initially 3 days). I asked the receptionist how much I would pay, she checked on the computer, said Geico was covering it all. I was confused, asked her to look into it a bit more, then she realized my bill was $250 for the 3 days. I knew I had to pay something, but it seemed like a lot. So I asked her to please send me the final bill or at least give me a call before they charged my credit card. 6. When I returned the car, I realized I had left my garage door opener in the car about 30 min after. I called them back, they said they had rented the car out immediately and had checked everywhere, didn't see it. I spent the next three weeks calling Hertz about 2 times a week - they had promised they would call me back but never did. I was friendly during this entire time. Even though they said they checked everywhere, they seemed surprised when I said it was in the sunglasses compartment. So they obviously didn't check there. Eventually I called on the 4th week and expressed my frustration at their lack of response. The rep asked me "You don't think it's your responsibility to call us?", obviously forgetting that she had promised to call me back to at least let me know where the car was. 7. About two weeks passed. No call, no email. I checked my credit card statement; I had been charged $400. Of course this is AFTER Geico. 8. When I called the fourth week about the garage door opener to express my frustration I also mentioned that they promised to send me an invoice. The rep said she would send it right away. To this day I have not received it. As a result, I have no idea if what I was charged was reasonable. In most places this would be considered unethical and at least places of service would offer amenities or refunds for forgetting to give receipts. So to sum this up, here are the things I learned about Hertz based on these experiences: 1. They are completely unorganized. Not checking their cars, not properly looking at customer invoices, forgetting about customer requests, etc. Probably a function of a big rental car company, but a little sad. 2. Either their reps are overloaded with business, they just don't care about customers' experiences, or both. 3. They are a 'nickel-and-dime' type of company. 4. Problems here are both the fault of the Pacific Auto Body reps and the fault of the company as a whole. 5. Hand out false promises. I thought Pacific Auto Body was a good company. Sadly, their Hertz affiliation and recommendation ruined my experience. I won't be recommending this place to my colleagues and friends. read more

I got rear ended by a truck and ended up taking my SUV there. Barrett is a first class owner who came out and took care of it and all I had to do was drop the car off. He even arranged a rental car for me and dropped it off at my office. What service !! After the car was finished, he took the car into the dealership and got it inspected and detailed before having me pick it up. Looks good as new. When I returned my rental, I left my garage door opener in the car. Again, he drove out to my office and dropped it off. Way to go out of your way for your customers. read more

I took my BMW X3 in yesterday for an estimate on what I was convinced was serious paint damage on the roof (we won't get into it because it pains me, but I believe my soon-to-be-ex-boyfriend took my baby through a car wash and the roller scratched the shit out of my roof!). Barrett was very attentive over email and told me just to stop by after work, and he'd wait for me if I was running late. Got to Pacific Auto Body and Barrett was ready to come out and have a look. He was actually happy to report to me that all I would need is a wet sand/detail rather than any paint work. He referred me to his favorite detailer, did a thorough once-over of my car (just bought it used in January and the prior owners apparently couldn't park without dinging something) gave me phone numbers and I was on my way in 15 mins. I was referred to this place by BMW Seattle to repair some significant collision damage to the car body. When I dropped it off, the place seemed satisfactory. The staff was friendly, and it wasn't too hard to make an appointment. I did think it was odd that they didn't give me an estimate of how long it would take. This was a harbinger of the bad things to come. The entire experience took nearly 4 weeks to resolve. The repairs were satisfactory, but I have had similar damage repaired at other places for the same car, and it took nowhere near as long. I wouldn't have a huge problem with the excessively lengthy process, if they actually communicated with me during it. Not once did they ever contact me about the multiple delays, even though they had my number. Not a single time. Is it that hard to call someone? I had to repeatedly call and ask why it was taking so long. Inevitably they blamed it on the insurance company. Perhaps that was true, but then shouldn't you notify the customer that the process will take longer than expected? Hearing the same excuse for multiple delays got old quick. They never offered a real apology for any of it. It was very frustrating. This place has tarnished my image of BMW Seattle for it's affiliation. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

What I know about cars...virtually nothing. What I know about great service...a whole hellavu lot. Barrett helped me out with an estimate on my Nissan. (small dent on the front corner) I had been quoted everywhere from $650-1,100 to get this thing fixed, but he took a moment, wiped off the paint from the fence that hit me and explained I could go with paintless dent repair that would only cost a few hundred. He also referred me to someone that could do it for me. Wow! What service. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I always feel like I'm getting swindled in these type of situations. (Which is probably true most of the time) Kudos to Barrett for being honest, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I will keep them in mind if I ever need repairs in the future and have already referred a friend to their shop. read more

Good. Tripp was very responsive and a great guy to talk to. Bad The car when picked up was dirty with watermarks all over the glass, as if it was left outside in rain all month. The interior was dirty and dusty. The trunk was not put together correctly and looks like an amateur job. One of the panels in the car was left out and I have to go back and pick it up later. I have been to body shops before and this was the worst shape the car was returned. I called them few times about the parts and they would say we will call back but they never did. Even when the car was done, I figured that out by calling them first and they did not call. Needless to say Tesla repair took over a month, but Tesla has the share the blame for slow delivery of parts. read more

I brought in my 2008 BMW 335i Coupe for a RR fender repair. The repair work was pretty good. The color and texture matched the original. No runs on the paint or clear coat. No masking mark. There were a few surface bubbles which is common even for the best body shops but this is not something your average consumer will even notice. My ratings would have been much lower if the owner, Barrett, did not go above-and-beyond taking care of other unforeseen issues to make up for my initial poor customer service. Overall, the repair work itself is one of the best I've seen. Barrett just needs to better manage his work load so that the vehicle is ready when promised and follow-up is timely. My only gripe is that he tends to over promise and under deliver. Other than that, I really appreciated all the extra work he did at his cost. Thank you. read more

Just an update, as I had to recently take my mother's older Mazda econobox into Pacific Auto Body to fix a fender bender. Barrett worked with our insurance company to negotiate a reasonable repair price that ensured the car wasn't deemed a total loss/salvage, yet still repaired the damage properly. My mother didn't want to just be given a check and have to search for a replacement vehicle, since her beloved Mazda had very low miles and a like-new interior. Cutting to the chase, Barrett's folks did an excellent job in repairing the new fender/door damage and Barrett even gave me a small bottle of the matching car paint so I could touch up several other spots on the Mazda that had suffered minor dings and scratches. My mother is very happy now and thinks she has an almost new-looking "Granny-Mobile." Trust me, you can't beat the personal service from Barrett and Pacific Auto Body! read more

I have one complaint for pacific auto body. I turned in a hardtop BMW convertible on 5 May and was told that it was ready for pick up the first week of July. However, when I picked it up, I noticed several big issues and my inexperienced self was able to identify that the car was not fixed: with the top down, the windows and trunk did not open and there was an occasional warning signal. For how much time and money was put into the car, I expected to have the car retuned when it was actually ready. I made it clear that time wasn't a concern since I had a rental car, and my family wanted to make sure the job was done right. I thought the initial job was sloppy because it was a mistake to waste my time when there was something clearly still wrong with the car. That being said, once I retuned the car and the rest of the problems were attended to (which took another month) there have been no further issues. My family has been pleased with the result. read more

I was actually prepared to write a really bad review because, as mentioned by several other reviews, this place is slow. We had to have a door replaced on our Mercedes and it was in the shop for an entire month. The delivery was delayed several times, once because they ordered the wrong part, and then several additional times due I guess to high volume. So I was very frustrated with them by the time we got our car back. However, the car looks beautiful and was vacuumed and polished to the point that it looks almost new. A spot of erosion on the hood was buffed out even though it wasn't the reason the car was brought in. Overall, high quality work but just slower than expected. I'm writing this review while my Tesla Model X is still in the shop. Once I get it back, I'll update the review to account for the repair itself. The communication from Pacific Auto Body has been horrendous so far, and they seem to be very disorganized. Overall, every single update they've promised me either didn't happen or didn't contain any useful information. So far, delays and poor communication from their end have cost me, at latest count, at least five weeks of delay in getting my car repaired. At this point, I won't have my car back in time for the beginning of ski season, and may not have it before my rental allowance from my insurance runs out. The only reason I've rated them two stars and not lower is that the staff is always nice and seems like they want to help, even when they can't or won't. Among the issues I've faced so far: (1) When I initially brought my car in for a preliminary estimate on a Monday, I was promised that they would have the estimate submitted to my insurance the same week. I had to contact them to get the estimate and forward it to my insurance myself. They didn't get me the estimate until over two full weeks later. (2) After my insurance approved the estimate, the shop refused to order parts until they had a physical check from my insurance company. I might be able to see this if I had some fly-by-night insurance company, but I have Progressive, who they work with all the time. Ultimately, this is their business, but it's unusual, and struck me as an unnecessary delay. (3) After my insurance inspected the car and approved the claim, they sent a check immediately. Over two weeks later, I went into the shop to sign some paperwork to find that they still hadn't ordered the parts. According to them, they hadn't received the check yet. When I insisted that insurance had sent the check some time ago, they found it in a pile of papers behind the front desk. (4) They told me the check was for substantially less than their estimate, and that they couldn't order parts until they knew which parts insurance had approved. I had to contact my insurance company myself to sort this out, and it turns out the shop had already gotten approval for all the parts they requested (detailed by the insurance estimate they received), and the outstanding balance was for labor, which they'd approve on final inspection. Notably, my insurance mentioned that this is standard practice, and the shop should have known this. After Pacific Auto Body found the estimate from insurance that they had already gotten, they ordered the parts. (5) Once the parts were in, two weeks after ordering them, I got a call from Tesla informing me of this. Not a peep from Pacific Auto Body. I had to call them and tell them they had my parts. Of course, they couldn't confirm this, and it took them several days to even figure out that they had the parts. (6) Once they confirmed they had the parts, they finally allowed me to schedule the repair. Their next slot was over two weeks out. I understand they get booked up, but they had previously agreed to let me schedule early and hold the spot, but that went out the window at some point. They weren't obligated to do so by any means, but I do expect them to either follow through on what they told me, or at least inform me that it isn't possible. Instead, it was as if that conversation never happened, and there was nothing they could do to get me a sooner slot. (7) When I dropped my car off, I was given an estimate of 2 weeks for the repair to be done. I know this wasn't a firm estimate, and I didn't take it as such, but after two weeks had gone by, I had heard nothing from them. I called them the next day to see what was going on, and was informed that they had found extra damage and had to order extra parts. I understand this is part of the repair process, but I also expect them to keep me updated on what's going on. Importantly, the person I talked to was completely unable to tell me what the additional damage was, what parts were ordered, whether it was something that would affect painting, and what their new estimated time was. I was actually able to get more information out of Tesla (as they have a record of parts ordered) than out of the shop. It took three days of calling and emailing, including multiple missed promised communications, to get any details at all, and even the information I was provided didn't include what I care most about, how much longer it's going to take. Today, after several more emails, I've *finally* gotten an update on timing. They also informed me that painting is just now in progress, when they've already had my car longer than the initial estimate. In a bout of disorganization that would be hilarious if it weren't so frustrating, in the email thread I had with them last night and today they got my name and car model wrong, and first said they didn't have insurance approval for the supplement, then realized they in fact, did. read more

It took TWO MONTHS to repair a rear bumper. Beware of buying Tesla and getting hit. If you need body work done, there are only 3 Tesla certified shops in WA. This being one of them. If it weren't for my Progressive Insurance inspector making weekly check-ins with their shop, I wouldn't have heard a word of what was happening. I always had to initiate calls to the shop. The person they assigned to my car hardly ever returned calls. They said delays were due to no parts available and many Teslas in the shop. And after a two month wait, they made a promise they unfortunately couldn't keep. I had to wait, yet again. As a positive, though, the front desk person is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. I'll update the post if there are any amazingly good or horrifyingly bad results from their actual body work. Bottom line: unless you want to keep your Tesla in a museum, beware of buying this car; you may also have to wait two months to get a bumper fixed. And if you have a car not Tesla, don't bring it here. Your car will get stuck among all the Tesla work they have to do. read more

This is a review of numbers for Pacific Autobody. 40 days. My car was held hostage for over a month for a front end accident on Thanksgiving. At first the excuse was "holidays" then the real truth of "it's been too long." 8 calls. After calling the shop for updates more than eight times, the receptionist and owner still didn't know the status without a lengthy hold and call me back scenario. 1 call. The owner returned my call once. 2 weeks. The car sat at a dealership awaiting approval for a part. $7000. The insurance estimate was $9000. The final cost was $16000. 1 broken windshield. The owner of the shop delivered my car personally, but failed to notice the new 12 inch crack across the passenger side windshield which was not part of the accident. 4 days. I'm still waiting to hear how they plan to fix the windshield. 0 stars. The rating I would have given my car repair experience if it were available. read more

Excellent service and they guarantee the work for the car's lifetime. I brought my car here after recommendation of a friend. My rear bumper needed to be completely replaced after being rear ended and my friend said that he said PAB would be the best place to bring my vehicle. They worked with the insurance company with no issue. There is a Hertz Car Rental located in the same office which made renting a car during the repairs seamless. They kept me up to date on the status and the estimate of about a week was correct. Would definitely recommend Pacific Auto Body! read more

I was overcharged for incompetent work delivered a week late.. I would never take a car here again.

I have a 2007 BMW 335i Convertible. The window trim was torn off when I was putting the top down while a large moving box was leaning against the car. I first went to the dealer to buy a new part thinking that it was a simple fix, but they informed me that the trim was a part of the over all back seal, which costs close to $1,000. The BMW deal referred me to Pacific Auto. When I explained what happened to the car, Barrett the owner jumped right in and got one of his guys to take a quick look. Instead of replacing the whole trim they figured that they could trim the broken gasket and glue the piece on. I asked if I could make an appointment to get the work done, but Barrett said that they would do it right now and get me on the way. 45 minutes later the car looked great and I was back on the road. The service was fantastic and the new paint matches perfectly with the old! I recently took my vehicle to Pacific Auto Body after a minor accident. I needed a fender and bumper replaced. I was worried about being able to match my paint color as it is a special metallic blue. Not only did everything turn out as good as new, but the staff were kind and very helpful. I've read other reviews complaining about the time it takes to get repairs done, but I thought my car was done in a good time frame given all the detailed work that went in to the repair. read more

I took my BMW there on the recommendation of BMW. It took them almost two months and countless conversations to get it fixed There was always some delay to the point where I thought I might have to sue them to get my car back. I would call and get the runaround, then the manager wouldn't speak to me... it was a really terrible experience. They were reasonable compared to other estimates, but wow. Very unprofessional. I scheduled a repair and dropped my car off with Pacific Auto Body on 7/21/2017 to repair the FRONT bumper. After several weeks of follow up with Pacific Auto Body and insurance, Pacific Auto Body said they completed the work that I requested to be repaired. They originally told me one week but refused to let me keep the car until the parts arrived which is why it took so long. I have no idea why they have this policy and why they would not at least tell me if there was going to be a delay with getting parts. However, that is only the START. On arrival to the shop, the manager told me they made a mistake and repaired the BACK bumper that I had no knowledge of being damaged and did not approve. Pacific Auto Body had billed insurance for this work so I am not sure the amount they fraudulently charged them at this point but this could effect future insurance rates as well. After the manager admitting the mistake, I requested an urgent repair of the correct area that I had authorized and the manager assured me they would do that. Almost two weeks later, I find out that Pacific Auto Body has not ordered the parts let alone started the repair but are waiting for insurance approval to fix the original damage that was supposed to be fixed. Pacific Auto Body will not do any other work on my car or even order parts until they resolved the wrong repair and handle a dispute with the insurance company for their mistake. So their mistake is now my burden. My car and insurance coverage is being held hostage by Pacific Auto Body's malicious handling of my repair and incompetency as the fiduciary in charge of my vehicle. I have now been over one month without a car which has caused further hardship and I have no estimated time to repair because the insurance issue and complete lack of communication. I have actually used Pacific Auto Body in the past and they do good work but they are clearly taking advantage of it's customers in situations like this. I get that people make mistakes but to take no responsibility and advantage of you customers or even insurance is never acceptable. Again, the manager of Pacific Auto Body has said that they can not do anything more than wait for new approval to do the work that I originally requested and has clearly admitted that his employee made a mistake but he would do nothing further to fix, expedite, or provide compensation to me for the mistake in any way. I never write bad reviews, I guess the only way for a company to change it's ways is to lose business and maybe this review will warn a potential customer of how wrong it can go if Pacific Auto Body makes a mistake. I read a few of the reviews on here prior to taking our Tesla in for repairs (versus King on Rainier whom Tesla also recommends as a repair shop in the Seattle area). I wish I would've listened to Javad who posted his review earlier this year. Terrible communication from the start. I dropped our car off on a Monday morning, they didn't tear down until Tuesday, and didn't call me until Friday to tell me that they were going to need another estimate before ordering parts. I asked if they could expedite this ordering process to which they responded yes and said if I paid the deductible OTP they would order the parts that day (Friday) before the second estimate took place. Tesla did not receive an order for the parts until the following Thursday. To be fair, Tesla states it takes 1-2 business days for orders to arrive in their system, but this means PAB didn't place the order on Friday when they said they would. Everytime we mention that delays have been because of them they deny and argue. Tesla kindly let us know that these part orders COULD have been expedited, and were not. Also, Tesla also told us that WE, as car owners, could have called Tesla to request the parts sooner, PAB never mentioned that this was a possibility and when prompted about it they made various excuses and proceeded to argue. We'd call to ask for an update and receive no call back. They blamed delays on needing more parts which they have taken no credit for. They've now had our car for over 3 weeks for a bumper replacement, and again, like Javad, initial estimates on service was 3-5 days. It's looking like they will still have our car come ONE MONTH. It seems they are overloaded with cars to perform repairs on, yet accepted our business regardless because of our make of vehicle. Yes, it's close to the Tesla dealership, but I would NOT recommend anyone I know who owns a Tesla to take their car here. They might work on a lot of the Tesla's in the area but their approach to being a well-run business is absolute crap. Any future issues we have will be taken to King on Rainier. read more

I called Pacific Auto Body this morning inquiring about some quick part fixes that I needed for my BMW. Barret told me no problem, head on in at my convenience and they would have a tech pop on my new BMW symbol and handle part. I stopped by and they helped me right away, finishing the work in 10 minutes or less. And the best part....they didn't charge me for the quick fixes!! Just said to remember them if I ever needed more substantial body work. Definitely nice not to feel cheated. Another body shop in Issaquah had quoted me $55 to install the two small parts. I will definitely refer my friends to Pacific Auto Body and will use them again if I ever need work done! read more

Paint had scratches when i got it back from them. Initially recommended to me by BMW Seattle for some suspension/body work that I needed done. Later on I had them paint a bumper for me which I bought and took in before putting it on the car. I got it back after two days and when I got around to putting it on the car two weeks later I noticed several small (very small) scratches in the paint, down to the plastic. Visible if you're up close but otherwise it wasn't a big enough deal to put the original back on and bring it in to complain. Definitely not "brand new" like Barrett told me. I figure i can fill it with clear touch-up or something. Quick work, friendly people. Charged $260 plus tax. read more

I usually do not do reviews, but my experience was so pleasant that I wanted to pass of the word. My car was hit by a lady from the fender all the way down to my back door of my SUV. What a headache! I was recommended Pacific Auto Body by a friend who gave rave reviews. When I called they fit me in that very same day, gave me a rental car and dealt with the insurance company for me. The work they did was excellent and had my car completed on the date that was given to me at drop off. They were straight to the point on what needed to me fixed and how long it would take. Honest people are hard to find and I know they were. Also, there facility is clean and comfortable for customers while they wait. I would not trust my Tesla with anyone else. They are conveniently located across the street from Tesla Service in SODO and I take comfort in the fact that their technicians have been professionally trained by Tesla aside from having years of experience. Friendly staff kept me in the loop throughout repair time and even allowed me in bay area to supervise repair. It is also nice to know that the work is personally guaranteed, so you will not need to worry about future issues. It looks like they deal with a lot of high-end cars, so if you want a flawless repair, I would not sell yourself short. Popcorn maker in lobby is a nice perk and bathroom is A++, so you kinda get the idea of some of the attention to detail these guys have. I've dealt with a few repair shops over the year and these guys definitely have their things together. If you need a body repair, you're taken care of. They even have rental agent on-site. Info regarding accident: There's a truck that bumped into my car on the driver's side impacting the door and the fender when my car was parked. i took it my car (BMW M3) to this place for the body work. 1) Firstly, They are no proper updates about the order at all. 2) Since, my car is a coupe.There is an automatic seat belt fetching rod inside my car which was damaged and not estimated. 3) The tools used on the car damaged the tint on the driver's side window. 4) They said they will need to replace Door, fender and blend in the color with the car's. But there is white residue left on the car which would not go away unless i spend 350 dollars for the detailing. Meanwhile, i went to wild life safari in Sequim with my kids. One of the animal rubbed the horn to the fender by leaving the paint damaged.So i took my car again to them to fix these thing along with the paint. As part of fixing these they took 5 days and gave me a rental car at their cost. I have verified 2 times with him that "Are you giving the rental car for me even while working on the fender damage". He said yes. But later when i check my statement i was charged for the car rental too. When i spoke with Barrett(person Who works there) he said he is not responsible for the car rental while fixing the fender. I told him that "hey, i confirmed with you twice and you said yes. I would have decline the rental when its out of my pocket." He says "well, let me talk to the rental guy and see what can i do. Also specified that he will be calling back shortly". That's it no call after that what so ever. Despite making me come multiple times to the shop, they are working with the customers in this fashion. I would NOT recommend these guys for any of the work they do. Recently, my friend having same car choose R&R in Bellevue for the body work. He was given the best treatment and took care of the car very nice and detailed. Being not as a primary owner on my friends car, I liked the work that they put on. here is where experience comes in play. i know R&R have lot of wait time. But definitely worth waiting rather than these cheap work & lack of proper Customer service. At least R&R make sure that the rental is paid off from the claims pocket and not from the customer. I have to give them a star to write a review. If there is a possibility i would give him a negative one. read more

Barrett, gives great customer service. While my Tesla Model S was getting a broken trim piece installed, I mentioned that I needed to take my car across the street to Tesla service to inspect a possible nail in my tire. Tesla returned the car saying they can't fix nails in the tire. Barrett on his own took the car to repair place to get the nail taken out of the tire saving me hassle of having to pick up my car to take it to a third-place. As for the trim work, it was done perfectly. Very satisfied. read more

Beautiful job! good as new, even better than we expected. The repair took a little longer than we had hoped but well worth the results. The customer service was great also. Car was well detailed when we picked up- they do beautiful work and were recommended for our BMW- if you have an import car you should choose them for any body work you need done! read more
